Better yet, just ban the draft. If necessary however, then yes, Females should register. Obviously if they have children they or are pregnant they should not be drafted, but same should go for men. If they get pregnant in service, they get maternal leave, and if necessary honorary discharge. As for Birth rate? If your at war, that's not your biggest concern right now.

The person who raped you is a horrible person, but that has literally no reason to think that gay people are groomers.
