They ban all men, it's in their rules. But remember guys, sexism is okay against men.

Anecdotal experience doesn't speak for everyone though. I have seen and experienced a lot of these issues, both from my own experience and others. We do have natural behaviors to weed people out, but it's not as simple as you make it out to be. Socially awkward men can still be dependable people. The group I primarily hang out with is comprised of a mix of more masculine types and socially awkward types. The reason we function well is because we are still able to work together and enjoy each oth…

I don't think our fraternal male bonding has been vilified. Women are suspicious whenever men gather in groups and exclude them but what the hell are they going to do about it? They cannot fight our instincts. It has been. When young boys are close with one another, they're called gay. When they refuse the company of women, they're called virgins. They're made fun of if they dont include women somehow, which has a negative effect on them growing up, and makes it harder to develop fraternal bonds…

Also, as men, it is in our bones to solve our own problems. This is how we have self-selected for strength in both physical and mental endeavors. Do you not see the issues with this? At our roots, we were there for each other. Our ancestors loved one another as brothers, and when one went through something, he had brothers there for him. Only in our modern society was this brotherhood demonized. We do not need a "Men's Day." The very idea of it is insulting. You might as well give me a trophy fo…

Y'all are fucking wack on this one. The whole point of it is to celebrate men's contributions and also bring up some issues that are never really talked about, such as male depression and suicide, workplace deaths, unfair sentencing, etc. It's not some "Oppression Olympics", it's a day to give thanks and to discuss what needs to be discussed.

Hey man, you do you! I'm glad to hear you're figuring yourself out. We never stop learning about ourselves, huh? I know I have a buddy, he's a good dude, hard worker, all that, but one thing he told me was that in a relationship, he prefers the wife role, so to speak. He likes to be the supporter and all that, and he's just kind of taken on that role in any relationship he's been in without thinking about it. I've never thought less of him, and I honestly look up to him in many ways. He's one of…

I appreciate it. I myself am pansexual, and I'm currently dating someone who's pretty accepting. My ex was, and she was generally dominant, but she ended up cheating on me, and I honestly feel that she took advantage of me more because I was submissive. I gave her another chance with a caveat, and she dumped me later. My current partner has been very accepting, and we swap back and forth. They(born female, NB) are built very solidly for a female, almost height, broad, but curvy, so they aren't q…

I may not speak for all of us, but us in the southern US don't mind being called good ol' boys
/r/MGTOW02/11/20 09:56 PM

That's actually something that's been bad on my mental health. I'm a very masculine guy. I'm above average height, very broad and stocky, beard, long hair, and I've worked lots of manual labor. I'm pretty in charge most of the time. However, I'm demonized and looked down on by many because I enjoy being the submissive partner in sex and such. It makes it very difficult to build lasting relationships when you're always afraid of them leaving due to that, and the judgement which comes with it.

As a white man from Alabama: Saying we all hate blacks just makes us ACTUALLY hate blacks, because it's to a point of, "Fuck you. You're saying I'm this awful person no matter what I do, so why try? You're all the same." So, if you ACTUALLY want to make a change, start there.

There's nothing wrong with being sexually active, but if all you look for is casual sex, don't be surprised when it's hard to find a relationship. I'm seeing a girl now, and we've both had active sex lives, but we've clicked amazingly. We don't have to have sex, but we enjoy our time together regardless. Compare that to my ex who dumped me because I didn't fuck her enough. Right after I dropped $73 dollars on a date that she asked for, of course.

My mom was like that. Her and my dad split when I was three, she already had two kids from a previous marriage, she married my stepdad when I was around 8, now I'm 20 and they've divorced. I've had to teach myself or learn from friends or distant family such as cousins how to plug a tire, learned how to install washers, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves from work, had to get my brother's best friend to help me swap out my alternator on my truck(me and him have a good relationship, he just moved …

Exactly, which leads to negative stereotypes, which leads to harsher treatment. Of course, that does not excuse things like what happened to Floyd. The only thing that justifies is extra caution, not hatred.

No, the number of whites killed is far higher, however, someone else did post a link that said that black people make up more citims per 1000. I need to look more into that one however.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/uk-48186035 An older article, talks about stabbings being on the rise and such. https://www.statista.com/statistics/195325/murder-victims-in-the-us-by-weapon-used/ US caps out at 1,515, but there are conflicting sources. For some reason it's difficult to find things relating to US knife crime, articles about the UK pop up. When's the last time someone drove a truck through a crowd here? My point is that gun laws don't do shit. People will simply use something else.…

Um... no. If its statistically backed, its not racism. Racism is belief that one race is superior and others inferior. Statistics don't have beliefs. Japan ranks 36th in crime rate, South Korea 30th.

If the shoe fits. More diverse countries tend toward a higher crime rate than homogenous ones. They are also the size of Michigan.
/r/MensRights02/06/20 07:16 AM

They also have more bombings, vehicular murders, and stabbings. Except maybe Japan, who is also almost completely homogeneous.

A gun is not a defense, it is an offense. Are you serious? A tool can't have multiple uses? Welp, guess you can't use a knife to defend yourself. Should we ban knives too? Gun owners are actually more likely to be shot by a gun than non gun owners, and more likely to be killed by their own gun than someone else’s. Your so called “defense” makes you more likely to get shot. Source? Last time I checked, cavemen didn’t have guns, and they didn’t need them. In fact, most people today don’t have guns…

Never said you should go to someone's who can't do it right, but barbers and stylists have the right to refuse customers who don't fit their field. Also, either one could refuse on the basis that they simply don't do men or women. People have tried male only gyms. They got in trouble for sexism. Various male only groups have had that happen. Hell, the boy scouts. If women can designate female only spaces, men can designate male only ones. We both need a break from each other. Also, I will never …

And that's great. But given that a barber is a male hairdresser, if he told you he couldn't do it because you're a woman, then that's his business. Same with a salon telling a guy they can't do his hair. We also have the right to associate with who we want. So, a male barber can say that he won't do any women's hair, and vice versa.
/r/PussyPassDenied29/05/20 03:56 PM

That's a good point and definitely a complex problem which has no simple solution. The easiest route to go would probably be to limit intersex people to whichever they are closest to, as in an intersex with a female lean in female spaces, and vice versa, but this still has its issues with them identifying as more male despite having a feminine appearance. Intersex is a very awkward place to be, and I honestly haven't thought on it enough to provide educated solutions. I can understand the confli…

It's to hand EVERYONE an automatic weapon. If you come into my house with a gun, I'll just blow you to shreds. Easy. That's great, you're gonna be a statistic. Even professionals say NOT to use it, and that it is NOT a reliable defense, because you're still almost certain to be injured or killed, adrenaline or not. You know what is a reliable defense? A gun. That's a low estimate, actually. Higher ones range into the hundreds of thousands, or even millions, though those are a bit iffy. So, what …

Handguns with a barrel less than 4.1 inches, or that fire .25 or .32 rounds. There are exceptions for competitions. They have a limit on muzzle velocity and the amount of joules that the firearm can use. Rifles or shotguns which have been altered to have a barrel less than 18 inches in length, or an overall length of 26 inches.(The US has similar laws, which are also stupid, though stronger ones against sawed off shotguns, a favorite of mine). Converted automatics, ie a firearm which originally …

At least one of those is illegal already. See the pattern? Criminals don't care. If someone wants to kill, they will kill. We've seen it in the UK. They still use guns, but they also use knives, trucks, acid, etc. Have you ever TRIED disarming a knife wielder? Lmao. You have no idea what you're talking about. It's a huge risk attempting it even for trained professionals. I mean, I could just shoot them. An estimated 67,740 crimes are stopped each year by a citizen with a gun. Doesn't have to be …

No, they wouldn't have. How would he have gotten it on anyway? A knife fan cause more damage than a bullet, especially if you have nowhere to run. A cannon can quite literally blow 20 people apart with one shot. Do you have any idea what an AR15 is?

The barber I know can cut my hair, and actually cut my girlfriend's hair, although more or less to show me his skill(I'm VERY particular about my hair). It doesn't matter what she wanted to be, most barbers don't serve women because that's not what most barbers do. A salon in my town has a MALE barber for that reason, men can get their hair and beard trimmed up. Its not hard to call a salon and ask if they do men's cuts, same as it's not hard to call a barber and ask if they do women's. If my ba…

They hated him because he spoke the truth. A hard pill to swallow is that we aren't all equal. We all deserve to be TREATED as equals, but every sex, race, culture, etc is different. That's not a bad thing. We should celebrate our differences, they're what make us unique, you know? A barder's shop isn't just to get your hair cut. The one where I live is in a cigar lounge, and it's not necessarily male only, but it's probably 99% men in the shop and the lounge. Barber shops are also like a male coffee bar, so to speak. Some guys go to get their hair cut, chit chat, leave. It's nice just to be around other men sometimes. There's a different kind of bond. Both sexes need their own places. To my knowledge, she wasn't kicked out, simply told she couldn't get a hair cut. Men and…

These are different things. My point was that equating them doesn’t make sense; equating them again (without any justification) isn’t a convincing argument. They all belong in the same category. Varying degrees yes, but if you instigate, you don't have the right to tell someone what degree they can retaliate to. Yes. No one disagrees there. My point is that your definition of consequences is absurd and has no nuance. It serves to encourage others to think. There's also an honor to it. If someone…

If you spit on, attack, steal from, etc, whoever, you've accepted the consequences. Maybe he took it a bit far, but I don't blame him. When someone tests you, make an example of them. Our society protects weak individuals and punishes strong ones. You can talk whatever shit you want, be as rude, vulgar, and disrespectful as you want, with no repercussions, because if your target knocks you out, you can press charges. Its pathetic, and its bullshit. If you talk shit, disrespect someone, whatever,…

"I disagree that women belong in the kitchen. I'd prefer them to be productive, wouldn't you?" This was the comment I responded to. I was arguing that housewives are just as productive as working women. I don't think we would. We would likely have caught up without too much lag.
