Learn from those mistakes, and dont make em again. And leave that girl alone, its too risky, she may still throw it back in your face even after you changed. And if you plan on changing anything about YOURSELF (not ur approach) do it because YOU genuinely want it not for her bro. Shes not your wife or anything like that, dont commit to her lmao jus move on and find someone else but without makin the same mistakes.

Personally, id back off. More to do with the fact youre at work than anything. If you two go on a few dates, and they go on a few dates and she picks him, awkward for you. And vice versa. Idk, I jus wouldnt bother, too much hassle for one woman. Plenty out there.

Yep. Exactly that. I text em whenever I can or feel like it. They wait. And sexual advancements 1 month in as mentioned before. When I say too busy, i mean too busy to be meeting them/going on dates. Rarely do I meet a female without having spoken to her for atleast a month.

Two other guys said it too, but I'll say it for a third time. Talk to them like you would anyone else. Dont try get with them, infact almost try do the opposite. It sounds so stupid and you wont see instant results but once results do start comin in it'll all make sense bud!

Depends on a lot of things, are you guys actively flirting? Is she touching you? Or showing signs that she wants you to make an advancement? It hard to give good advice with very limited information.
