Ummm, no. There is rarely a media embargo laid upon a case unless there is a young victim involved. If formal charges are laid the court proceedings are almost ALWAYS public. This public access to court proceedings is supposed to keep justice transparent for all.

It is nonsensical to reference non-existent laws to somehow construct any kind of societal theory. Simply because feminists do it does not mean we should.
Sure, dismiss my comments as trolling because you don't agree with them. I don't think history is as important as what we do now. Our actions and our laws that exist TODAY are the things we can change. We should focus on them instead. If we endlessly dwell on things that have happened in the past we can never move forward!
Just because other people have it worse does not mean we should not fight for our rights. I think oppression is a subjective term. Instead of worrying about the degree to which we are or are not oppressed we should deal with the issues instead.
