Just an observation, most guys that are BP dont have a strong group of male peers. Sports are an easy way to acquire a group of male peers. EDIT* Dwight howard is also kind of a bitch, he continually posts full page ads in the orlando newspapers asking for the city of orlando to like him again.

Some jobs allow red pill tendencies to develop, sales being a good example presented. You could be a red pilled garbageman but I fail to see how lifting trash into a portable compactor could allow a full utilization of red pill tendencies.
