20	New anti-sexism laws in Belgium: catcalling could result in a fine of €1000 and up to one year in jail. I "catcall" people all the time for my own personal enjoyment, and because it can brighten up other peoples day as well as my own. From telling a girl walking down the street, "You look beautiful today!" to telling a fellow big guy running to get into shape "Keep it up!" and so on. The ONLY people I've ever witnessed become offended? Fat girls. Without fail, it's always fat girls. They take offense to me telling them to have a nice day or that they look beautiful.
