Best advice is to integrate the stuff you wanna learn or better yourself into your own lifestyle. So working towards your goal becomes second nature. Maybe start laying out a schedule of studying at least 1 hr a day for whatever it is you wanna work on. Once you get into the motion of doing it it’ll become a routine. But it is a grind and it really depends on how much you want it.
