I'm not sure how he can get through life without "bugging people." He can't make everyone happy all the time. He'll just end up trying to get his validation externally and end up holding in all his issues internally until - again - he lashes out.

Why do you think women are frustrated by actual nice guys that are shy and mind their own business and don't bother anyone? Because those "guys" are only giving to get. They hope by "being nice", their needs will be met, and when they aren't met they lash out. They've basically put women on a pedestal and treat them as a goddess. When they follow all the rules and do all these things to please their goddess - when she doesn't answer - they either try harder or get angry.

I haven't been on reddit long but I've noticed there is a lot of highschool to college aged boys in TRP asking and talking an incoherent mess of vagueness and humble bragging, to outright arrogance. It doesn't seem beneficial, in my opinion, to anyone. I have to go back to MUCH older posts to get any kind of relevance out of some TRP posts. Rollo is also trying to finish up his 4th book on this (hopefully done by end of 2018 beginning of 2019). He's trying to collab and focus on the religious aspect and fixing the men from "beta farms" (churches) as he likes to call them.

Thanks. So, I do agree there are natural or universal types of consequences which are unavoidable, but that isn't the majority of consequences. Overall, my opinion is that we all want to avoid consequence because it's easier, but in the end society in general shifts blame to men more who bear the brunt of consequence. If you watch Roman’s YouTube videos you’ll get a lot of the same information from there or from his ebook but overall he has a hormonal approach to bodybuilding. His writing is very informal and assumes you know your way around a gym and nutritional plan. From this list ... The Rational Male - Rollo is the man (also married and has kids but that doesn't change the truths in TRM) I'd really trade Mode One out for No More Mr Nice Guy by Robert Glover - same theories but in my opinion it's better written. Mode One is repetitive and irrelevant to most guys and seems like it's just the author rambling about the same topics you get in these types of books. Lots of fluff.
