I'm not sure if I should post here but I'm tired of the double standardI don't think your test is telling you anything useful. He may well be a little uncomfortable with watching men kiss and aroused by women kissing, but that doesn't say anything about whether or not he thinks either should be accepted. Given the exaggerated nature of his reaction he may well have realised you showed him those videos with a purpose. He may even have thought you were testing his sexuality. All it really tells you is that he's a possibly little insecure about his sexuality, but it's… | /r/MensRights | 30/06/13 11:34 PM
Remember that guy who got maced for no reason by a woman? She's being praised as a hero on Tumblr.. almost 12,000 notes and reblogsDo you know something I don't know about the people commenting or did you just assume they were feminists because of the comments? I don't see anything that suggests they're feminists. Not all feminists condone violence against men and not all people who condone violence against men are feminists. | /r/MensRights | 29/06/13 05:20 PM

Car Insurance Sexism.I think they should have to give some reasonable form of justification for it. Freedom of speech etc. are not absolute, for example F.O.S doesn't apply when such speech constitutes hate speech or harassment, and allowing unjust discrimination in retail gives too much power to prejudice (I'm not calling the difference in insurance an act of prejudice). I'm aware some of that is very subjective but that's where it get's more complicated. | /r/MensRights | 27/05/12 05:40 PM
Car Insurance Sexism.I agree that they couldn't charge both genders at women's current rates. However if they actually did start charging both genders at men's current rates, competition in the market would bring prices down towards the minimum they can afford to charge while still making a profit. Resulting in both genders paying somewhere between the two. I'm sure it's not quite that simple though and I'm not going into whether I think they should in this comment. | /r/MensRights | 27/05/12 05:18 PM
Car Insurance Sexism. You make a good point. Do car insurance companies already take something like miles driven into account though? (I don't drive) If they do then a higher premium for a given mileage couldn't be explained by men driving more. (if it's the same for each gender for a given individuals mileage then I'm happy with it). If they don't and just use an average miles driven for men/women then the higher insurance is due to being a man and not the individuals mileage (one cannot affect others' mileage). | 0 | Feminist blogger gives her take on what she calls the "good guy myth." Am I the only one who finds this offensive?I don't think it's often necessary to "take your leave". I understand that sometimes you may need to do so to move on but in general I think it's quite easy to remain friends even with ex girlfriends (admittedly friends that might still have feelings for each other but still comfortably friends). Though I imagine with longer or more argument filled relationships it'd be harder. | /r/MensRights | 26/05/12 02:24 PM
One thing that bothers me most.I don't think downvoting adomorn for asking for a source is doing anyone any favors (admittedly only a couple of downvotes but it's still not good) | /r/MensRights | 26/05/12 11:35 AM
One thing that bothers me most. The actions of individuals can't be generalised in order to blame an entire group (men). I'd like to point out that black people are also more likely to be the victims or perpetrators of violent crime. | /r/MensRights | 26/05/12 10:45 AM
One thing that bothers me most. His attackers would more likely than not have their weapon drawn before he knows they're a threat, giving them an advantage. Him having a gun could make a difference but he could still be screwed. | /r/MensRights | 26/05/12 09:58 AM
