As an RN for a dermatology office, there is nothing that will get rid of acne scars (not the pitted ones) better than prescription strength tretinoin.

This shows you're possessive and that is unattractive. Break away from oneitis on approaches especially.

So if you want a true RP answer: It's natural to feel repulsed by him because you have no hope of becoming feminine since you are taking on the male dominant role. Now how to remedy this problem: HE has to become more like a man. He goes to school and works, I do the same, it's difficult. But in the mean time, he should still be sexually spontaneous, take you out on dates, still work on his physical appearance, and offer to take charge with tasks around the house. (Hell even cooking, if the food…

Vitamin D was a substantial thing that helped me. I swear some weeks I got 8 hours of sleep religiously and I would wake up STILL feeling tired. Eventually, I got my D levels checked, the normal range is 30-100 and I was only 13. I took 50,000 units of Vitamin D twice weekly for 2 months (prescribed of course) and I didn't even need coffee anymore! I highly recommend everyone gets their levels checked if you're feeling fatigued without much activity.

As a nurse for the past 5 years, I will say that depression is a subjective experience (no shit right?) We can't all be armchair psychiatrists and claim, "Ah yeah the best way to non-medicinally overcome this ailment is to..." There are some people who just cannot function efficiently without some sort of medicinal intervention. Some people are not willing to introspectively look back at their life and reflect why they are the way they are. On the other hand, maybe talking with a therapist would…

MGTOW is a testament to healthy amounts of narcissism. People today are discouraged to put themselves first because being selfless is noble and the "right thing to do." Being a controlled narcissist doesn't mean being a complete arrogant asshole, nor giving up on empathy, but it does mean setting boundaries for what you want in life. Women often trample on those boundaries; especially if you cohabitate with one. How many stories do we read here or see in RL to reinforce this fact? This is why pl…

I will give you 2 situations in which I tried this, one failed, and one succeeded. Scenario 1 (Success): This one girl I was dating for about 2 months went out with a group of friends (her friends) and myself, to a strip with a lot of clubs on it. She happened to see a guy friend she knew and excitedly ran up to him and practically jumped into his arms with excitement (this was outside of the club). Instead of waiting for her outside of the club, I went inside with her friends and starting talki…

Honestly anything that pays well (>$50,000 USD). I work as an RN and that seemed to impress a lot of women (though I don't rely on my occupation to impress women). I think it's your hobbies though that show your SMV the most. If you're a radiologist and stay in a dark room all day making $250K a year but yet you go home and read, it shows that you're boring. If you do the same job and like to go hiking, cooking, plumbing, building, that shows you're versatile and crafty.

Yes it still applies because it doesn't matter if you want the LTR, it only matters if SHE wants the LTR. A girl who doesn't say "I love you" or secretly hints at advancing the relationship first means that you're nothing more to her than either a friend or a FWB.

You don't need an excuse to talk to her, just go back in and introduce yourself. The more you pine over her, it gives her SMV she hasn't even earned yet! Talk to her without an excuse to "bump into her" again. If she likes you the approach and the circumstances won't matter. It's all about physical attraction.

Honestly you'll see why nursing is so feminized once you take the graduate level of nursing theory. Even so, that's not the part that makes it particularly feminine, as these theories are just good ways to take care of patients in certain settings (and even promotes a compassionate business sense). The part that makes nursing a shit show of feminism is lateral violence among women. Don't ever get involved in personal squabbles among coworkers. If the level of cattiness is dangerously high at you…

Dreams and aspirations can be easily broken down into what YOU want to accomplish in your lifetime. Obviously this means realistic goals with only few realistic-but-not-really goals. My realistic dream is to finish my nurse practitioner degree in 2 years. My bigger ambition is to run my own practice. My slightly unrealistic degree is to travel into outer space in my lifetime.

I would've done the same thing. If I had proof that she was going to meet up with a guy for something more than just friendly affairs, call it quits and never talk to her again.

Exactly! She expected to be FWBs, you don't take her home to see mom and dad, you don't let her get exposed to your friends. You just simply get alone time to fuck and forget. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be.

Wow thank you for this field report of what happens when a guy fails shit test after shit test. First by her "never trusting you from the start" is a red flag, you probably should've nexted her if you wanted her from an LTR standpoint. Even as a plate, you should never have introduced her to your friends on a regular basis. You're giving her the impression that she is girlfriend material or a trophy plate. Fuck buddies are plain and simple, one person invites the other to their place (MAYBE eats…

Never ask a woman what she is thinking. Be more direct and change the topic to a lighter mood. You're only interested at this point in determining sexual standing -- nothing more. If you want a relationship, let it build naturally within her until she's about to burst and she asks, "What are we?"

That's the point though, there was something that turned her off. I only gave an example of three variables, there could be plenty of things that turned her off. Maybe you weren't forward enough physically with her either and she would've loved to have sex with you, that's always a possibility too. Being yourself is a good way to play the game, there's no "deceit" and no trying to "fake it until you make it." Keep in mind though that if you keep going out with women for 1 month at a time that yo…

Hold on a second, you actually dated this girl for a MONTH! This means she WAS interested in you. The problem is a variable: Were you too clingy? Did you do great date ideas consistently? Was she already dating someone else and he was more interesting than you? Don't get hung up on them and just try to keep the ball rolling by dating more women. You never know who will stick! So always be trying! Congrats on landing her for a month at least, any new pickup is always a boost to your ego.

I overhauled my personality with a subreddit that shall not be named due to its stigma for being misogynistic (even though that is NOT the theme). Through enough context clues on Reddit you'll come across it one day and see the world through a different lens. The first rule of that subreddit is that it shall not be discussed. Good luck!

You forgot one other pillar of attraction too: Social proof

Family Occupation Recreation Dreams, this is the acronym anyone in sales will tend to use on you in order to stimulate conversation. Otherwise they would only push their product right? When it comes to women they'll likely get dragged into FORD discussions with multiple guys; hence, why it's important to stand out from the rest and take risks.

Ask yourself if you're genuinely attractive. If you are a physically fit person, then ask yourself if you're assertive enough around people in general. If you're successful socializing, then ask yourself if you take risks with those you find interest in: Do you make risque jokes around women? Are you genuinely funny? Do you give off a vibe of outcome independence? Those who are aloof are better off than those who cling to female attention to raise their value.

RP logic will get you in the right mindset. If you want to fuck women, I tend to supplement it with advice taken from /r/seduction. They key is not to get too sappy. Don't hang around the same girl all night. Talk to multiple people (guys and girls), this will make the women you talked to earlier raise their interest in you because you have social proof.

I think that the major thing for the OP was that he wanted to gain confidence. Him practicing asking for numbers isn't necessarily a bad thing. Jump ahead 5 years later: If he's still asking for numbers from women with low SMV, then yes he is desperate.

Snapchats may be useful if you're <23 years of age. I'm 26 so I find that texting is still just as good as it always was years ago.

Some will argue that Facebook adds are better since you know they can't be fake. Otherwise I'm a traditionalist and just trust that their phone number is legit. I figure if they like me enough it'll be real. I've yet to encounter a fake number. Plus it gives me an excuse to get in their space by handing them my phone so they can put in their phone number, and I watch them over their shoulder as they input the digits getting all close to them.

The next step: No matter how awkward the interaction, ALWAYS try for the number. This is good practice to see if you get some sort of closure -- even if the number ends up being fake. I found this to be my biggest upswing when trying to seduce women. You may surprise yourself.

Date new women ASAP. Work on your life and stay busy. Don't contact them anymore.

An easy way to weed people is to ask them for favors. Do you find yourself being an orbiter around women and want to know if they genuinely like you? Ask them to pick up a pizza for you the next time you guys hang out... because you'd do the same for them right? Or how about even a guy friend who talks about his lack of success with women, he talks all the time, why shouldn't you go to him to vent your frustrations? In either case, if they are dismissive of what you want, that's the best way to …

I'm a guy and I even want to know the answer to this. I currently use a Norelco (forget the name of the subtype), but I heard Peanut and Wahl were supposedly the two better brands to get. Anyone else with different insight?

FORD is okay, but you need to improvise and be funny. I tend to make fun of something they did in one of their stories. For instance, one girl I went out on a date with this past week said she was Muslim. I asked her if her vitamin D levels were low from wearing a full burqa in the sun all the time. Her jaw dropped, but I kept sitting there staring at her while smirking in that "oh yes I just said that" style. Then she gave me that light "oh you!" smack on my arm and laughed it off. I learned th…
