So actually this is not just a straightforward "Hur men are better" finding. What this potentially shows is the inherent bias of those who created the AI, and also sociological and systemic biases which afford men better and more opportunities in general leading to a skew of more qualified men than women. Not to mention that depending on the field it can just be downright hostile to be a woman trying to make their way in the first place.

Wow no need to be so rude, as I said, it isn't the norm for our prices. The bottle in question is the Mikkeller Oude Geuze Boon which in England goes for roughly £20. It isn't your standard carling shite. That is a Goose Island beer you are on about, and I wouldn't even bother giving them a second glance they are so dull. Anyway that is not the point of this post so of you ha e nothing constructive to say then please leave.

I work in a craft beer pub that isn't in a city. That is the price of one of our more expensive bottles, generally it is about £3-£4 for a beer here. I mentioned the price as that was one of the main reasons I offered to replace it.

I see what you are saying, and I will look that documentary when I get chance. There were 2 women and 2 men in the group I was talking to btw, though I was primarily talking to the women. Also yeah, I had thought of saying that after the fact, but I was just too stunned to think of anything other than just ignoring the comment and getting on with it.

It was a 75cl bottle of Mikkeller Gueze Boon, definitely one of the most pricey things we have. And also the main reason I offered to replace it since it is expensive.

You are probably right. In most contexts I wouldn't mind being corrected or having it pointed out, my girlfriend is a feminist and does so occasionally. It was definitely more to do with how the shift had been going and that it was such a petty thing comparatively that was completely unnecessary on her part.
