Her her her her… cmon I’m in the same spot at you except the exact opposite when we are looking at ourselves. I got laid off, in my 30s, money is down and im in the best shape of my life just off cutting back stress eating and going on runs. If I was you, I would consider this over. focus on yourself and re read the sidebar. I’m saying this as a man in his 30s who has 2 kids and completely got a wake up call when I got laid off that the “frame” I thought I had was imaginary. As for me I have to …

I agree with you. I should have mentioned the clean eating started a week ago.

I apologize for the mistake. Thank you for catching this because I thought it was odd too. I used a machine to calculate but I verified the numbers manually. My BF is 22 percent. Will update post

in “Batman” Voice: Looking at your post you have a lot of things YOU need to fix especially your frame. Please do yourself a favor and study frame. Infact... just reread the sidebar

I was where you were last year this time man. Let me tell you... start now to INTERNALIZE all the reading of the sidebar and books and LIFT. Let her go... it's over.. go thru the grief.. don't fake it.. just go thru it but keep reading that sidebar and LIFT. Build up your frame and outcome independence. It wasn't until a few months after my "devastating" heartbreak that I realized that was the best thing to ever happen to me. It made me realize I was a depressed beta male all my life and now I a…

Thank you for being real and sharing this with us. This really changed my perspective on life as a red pilled man. Keep on fighting brother. We are all praying/wishing you the best. A comment above said something about the mind being a powerful thing. I truly believe that. Don't give up.

I'm an actual West African (Nigerian)... and trust me it's false. You gotta actually go there to see what is real.

I see you are referring to Black Americans (referenced gov website) and I still don't agree with everything you've said. Yeah, I don't think you've been to Africa yet because your "facts" would be shattered once you go there.

Before I talk, let me just say I grew up in a rough Black/Mexican neighborhood in Los Angeles and still live in LA (in a better place thankfully). Now I am a new entrepreneur and I don't use the color of my skin, "racial disadvantages" etc as an excuse for striving towards excellence or being a Man etc (hence why we are on Redpill). Now, I'm not one to make excuses for our people. Do we need to do better? Of course. Do some of us do things which I am ashamed of? Yes. However, do I think its all …

With most of what you said, I have a hard time believing you are truly black. Sincerely, a black man.

For your benefit, I'd advise you to not be so ignorant. It's not a good look sounding like a dumbass, u know? (last sentence)

Dude... this is so funny. I was in bible study and we were literally just studying this. Re reading this verse as a redpilled man spoke volumes.. this whole time I had missed that key point.. he was there the whole time.

See, I was expecting the comment section to be flooded with feminists but I'm actually surprised it's full of beta cuck white knights with no balls actually saying words like "fragile masculinity". Man I knew men in general were f**ked but damn this is pretty sad. Hopefully in their lifetime they will learn that their paradigm is a complete lie taught to them by mommy, beta dads and the feminist agenda (yes all three of them respectively). The propaganda is real and I'm STILL trying to wrap my h…

Notice how every time she publicly and deliberately throws shade at her "fiancé", the camera does that zoom in effect on her (which we all know she clearly edits the videos OR maybe Casey does it and then she yells at him when he forgets to add in those "shade zoom in" moments). She don't give two Fks about him and it's sad... BUT it's expected cuz this dude is pure beta bucks. This is video is pure cringe and it's a perfect example of "pay attention to what she does not what she says". As other…

It's always a new ethnic post every week... I live in California, SoCal to be exact. I have ethnic friends banging all kinds of women, including the white women you speak of. White Black Asian Mexican Indian, whatever... at the end of the day you can get anyone and bang anyone you want. What's your FRAME looking like tho? What's your SMV like? Do you LIFT? Are you reading the sidebar? These ethnic posts aren't productive. Yes I agree, there are differences BUT the truth is, RP principles apply t…

As a musician (producer) myself, I find this to be true. It's very frustrating because I'm in the same shoes as you with my artists but it's a reality check. It reminds me who I should surround my self with. You can either be a spectator or the spectacle.

Everyone here has dropped gems for you so I'll just add this - Focus on your self. I honestly needed to see this post because I'm actively getting over a LTR and I was in DEEP denial like you are currently (not no where as bad as yours though). It reminded me that thinking she will "take you back" and other beta mentality nonsense WILL destroy you. The BEST thing you can do right now is focus on your self and rebuild yourself... everything else will follow. Read the sidebar.

Lol, I'm not married but I used to be in denial with my ex in my last LTR like you are being now. Focus and work on your self man. If you don't wanna listen to the advice being said on here, I really wish you the best.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
