Yep definitely, i think black people in general are more inclined to being assertive, not necessarily because they are more attracted to men with muscles than white women.

I’m white, 6 ft 4 and hit the gym too, i live in an area where around 98-99% of the population are white, and half of the women i’ve dated have been black

For a girl to be this forward is somewhat rare, so you know that whatever you have been doing has been working well, don’t fix something that isn’t broken. My advice is to remain authentic, even though you have low self-esteem, just roll with that, be yourself and be honest with her, don’t change yourself drastically to get the girl, she will see it as a red flag, you’re not a player so you don’t need to act like one. As for game don’t push yourself too much, questions will be your best friend, …

Exact same thing used to happen to me - I tried to be as logical as possible in order to prevent making a fool out of myself but i think this came across as guarded and the women i talked to mirrored this guarded nature. letting go of outcomes, social judgement and the ego is what helped me, how you achieve this is usually down to a lot of exposure therapy, rejection and self reflection.

It’s completely irrelevant, i wouldn’t judge your value based on your living conditions and other small factors like these

There’s many ways and it’s hard to know without more info. Does he have an unphased attitude? A deep voice? Maybe a good story teller? Or good at asking questions? escalates in a playful way?

You did amazing, a win doesn’t have to be a specific outcome, just that you did something you personally find difficult. Try to embrace your anxiety and flow with it without judging yourself, i’m sure many others felt the same way the first time. Finally remember most people think about themselves, and how awkward they feel, people care less about what you do than you think. If you stick at this for 3 months you will be a completely different person

Yea i guess it would be better if she warmed to you a bit more if she hasnt done already before taking a leap like that, it all depends on context and what the girl in question is like. The only thing i can contribute is that you shouldn’t wait until your 4 month leave, if messaging is what you think you will both be most comfortable with then go for it

I would recommend asking her out in person before you go for your internship, maybe ask for a word alone or something. it seems you like this girl a lot and don’t want to screw it up, but worrying about screwing it up could be the downfall, so just take the leap and put your mind at ease. If there really is no way to ask her out in private, IG is fine, i would explain how i wanted to ask her out earlier but it never seemed like the right moment to do so

So i work as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities, and most of these people have relationships. There is truly someone out there for everyone and you just need to throw yourself into the world and expose yourself. When it comes to relationships, it’s likely your perceived status from others limits your options to those of a similar status, this is because if you were a 10/10 dating a 5/10 there will always be that feeling of inadequacy and comparison from your partner. The high…

Elaborate how women being scientifically proven to being more sensitive to others facial expressions/body language and feeling emotions in general more intensely doesn’t equate to a more significant impact on their overall first impressions. We see it through our eyes and disregard their perspective which needs to be at least factored into this for an open minded discussion about seduction. I never debated that feelings are always rational, but they are still valid, irrational projection is some…

I was just highlighting that women are more socially intuitive than guys, so their overall impression is more significant. Women project how they feel and someone who seems anxious/uncertain will cause her to feel the same way. I agree partly with what you say, but eliminating all personal responsibility and putting it down to ‘women are just projecting’ doesn’t address both sides of the interaction.

Every approach a ‘creepy’ guy initiates is seen as creepy and there are lots of ‘creeps’ so women associate these guys who approach them in these settings with feeling uncomfortable, women are incredibly socially intuitive and will pick up on a mans intentions quickly. To seem less creepy, work on yourself more: If you are healthy, happy in your own company, successful and have a strong social circle you will come across as calmer, less eager, more direct and confident, therefore making her feel…

She was hanging out with her friend, now she’s talking to a stranger so she will be more guarded and uncertain. The more relaxed you are, and the longer time you spend with her, the more she will warm to you, it’s just a matter of time and the energy you give off.
/r/seduction15/03/22 01:04 PM

There’s nothing wrong with talking in a friendly way to your colleagues, single or not. Just try and make friends with lots of people (both male and female) and see if any girl seems to like you or give you signals.

Yea take her to the bar, dance floor is for dancing, bar is for talking and flirting. Reason is you will be able to interact and gauge how interested she is easier

You sound like a really interesting guy, i have complete faith in you finding someone based on the info you shared. Uniqueness is desirable in dating, what you need is some friends who are extroverted to balance you out a bit, does your band have any gigs? That would be an incredible way to meet people.
/r/seduction13/03/22 03:07 AM

Resistance bands are just as good if not better as you will maintain constant tension, free weights are overrated
/r/seduction12/03/22 11:54 PM

In my opinion your post seems a little desperate, inner game needs work, it’s the most fundamental thing not just for the dating world but for yourself. Firstly you need to create a state of existence where you don’t need a girl then when you meet them you will be much calmer, less ‘eager’ and therefore more attractive. What a lot of people don’t realise is that humans are ambiverts, true introversion is exceptionally rare and from your post it doesn’t sound like your social needs are being met …
/r/seduction12/03/22 11:45 PM

For specifically bicep curls you could use a resistance band and put it around the flexor side of your forearm, that way you wont engage your wrists at all, could do the same with curl machines at the gym, does it effect your back workouts too?
/r/seduction12/03/22 11:17 PM

Good mentality. All i do is approach and attempt to get the girl talking as much as possible, not myself, this usually just involves being a good active listener and opening subjects that can lead in multiple directions.

I’d say having a car vs not in terms of attractiveness is negligible if other areas of your attraction are on point, that being said if a girl doesn’t drive some of them will want a guy who does. I don’t think your attractiveness will be majorly impacted, but your options will be more limited
/r/seduction12/03/22 11:03 PM

Just like you Im 6 ft 4, been told im decently attractive and muscular. Had the same problem being too shy, what helped me was working more on inner game - i stopped caring what people thought about me by focusing my energy on hobbies, interests, work etc. I steer my ship and if i think someone is a good crew-mate i let them climb aboard. With regards to my shyness and mentality i would take a 3rd person perspective of how my body felt and on my interactions, body language is the most important …

Men and women aren’t ‘friends’ by nature. If she invites you to her place she obviously trusts you, now you just need to take the plunge otherwise she will lose attraction for you. Escalate and see her reaction, if she likes it when you talk about sex and touch her, hug her etc you will instantly get your answer
/r/seduction12/03/22 01:09 PM
3

Depends on your intentions, you like this girl romantically or just want to continue having casual sex with her? If you want to re-escalate i wouldn’t act like nothing happened, she will think you don’t care or are embarrassed about it, you don’t really need to mention it either, just continue living in the moment - flirt and ask her out so she knows you had a good night and want to continue seeing her
/r/seduction06/03/22 01:12 PM

If you portray a different style online vs in person it sub-communicates that you are ‘trying’ and therefore not authentic, consistency in style/personality means you value who you are to the core and never think twice about being someone you aren’t which is attractive

Yea strike the iron while it’s hot, i’m sure she has some interest in you
/r/seduction28/02/22 09:52 AM

I think it’s the opposite in most cases, you are showing your best photos, your music taste and hobbies, many people will likely take an interest in these and make you feel connected and valued. I don’t even see how you can be rejected as it never shows ‘X disliked you’, which is unlike cold approach. People feel a low self esteem because they don’t know how these apps work, Tinder for example has a ranking system that not only improves your ELO based on like percentage but also activity level, …

What’s the point of a game if you always win? Failure makes you stronger, today was a success
/r/seduction16/08/21 10:50 PM
5

If i could I could critique your game you shouldn’t open with a comment on her appearance (unless it’s clothes/accessories). This immediately shifts the power dynamic against you and it doesn’t add value to a conversation. If she doesn’t have a bio etc ask her what she likes doing, see if you have common interests. You should qualify her first to see if she’s the kinda girl you’re interested in, this also makes her chase your validation, basically shows you’re picky therefore have options. Altho…

People break eye contact if they are intimidated, this is what can cause this reaction: height, build or looks. If you are strong, dominant and tall, people don’t want to sub-communicate threatening body language i.e sustained eye contact. It’s kind of a sign of respect to look away, same with apes. -if you are stressed/overthinking. micro-expressions can be picked up and seen as threatening especially if you’re dominant. -lack of sleep, i read this can make you less socially appealing. It could…

For me teasing is definitely better than being completely direct. If someone’s too direct It’s a red flag for me, us men like foreplay too. Just saying to a guy ‘Come over and fuck me, spank me, pull my hair’ is hot but insinuating a sexual vibe will let the guys imagination run wild. Just saying ‘what would you do to me if X’ Or ‘if there’s no seats left can I sit on your lap?’ etc

We do these things to enhance our lives. Strong healthy body = strong healthy mind. Money = no financial stress. Dress well = feel good about yourself and earn social respect. If you do something just for girls and not yourself, you won’t achieve much or be consistent

70-93% of communication is nonverbal even without music blasting. Just gotta let it happen naturally, don’t hard focus girls just relax and have a good time, if they give you signals - get close to you, multiple eye contact etc dance with them then ask outside to chat

I think you’re ignoring some inner game aspects. If you’re decently attractive your personality should take over from there. A lot of these grooming you mentioned are a matter of opinion both to you and the girls you are trying to attract. Personally i stick to bare minimum with skin/haircare, i do a hot shower for 2 mins or so to exfoliate and then 10 mins cold shower, and don’t overwash the face it can cause skin problems, this has also been proven to have health benefits transporting nutrient…

Nothing you can do, she probably wouldn’t message if she wasn’t interested. She might be busy, and if she isn’t interested that is out of your control. Just give her the space and see how things go, you don’t want to seem attached
/r/seduction21/07/21 10:34 AM

Ok firstly, i misunderstood, I thought your issue was being attractive in general not just looks. That being said i have a friend who has a pretty severe facial deformity - has had 40+ surgeries and still is very noticeable, but his attitude, outlook, confidence etc allowed him to find someone, he went on live TV and talked about bullying and started campaigning against it. If you fall under this category of looks you just need to work harder than anyone else, be brave enough to take risks and c…

last time i checked, the algorithm identifies people who are attractive and who are not based on their like %, choosiness, activity level and if they are new to the app. The top 20% rated guys get matched with the top 80% girls whereas the bottom 80% guys get matched with the bottom 20% of girls, this is because girls swipe left a lot more and get swiped right a lot more often. So basically if you’re looking for 2/10 women+ your Tinder game needs to be on point or you’re wasting your time

If you’ve done all of these and continue to do so, you need to identify what aspect of you girls find unattractive. Are you too pushy? Too laid back? Too quiet? Not engaging enough? Lack eye contact? Lack confidence? Do you overthink? Anxious? Do you fear escalating? You should try and get hands on experience by either asking out girls you know on dates or cold approach, even if you consider them unattractive, get the experience in no matter what. On the date just literally have fun and make it …

It’s just part of your DNA, if you aren’t having sex, your body will crave it, screen potential mates and obsess about it subconsciously. Chances are the emotional investment of working together caused you to think about the conversation and therefore who you were talking to, now your mind is actively visualising talking to a girl and escalating these feelings to make you take action. With regards to stopping how you feel, it’s virtually impossible, resistance creates persistence. You need to al…

They may want to keep their options available but not commit. Remember women are often more emotional when it comes to attraction, so there needs to be an intrigue, common ground or if you look like their type. Us guys are way more visual when it comes to attraction, we see a hot girl and we want her. Bottom line is, she doesn’t know for sure if she’s interested unless you make yourself stand out, have something you are great at, passionate about, whether you’re outgoing, how you talk to her etc…

You need to allow your emotions to happen and go with the flow, resitting will only cause anxiety, don’t put a moral judgement on your thoughts and emotions, just observe them. Practice deep belly breathing, it is a great way to ground you in the present and become more relaxed. Don’t be afraid to feel sexual, let the way she makes you feel resonate throughout your body, this will allow you to take action naturally and stop overthinking. Women flirt not only as a sign they like you, but also as …

if she displays interest you should tease her and escalate it physically within a playful social context, taking it slow is great if you’re keeping the spark alive and usually leads to the best sex
/r/seduction18/07/21 02:20 AM

Could try asking her out to do something rather than a number? But yea if she already said no to the number you don’t wanna be too pushy. Tbf out of your limited options the gift idea is my favourite, the all or nothing strat, best of luck anyway bro
/r/seduction16/07/21 04:40 PM
1

That’s not what i was saying, i meant do you only ever talk/ask for number to her during work and never out of work? In that case i get why you’d want to give her a gift, not many other options
/r/seduction16/07/21 04:08 PM
1

do you normally talk/banter when she’s working? She may have said no because of that, she might also be extra friendly to you as it’s her job and you’re trying to make conversation. It’s hard to tell how a girl is feeling when trying to be professional
/r/seduction16/07/21 03:57 PM

It’s very sweet, but gift giving is best done if she knows you a bit like in the initial stages of friendship rather than an acquaintance. If you don’t know much about her and buy her a gift, you’ve essentially just rewarded her for doing nothing, which is pandering to her looks, now you’ve validated her so she doesn’t have to chase you. Women like a bit of mystery and push/pull. I think asking her out directly if you have the confidence is a much better option as this communicates ‘you seem nic…

Slightly off-topic opinion but i believe adjusting body language is way harder than changing mentality, your body language is a reflection of your mental state. If you have a life where you are truly focused on your passions/career and have abundance you will rarely display needy body language. I say this because body language is exponentially more subtle than we think - 70-93% of all communication comes from it and even the slightest fidget or breathing pattern can communicate neediness
/r/seduction16/07/21 09:57 AM
2

I understand how you feel, but the bottom line is it’s not a big deal. She might need space, give her that - it’s only been 3 days, she may have her own shit going on and that just needs to be accepted. Your feelings come from scarcity of losing her and attachment, no good relationships can come from these emotions, self love and focusing on yourself is key. if you tell her how you feel you are giving her the power essentially making her dominant, women prefer a dominant man who is invested yet …

I think a girl openly confessing to being raped and has little trust in humanity, then me advising against rushing into relationships would send serious mixed messages if i try and make a move. I’m a pretty secure guy, i like relationships of all kind, even friends and if that’s the route she wants to go down for me respecting her boundaries, so be it.
/r/seduction14/07/21 04:15 PM

I get what you’re saying, i didn’t want to say to her ‘take things slow with guys to not get hurt’ then the same day ask for a kiss, it gives mixed signals. Plus every first kiss i’ve had, never had to ask for it it just happens so it was nerves on my part, i did consider it though. I gave light signals and allowed her to advance on these if she wanted, she was too busy chatting most of the time. May sound like excuses but the vibe just wasn’t there.

Hey thanks for all your kind words man, with regards to being consistent and expressing how i feel, unfortunately she’s moving away (about 5 hrs drive) as of tomorrow, she said she would be back in September to visit people but im not sure if i’m free then. Do you think i should be patient and wait until another date? Or call/text her just being honest about how i feel? She’s a gamer so maybe i should tell her then on VC whilst gaming or something

with arms are you hitting all areas? Maybe you should try a new approach. Personally deadlifts for forearms and pull ups from all positions for biceps make mine grow more than curl variations - I incorporated this after researching that pull ups put more strain on biceps. Close grip bench and twisting curls at the end of session to fully exhaust. Also play with rep ranges/time under tension, arms have mainly type 2 fast twitch muscle fibres so training heavy most of the time - around 15 seconds …

Bro at 200 pounds you’re in the overweight category for your BMI, and 12% bodyfat isn’t bad at all. What your bros GF said was just false. I’m 6 ft 4 and used to be around 195 pounds with a similar body fat percentage, i did not look scrawny at all. I think just be patient and focus on what areas you’d like to improve, if you haven’t achieved the look you want, it won’t take you long with persistence

Women don’t like attachment, if you’re attached to the outcome of sex it will never happen unless you know them well. Neediness shows scarcity which communicates you have little options therefore you will be seen as beta and don’t have the self control needed to be a viable option to them. 70-93% of communication is nonverbal, women are incredibly socially intuitive so trying to hide how you feel won’t work. I think it’s quite close minded to assume that any non-logistic texting is considered ‘beta’ and won’t work with any female, especially when a defining trait for Alpha males is to have a strong social link between lots of people. I think you’re discounting the large number of people who have long distance relationships that solely rely on online communication, only to meet and have a fulfilling relationship in person. My post relates to game, when we are unapologetically ourselves we are more likely to take action, risks and have greater self confidence around people, which also makes others relaxed and more open to being themselves. If ‘no-game losers’ act like some alpha male chad when that’s clearly not them it comes across as needy and fake, woman are often very socially intuitive to this. I never said to do nothing. It can seem difficult when you first start, but you don’t have to follow the traditional methods. I find it a lot easier and more fun meditating when i’m doing something easy like cleaning or working out. Just pick something to focus on, it could be the way your body feels when you’re walking or your breath and whenever your mind drifts off to girls or anything else, shift your focus back to that, overtime you will learn to focus on a single task without distraction, and this is a great path to …

I don’t know many people who haven’t experienced these emotions, you’re definitely not alone, this whole subreddit is for people who want to seduce after all. Being obsessed with sex and companionship is hardwired into our DNA, and changing who we are on this deep of a level is near impossible. That being said, we can discipline our minds by staying fully focused and immersed in any every day activities so that these obsessions quiet down, woman like a man who is focused on what he’s doing, and is on his grind. I would recommend meditation and apply it to everyday tasks if you haven’t already looked into it

Thanks for your reply, this comment really got me thinking. i wasn't asking around i was just told about it, this kind of changed my perspective and made me feel like i was too boring compared to the other guy.
