2	Body positivity… men’s edition It's true you can't measure exactly how much calories you take but you can estimate it. I'm on a weightloss journey myself. I consume around 2750 calories in a day and work out everyday. I also weigh myself everyday first thing in the morning. Right now i'm losing weight weekly. Abortions also ruins men who want to have kids while the woman doesnt. Other way around, there is no opt out for men who doesn't want kids while the woman does.
