Don't even bring it up, greet her like you normally would and go from there. I would not have waited for her I would have just texted her and said I was going to study and if she wanted to join she could. A lot of what TRP preaches is just being assertive and there are plenty of books that can teach you about that.

You're right a place with a good social scene is a decent reason but having a good job, cost of living, having family and friends nearby are all important as well. You are assuming again and honestly even if that were completely true a guy only has to go to a place once to realize it's not for him, I'm not sure any advice is needed. So is it basically summed up in the 4 things Mr. Manson said? Is anyone going to relocate just because they may have slightly more luck at bars? Is it a good thing to not talk to woman just because she may be "more racially choosy" because you put her into a certain group based on her appearance? Bars are great places to practice your game, especially ones you might not fit in at. I'm white and honestly I've found it easier to talk to women at black bars. What exactly could they do differently?
