3	If men are ever allowed to waive all responsibility to their children/child support, how would that affect future generations of boys (and girls) who grow up without fathers, believing they were abandoned legally? As you've said they trying to rope in more female programmers. Your own anecdotal experience tells us the small percentage of females who tend to go into tech/engineering fields have had tech/engineering as a hobby for years. Those guys didn't even really get too heavily in marriage until they were around for quite a few centuries. Marriage as an institution is really little more than some property/contract law.
