No need for that here. It's embarrassing for the rest of us.

Warranted or not, that language makes us all look bad. We have to be the adults here.

Dude I work as a manager at a corporate gas station and you would think, by our mannerisms, that we all sleep together. It can be fun to joke around but you need strict limits and be sure to make them clear. My boss can tell me I'm looking delicious today but if she grabs my crotch, it's straight to HR.

I'm ok with this. It's cheaper on my taxes than child care/assistance. Plus, I already pay for my girlfriend's pills out of kindness.

It's pretty standard stuff. No big deal.

At least she says that she believes he's a rapist, rather than outright saying he is. It had bias, but it wasn't an infuriating read for me.

Where i am in florida if they're called, they MUST take one of you out of the house. It's retarded.

So they deserve punishment but it's their CO's fault... out of principle. Fucked up.

Hopefully we will see some justice for this man today. I will definitely be keeping an eye on this article.

Holy shit that guy is a dick. Still, he has just as much of a right to speak. Why can't people ever understand that free speech is a two-way street?

He called and consented before the situation, invited her in, initiated contact, then started passing out during the act. I can't call this rape in good conscience, nor would I consider myself having been raped if it were me in the situation. Bad decisions all around in my opinion. There is a serious double standard going on and that's what the focus should be.

I'm not discussing what is currently legal. If the law was immovable, there would be no fight for cannabis legislation or gay rights. I'm discussing what I think should be legal. I also emphasize again that it doesn't matter who is penetrated or penetrating in this or any case. It can be any combination of men or women and of any orientation. We have different views on responsibility when intoxicated, that's all. I identify with this movement very much and being called a sexist because I think d…

I don't call that rape. I see it the same both ways. We just have different views on the application of alcohol to what we consider rape. Drinking comes with consequences. I've made horrible decisions when drunk and been what you might consider assaulted, but I take responsibility for the fact that I got plastered and made bad decisions. I don't see gender in law.

It's unfair how she portrays him but this is not rape. He called, initiated the act, then passed out. Bad decision? Yes. Rape? No. If women can be held accountable for saying yes when they're drunk, so can he. At least, that's how it should be in my opinion.

Not once in my life have I established or had established to me that consent was given. I just don't see a law related conversation occurring just before sex. It seems so ass-backwards to how we work as humans. The consent we both give is our attitudes toward each other and our body language. Getting lost in the moment is part of the fun, and myself and my past partners have understood that, considering they didn't expressly obtain consent beforehand too. Take note that I am male and have had bo…

This article is hilarious! Let's not forget that this is a satirical news source, though. It's important to be able to laugh at yourself sometimes.

His name is plastered all over the article but where is hers? Ridiculous. Now everyone knows this guy has a bit penis but no one can avoid the biter.
