5	Woman assaults UAV cinematographer on the beach and gets charged with 3rd Degree Assault and Breach of Peace. If genders were reversed this would be national news. 'Man assaults, rips cloths, and shoves fingers in underage girls mouth for flying a quad-copter at a public beach unprovoked. Its not unjust for a man to be charged with the more severe crimes. Its unjust that he WOULD be, and in this example, the woman was not. What happened here was a 23 year old woman assaulted a 16 year old, ripped at his clothes, shoved her fingers in his mouth, etc. If a 23 year old man had ripped at the clothes of a 16 year old girl, called her a perverted motherfucker and held her to the ground while shoving his fingers in her mouth..
