Put the house in a trust. Consult an attorney. Simple.

Not sure why you are downvoted... Too many that aren't accepted by the left or right fit as Libertarians. However, the hard line libertarians will also admonish you if you don't believe in smaller gov't private property or state's rights.

I'm a gun owner, support states rights, low taxation, private property and I just want to be left the fuck alone so the left wing fucking hates me. I'm not religious and thus believe religion has no place in public policy and I'm pro choice so the right wing fucking hates me. Yes, I'm a libertarian. Thanks for noticing, but as the right swung more fundamentalist in nature, I found my natural place.

If it breaks it breaks. Until then, I want to retire on time... and that is 5 years out. I do not want to work an extra 5-10 years if I don't need to. And yeah - trapped is the right context. Like many, I knew the answer years ago and fought to change things. I evolved... She didn't. Now I'm making 5x what I was and have a nice nest egg... But not enough of a nest egg that I can still retire when planned if I split it in two. More over - At 55 in my industry I'm damn near unemployable due to age…

I don’t hate women, but I hate family courts and the Me Too movement really pushed me as well. Add the college campus kangaroo courts. Etc. I’m in full on cheaper to keep her mode as I refuse to let her get half the shit she didn’t earn - because she refused to work to her potential, is a terrible housekeeper, etc

She was head of HR… the same person in charge of a team that takes dating between management and subordinates very seriously. - fuck her
/r/MensRights20/07/25 02:01 PM

This. It’s usually cheaper to keep her and suffer through the bullshit than to divorce them. Also- when the choice is lose half your shit affair or not….

The woman was head of HR…. She should be dragged equally given the way HR treats dating among colleagues in the workplace- especially when he was her boss… and she has to enforce those rules downstream.

M54 ... Libertarian who laughs at all the tribalism/Groupthink people find themselves captured in as they lap up and repeat what they are told to think by the democrats or the republicans. If only 3rd parties were allowed to debate perhaps both major parties would field better candidates.

Funny how people are making this about politics when state law makers overwhelming voted for this across party lines.

Without criminal charges you are basically speculating just like those who are demanding mob justice based on a potentially false narrative.

MAybe he is. Maybe he isn't. Doesn't matter. A woman makes an accusation in the media. No law enforcement involvement. No charges. That is enough to cancel someone? He should sue her and any other bitch that makes accusations ten+ years after the claimed incident(s). Either make a criminal complaint or shut the fuck up.

Back in the early days on online dating/match making I got tired of all the shit profiles and made my own fake one... Changed my profile to read "Six figure <insert career here> Professional seeks..." I had women messaging me from across the country either wishing we lived closer or wondering if I was open to a long distance relationship. I already knew what the result would be, it was entertaining to get the conformation.

Nobody here looked up the article... But the intent is to charge billionaires a capital gains tax on gains their investments made in that tax year... Wait for it... Even if you didn't liquidate any of those holdings. These progressive shit stains don't understand investing at all. If you are saying "I'll never be a millionaire or billionaire" then you don't understand that a tax like this is a slippery slope and progressives want to literally seize or tax all wealth down to even the levels most …

Bingo. She is only thinking about if it is worth it or not for her. Similar to the stuck nature of men being in the "cheaper to keep her" level of hell.

Maybe they can have a chance card or community chess... "Win full custody of your children by manipulating the courts! Go directly to go and now collect not only $200 but an additional $400 in child support" "Divorce Rape of your husband successful, proceed directly to Go... Collect $200, another $200k from his retirement savings, occupy the house he paid for and move your CHAD in. Fold up the board game - You won." :)

I worked for a company that was made up of mostly female project management. The job in regard to us was technical marketing of IT hardware and software or technical demo, presentation, etc. We were basically treated as almost direct employees by whatever vendor we were farmed out to like IBM, HP, MS, Lenovo, or Intel. My daily rate was anywhere between $750 per day to $3000 per day to the client depending on the work/function I was performing. It was the good old girls club. IF you weren't fema…

Do not encrypt the drive. I saw a case here in the U.S. where an admin set passwords on shit and left... He was not only facing civil penalties but also criminal for intentionally sabotaging their environment... Encrypting the drive would fall under similar statutes .

Alimony and child support are huge variables depending the state you live in. Here in NC they at least post some nice calculators based on the state formula. A divorce can cost you alimony for 1/2 the term of the marriage. In other words if you were married for ten years, you pay alimony for five. The alimony calculator tells me I could pay up to $3800 PER month in alimony and an additional $1100 per month for one child. And that my friends is where the "cheaper to keep her" logic comes from.

I think in many or most states your alimony payments end when the bitch gets remarried. Had a buddy who got divorced... She kept the house, primary custody of the kids, alimony.... etc Three years later she has some other dude living in what was his house and she is knocked up by the new guy... She refused to marry the new guy as my bud's alimony payments would stop. How fucked up is it that the new guy feels comfy living under another man's roof and feels comfy benefiting from the alimony payme…

Pretty much every state is 50/50 on marital assets even when some of those assets like pre existing retirement savings. The logic there is that she was a homemaker, didn't work, was "disabled" and therefore she had no income and he was the sole provider. She is entitled to half his shit including retirement savings by law. If she had worked her whole marriage even if making less than him, he would have stood a better chance of negotiating assets so that she didn't touch his retirement. My buddy …

Nope. She would only get what the court had set. If they were still married and he died she might still get it all. Some pensions reduce payment to your surviving spouse, some don't. In the case of divorce, I'm pretty sure she keeps getting what she gets as long as she lives.

faking my death so the pension stops Problem is the pension payments to her continue even if you die married or divorced.

You miss all the advice telling them to fucking leave/divorce. That is the most common advice. What you mention is secondary - Go out and improve yourself, do shit for yourself...Essentially position yourself to exit.

It is complicated. Many there don't reject divorce but they do reject the idea of giving her (or him) half their shit and support. I hang here and there among other subs. There are many in the DB sub that have one leg over here as well and just haven't fully transitioned. Many men over there have similar attitudes to what is here, they are just stuck in the trapping of what getting fucked over financially will do to them and what family court will do to them. Yes, there are some very sad cases o…

Doesn't fucking matter. Lewinsky or the others... the same fucking thing. Your are splitting hairs when their are none to split. Holding up Clinton as a sign of feminist and SJW hypocrisy is valid today just as it should have been then.
/r/MGTOW07/12/17 05:33 PM

You missed the point eh? The point was using the feminists logic against them, why were they not then, and why not now holding the Clintons to task for all the women who accused him of rape, harrassment, etc?

Yet men pay more volume in taxes than women...and I'm pretty sure a lot of that money played a big role in women's health research and issues.

Its a fucking privilege and luxury to be able to stay home... That is the first thing. The second thing... Show me a SAHM that actually cleans the house, has a meal plan and who doesn't let the iPad be the electronic baby sitter.

They're going to find a way to incarcerate men outside the criminal justice system They already do essentially the same thing via Title IX at college campuses and their little kangaroo courts.

Nah... Been there a bit. Men are told to cheat as often as women are. Pretty bizarre place as it seems split pretty evenly between men and women stuck in dead bedrooms. Most are entwined financially and with kids and are just stuck spinning their wheels until the kids grow up or the right trigger sets them free.

Bullshit. She was in a position of power over the kid regardless of his attitude. If the teacher was male, he most certainly would be going to prison. AS it is she certainly will not get the same punishment criminally or socially that a male teacher would.

Cordell & Cordell also has a number of complaints surrounding their services where the men that retained them still got royally fucked over when the Cordell & Cordell attorney rolled over in court. Marketing is one thing, delivering on it is another. Men desperate for a leg up in the divorce process will buy into the marketing and probably spend 2x on Cordell & Cordell just on the promise alone.

Good on you then for the correction. With Charlottesville and the NFL BS came a lot of chatter about what people thought or wanted free speech to mean and the hate speech thing was one of the biggest misconstrued aspects of the 1st that I was surprised people couldn't either understand or mostly... accept.
/r/MGTOW08/11/17 07:22 PM

Hate speech is indeed protected under the first amendment. I can't believe that people with the wealth of information available to them today believe otherwise. The only speech not protected by the 1st is violent speech - speech that is made to specifically incite others to immediate violent acts against others or property.

More like $100k plus. Trust me. I once had a online dating profile and I was so disenchanted with the process that I decided to make up a bunch of stupid shit on my profile. Key wording was that I was a six figure IT professional... I immediately started getting nice messages from women from all over the country. The experiment worked as I expected. A few years later I was indeed a six figure IT professional.

They are in a position of authority over the child. That is really the only thing you need to understand about it to know that it is wrong.

Certain states allow you to protect your identity. South Carolina is one, but you have to buy your ticket there. I believe if you are married, you are not considered the only winner... your wife is automatically part of it. Probably done to avoid hassle later...She is legally entitled anyway... Least that is the law.
