Having female "friends" is always a good idea, they can give you valuable information and a different view of the world. As a young fat man I agree, since I remember I'm fat but when I was a little slimmer 3 years ago I was a little more agile and I'm still young so it does not affect me too much but I feel I could be feel much better, sleep better etc if I just lifted some weights and ride my bicycle. Exercise is a nice habit, and I see a lot of 40-50 year old man that are in shape and look much better than a chubby 20 year old, they look happier too.
