8	[FR] She Can't Believe I Made Her Pay The way I handle this is pretty formulaic. First date, I grab the check and say this one is on me, you can pay for the next one (some derivation of this anyway). This does a few things. One it shows I'm not a broke cheap skate. Two, it implies that I want to see her again (and I do if I'm saying this) basically asking her on another date. Three, I'm not her piggy bank.
