The county I live in has always had the reputation of siding with the mother on everything. “Shared parenting” is a joke giving me standard visitation instead of real shared parenting. Cost me tens of thousands of dollars and four attorneys just to chip away for a little more rights which I should already be entitled to. Mandatory Mediation is about $300.00. ENE which can be court ordered is also around $300.00. And all of it goes in the county’s pocket. I took a big paycut to have normal work hours so it can’t be used against me. My wife/their step mom loves my kids as if they were blood. She’s one of the biggest advocates for equal rights.
