Fattening foods* One can eat fatty foods and be in godlike shape because it fits their diet (keto style or similar plans). Its important to make the distinction. Sometimes fat fucks never make it to their goal because they are told all their life to do things a certain way that may work for others but not for them (I know I'm not alone, I had a hard time not only controlling carb intake but seeing results eating a carb fueled diet). All they really needed is to attack the problem in a different …

It (the lifting) may have affected how he looked once he hit a certain size, should he have started it sooner rather than later. It would have been like a butterfly breaking out of one's fatass cocoon, a very dramatic and magical-seeming transformation.

You're only overweight at 5'11" 200 lbs if you had a high amount of fat relative to your lean weight (which i'm guessing was the case because you said you didn't lift yet). To say it's useless to lift between a certain range of weight is bullshit. You would've lost the man titties sooner as well as continued to lose the fat if you ran in addition to lifting.

The conversations never even get to that point. I'm talking about how they would neglect logic and reason on the matter of marriage, and instead only focus on essentially middle class deadendjob endgame (get decent job, get married, get kids, work til you're dead). Does your family place married highly on the todo list in life? Now in their (my family's) eyes they see it as a respectable life, which in my eyes and theirs (whether they're happy or not) is such a life because my dad works his ass …

Its sad but true that it is abuse. What's even worse is that the cucks that make up the majority of my family actually try to instill the idea that sex isn't important in a relationship. Granted, they come from a beta bux ethnic background (middle eastern Muslims on dads side), so I can understand why, but still. Depends on the individual, but I wonder where the abuse actually starts.

That 50 pounds in her chest and butt is really the area right under her tits and just above her ass, around her ass, and dripping down her legs. Given that she was tryina lock down a 5'6" wildebeast, I'm gonna go ahead and assume she is short. For all you who have a hard time accurately visualizing, 50 pounds (especially, and not in a good way, if it's fat) on a short girl is noticeable as fuck. Refer to those "this is x amount lbs of fat" yellow jelly blocks they have at Disneyland (you can eas…

Is the shoulder small? My shoulders used to get ridiculously sore when I first started hitting (relatively) heavy numbers for bench (205-225lbs). My shoulders were also small, and no matter how much I tweaked my form, they would always get sore to the point of burning pain (and not like from a nasty leg pump from lunges, but like somethings going to snap). If size is the case, try building them (hypertrophy with less weight than you're using, and more reps). Unless there is a legit medical condi…

I like pissing my family off (really it's anyone older than me that gets pissed) by including them in my fitness/nutritional loop because they're stuck in their ways about said "knowledge". That knowledge mostly consists of myths that have been demonizing real foods since the 70s or whenever the hell globalists decided that egg yokes will explode your heart, and that steak and butter and salt are the devil. Its amusing to see peers and elders talk shit about ones efforts, only to see them get hi…

If you choose to use SL, don't underestimate the effectiveness of starting with just the bar or low weight on the bar. Granted, you can't really exercise proper form until you get 45's on both sides, but you will not regret starting lower and working your way up because the weight adds up quickly.

Tldr: dont cut, recomp while maintaining. You have an advantage having more mass on your body already. It's not as hard to make strength gains at a higher weight than lower. That's one reason why its not as impressive to lift... let's say 315 deadlift at 220lbs than that same 315 at 165lbs (granted: 315 may not be much for the majority of the shitlords here, but its a decent milestone to lift three plates for any lift and especially a noobie). This was me. 24 yrs 6'0" January 2016: 250lbs (your …

They encourage critical thinking so long as one doesn't open one's mouth speaking an opinion that goes against the acceptable range of tone. Lord knows how many times I got boned over a paper for arguing a position that I believe in that goes against the norm. I only had one or two professors that actually saw the logic in my efforts and didn't fuck me in the ass after I gave them a good bj. They were outliers. On the whole, you don't get good grades unless you conform to presenting certain scho…

I'd actually rather have the girl cook, granted her infidelity/transgression hasn't shown up on radar, to the point where she finally gives in and kills the puppy. In the end, at least in my case (as its happened a couple times now), the puppy won't actually be killed. One can argue the puppy is already dead, or that it just doesn't have time to react with emotion anymore as its mission is clear.

My logical reason for not voting for Trump (and in turn not voting for any presidential candidate this term) is because my family (which is comprised of a bunch of blue pill botards) would give me shit for the next four years. Granted, if things turned out better as a result of him being head honcho, I'm sure I could give them shit for the four years after that, but overall its not worth it. I'd rather them bite their damn tongues when they realize how "awesome" Hillary will be. (They're beyond …

Learned about that (bache bazi) myself in a hdev course a little while ago. There was a documentary about a journalist who attempted to infiltrate the scene, and they tried pulling one of the boys out that they were scouting. They were met with resistance (the whole thing was bullshit) but they were eventually able to get him to a relative away from the hotspot. But that was one... How many resources are required to do that for every boy involved (taking into account that they're essentially bra…

I don't see why men would ever have a problem (unless the girl is fugly) working "under" females.

I'm pretty sure the majority (if not all) of the "equality" programs (i.e. title IX) in universities/college institutions are organized by entities whose names/bodies are female-oriented. The school I attend (in the LBC) is definitely showing its true colors now with respect to pro-pussy power (with the new president being an ol bitty, it doesn't really help).

Sleep naked and also on hard surface, help with back pain and better posture. Deadlifting and rowing (with proper form), and other accessory movements focusing on back, will also help reduce or eliminate back pain. When I was a 250 pound fat fuck and even when I was lighter but hadn't started lifting, my lack of back muscles (and strength of my back) was horrendous and I would always tweak my neck and back and also accumulate more pinched nerves than necessary.

This is so accurate, and not just about this female but the majority if not all of them. They want a collective opinion and concurrence by the society they are apart of in order to justify their feelings. A couple of the girls I'm talking to at the moment have shown this to be true. Granted, they're fishing for answers because of trivial things but still. It usually goes in the form of "I'm so pissed right now. Why even bother sometimes," and then since nothings really the matter they'll add the…

True. I just wanted to make it fresh in OP's and whoever else may benefit's mind. I can be practicing an action (whether it be a lift, initiating conversation with a woman, etc.) and doing it like a complete dumbass, or even so-so. I may not get rekt today, or the next day I practice it, but eventually my ignorance or complacency will get the better of me. But even then, I'll benefit from whatever failure will come my way, because my eyes are open. I think OP has a good take on what to do in his…

Practice makes permanent. Not saying you're wrong, as practice may lead to progress, but to say that it makes progress is not always the case. Someone can practice a deadlift thousands of times and not get injured, but if they do it shittily, they are bound by probability to sustain injury at some point. Or worse, they may continue to do all those deadlifts and never get any stronger at it because of poor form and/or execution. On a side note, I don't know why people, in general, continue to say…

That isn't my comment. I wrote what I wrote for a reason. And I asked what I asked in order to better understand her position. The video wasn't a good supplier of information as she was unable to maintain my attention. I'm looking for a second and third and xth opinion on how she rates on the HB scale so that I may more accurately judge women. And I didn't see any discussion to contribute to. All I saw was a potential example of red pill provided and labeled as such.

I can't seem to get passed how much she looks like Slappy the living dummy from Goosebumps. Now I'm genuinely curious, how old is she and what is she on the HB scale? Personally I'd say she's a 3, and that's only because she has that accent (and I don't mean when she speaks, I mean the british sounds she would make if she were to be sucking a penis).

What is the difference between an individual social justice warrior and any run of the mill collective social justice warrior? Your average collective SJW will stop at "fuck you, you misogynistic pig of a white male", the individual SJW will actually fuck you like a misogynistic pig of a white male. My point? Both are classified as SJW's.

A fairly recent example of women not advocating loyalty as well as failing to assume the role of a leader (in my scholastic life): Last group project of the semester for my human development class (groups of 3 were supposed to make a magazine about an event that dealt with something controversial, could be anything). As everyone usually does, we waited til the weekend (Sunday night), three days before the deadline, to compile everything (and so did every other group in the class, as it turned ou…

XD. Just got booted from a facebook group I was in after being barraged by a slew of (intended to be) insults from multiple white 3rd wave feminists (mostly androgenic males). I guess not a lot of people like when you admit your love for sluts in broad daylight, nor do they like the word slut, as it's apparently a derogatory term and not just a description for a promiscuous woman. I'd say I learned the same lesson as the guy in the article. You don't want to reveal your secret identity like a ja…

I think it was the title 9 rape prevention videos that had me dying on the floor laughing. The one situation where one girl was getting hot and heavy with some guy at a party, and she was feeling last minute doubts about getting the D in her V. She says no in the middle of all the action, and he bolts, leaving her alone on the couch to feel her feels... poor heart was abused and left to take care of her own orgasm because ol boy didn't want to stick around for free cuddles after getting severe b…

I appreciate this post. It helps me better understand the concept without using words like game etc. Instead it appeals to that which I'm studying or along the same lines, which is information systems. Now I don't know if anyone's posted anything about this, but I've come to understand that there are different frames one puts themselves in, or at least there are adaptations that need to be made in order to secure the frame one has, depending on the setting I.e. job, female, family, stranger, etc…

If you want to be treated like an RN with 2.5 kids living in Indiana, how about you fucking become an RN and pop out 2.5 kids and live in Indiana. Holy shit... Just shows one woman realizing that one has to earn their impression on others. That shit isn't free. And that shit isn't worth the same amount as making 60k a month working a cock (being generous as there will usually be more than one) in front of a camera. Those dollar signs do not equate to the life experience and respect/rapport of an…

Thanks for your solution, I do think it'll help a lot (granted I can maintain frame). I've been caught in situations that I inevitably fail and the conversation dips. I think it's just my lack of inexperience, and I end up getting caught up in myself which causes the conversation or whatever it is to collapse. It doesn't help that I'm sociopathic, although I'm sure my nature can be helpful once I've gained experience and momentum in a&a and other techniques to endure shit tests.

I appreciate the response. xD I hear you. Jackie Chan meme is my goto for some of the stuff I hear people say on the daily (although I usually just keep it to myself). I guess it's my frame slipping when i spend more time than I'd hope trying to rationalize (especially with women). Logic is a gift and a curse.

If i'm put into a situation where my opinion is asked for about some controversial topic, should I hide my true opinions (given that I no longer believe in BP shit like supporting feminism, marriage (at least with respect to the status quo), etc.) from those that make up my social circle or even acquaintances / strangers?

since women are nothing above teenagers on the emotional/mental ladder of maturation, their tantrums are more biological powerplays rather than social/otherwise. Guessing that's why it's so effective to not take women's shit, much as one wouldn't accept a toddler crying (as its usually out of envy they're attempting to destroy people's santiy) in the middle of the isle of fried shit at a supermarket.

Males and females will never be equal. That's biological fact. The only equality that is truly shared between the two sexes (although this is true for all living things, and therefore gender does not matter) is that one day we all stop breathing. Other than that, the only two ways it'd be appropriate to say that both men and women are equal is to look at each others economic value or if we all had the same reproductive parts (and even then this would only be covering gender equality). Granted, t…

Good Post. In my experience, it's usually always been when I solidify the date with time/venue (like you did) that the girl doesn't flake. The usually is because sometimes they are genuinely unable because of work or whatever, but having the plan made down pat on my part has them rescheduling to meet at a time when they can. Granted, there are still some flakes that one may encounter (even with the measures to prevent such from happening), but i have noticed that they are less flaky when one giv…

Help those who are in a mindset ready to effectively use the help given. If they ain't ready there's no point until they've been kicked in the balls enough to know something needs to change and they're ready for a change to be made.

Same (as far as sticking with a girl because of oneitis). Long distance relationships suck dick. Not even worth it (married is still meh because that makes the marriage even more difficult (if thats the right word...) ) because aside from nudes and dirty talk/skype there aint no sex. For sure, my social circle got fuckin crippled hard as the relationship got more and more toxic to my well-being (which happened very early on as the oneitis had kicked in within a few months). Neo, from the Matrix, puked and passed out (not sure if this is a defense mechanism but fuck it) after being explained what the Matrix truly was (this was after he took TRP). He wasn't ready for it and I'm sure this is along the same lines as what you're feeling now. Once one learns kung fu (and/or the equivalent of it in real life), one will be able to fully engage the idea of the lovey dovey bullshit as a potential crutch to fall back on (as its the comfortable nature of that which we've been …
