That's because it doesn't work and OC didn't have enough detail at all
/r/seduction13/08/24 05:51 PM
1

That has never come remotely close to happening for me on Tinder. What kind of people were sending you messages first? Maybe 2 girls ever reached out to me first, and they both stopped talking after a few days of back and forth
/r/seduction05/11/22 08:37 PM
1

How do
/r/seduction05/11/22 08:00 PM
6

"Lean into that" "Everything will work out" You are not very good at explaining the how
/r/seduction01/11/22 08:38 PM
1

...yeah? Not everyone can instantly get a success. I didn't really have friends growing up, and my social skills just aren't as great.
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:16 PM
1

I was that guy in college. Happy, and couldn't care less about getting laid. Still didn't lead anywhere. I don't really get how there's a correlation there, and I don't think we're going to figure it out, so I'm probably done listening. Thanks for your time dude
/r/seduction01/11/22 05:58 PM
1

"Learn to feed yourself" Okay that's kinda what I came into the sub for...
/r/seduction01/11/22 04:36 PM
1

I'm glad it was for you
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:34 AM
4

Which is incredibly stupid, a waste of time, and not a measure of intelligence. No one is a mind reader.
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:33 AM
1

How did you make her laugh left and right?
/r/seduction01/11/22 07:32 AM
1

I don't know how that has never not worked for you. I've had the opposite experience
/r/seduction01/11/22 02:34 AM
1

That's if the girl likes you. That's a big if Thanks for the real answer though
/r/seduction01/11/22 02:21 AM
1

How did the girl respond to you backing off?
/r/seduction01/11/22 02:14 AM
1

That's not an answer What did she do?
/r/seduction01/11/22 02:12 AM
1

And then girls have started escalating with you? How did that happen for you?
/r/seduction01/11/22 02:07 AM
1

This is several said girls. What planet do you live on where girls start touching you all over? The girls I've met are very passive
/r/seduction01/11/22 02:03 AM
2

Okay thanks. That makes more sense. What doesn't make sense is that she'll start escalating herself, that hasn't really ever happened for me.
/r/seduction01/11/22 01:56 AM
2

That is the opposite of "be passive and let her take the reigns". What are you on about? Which one is it?
/r/seduction01/11/22 01:54 AM
0

But then that's by completely random chance and it might never work out. Which is my experience.
/r/seduction01/11/22 01:51 AM
3

Then she should just say that
/r/seduction01/11/22 01:49 AM
4

No girl has ever kissed me first or even been the first to escalate physically
/r/seduction01/11/22 01:48 AM
1

Nice. Please do it in private next time :)
/r/seduction30/10/22 12:43 AM

With a different attitude, in college, I never got laid. It's not so much the attitude as it is social skills.
/r/seduction29/10/22 10:22 PM
1

Which workouts give you the biggest gainz?
/r/seduction29/10/22 10:08 PM
1

There's no use making me frustrated by giving me a bunch of guarantees, and telling me that social skills are super easy to learn. If they're so easy to learn, tell me what you've learned about social skills. And saying "branch out from there" like it has any kind of intrinsic meaning I'm supposed to glean.
/r/seduction29/10/22 08:20 PM

How much time?
/r/seduction29/10/22 08:19 PM

I mean, I'm still trying, but I'm not gonna be an idiot and think it'll magically happen
/r/seduction29/10/22 08:18 PM
2

First of all... I got pretty lucky to have financially responsible parents, and I didn't spend a penny of the money I made through childhood, so I never had trouble. But I also learned a fuckton. Dave Ramsey is the guy to listen to for financial advice (except building credit). If you need to pay off a lot of debt, Dave Ramsey's 7 baby steps are the way to reach independence, in this order: Save $1000 (or $2000 realistically) for emergencies Pay off all non-mortgage debts with "debt snowball" Sa…

Thanks! I'll do my best. Glad you're doing better
/r/seduction29/10/22 04:26 PM

I graduated high school 7 years ago.
/r/seduction29/10/22 04:20 PM
1

If I'm detailed, you'll find the most stupid and obvious detail to latch onto, and then you'll move on. I'm just pushing back against BS that isn't true. The common denominator is me, but you also just told me that you can't give me any advice without specific instances. And everyone is different... so how are they related at all, and how am I supposed to find patterns between them?
/r/seduction29/10/22 04:20 PM
2

Yeah no. 6 years is a long time to be patient and it didn't happen. I was positive in those 6 years.
/r/seduction29/10/22 08:52 AM
2

Yes, I am trying therapy. It should have realistically happened in the 6 years I was in college. That's a pretty big timeframe to find something casual once.
/r/seduction29/10/22 08:45 AM
1

...yes, that's exactly what I'm doing, because that's stupid advice to be giving. Even if I gave you a list of rejections I've gotten, down to the exact cues, you wouldn't be able to come up with patterns between the rejections. I don't know how you expect me to be able to ask a better question. I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong! That's kinda the whole reason I'm here.

Instructions unclear, the girl is now on fire
/r/seduction29/10/22 08:36 AM
48

Going out to bars, clubs, social events, salsa nights, hitting up people in line at the mall, and doing more to meet people. Just went to a huge convention with several thousand people, that was full of weirdos like me lol. I've got a ridiculously good financial situation for my age. I go to the gym. I'm working on my fashion. I'm practicing guitar. Signed up for therapy not long ago. The problem isn't with doing that stuff. The problem is that I never reached those milestones in the first place…

Instructions unclear, vibrator stuck in butthole
/r/seduction29/10/22 03:36 AM
0

No, it's not. It's not actionable and it's vague. And yes, I am. Very astute. Maybe it's because I never learned how to do it growing up. So then how am I supposed to know how to do it?
/r/seduction29/10/22 02:38 AM
2

Thank you!! Still... now we're doing something completely different than seduction, which has nothing to do with seduction, and is just about my own self happiness. I won't be any closer to something casual
/r/seduction29/10/22 01:48 AM
2

Well, what kind of answer is "you'll get there"? I'm in my mid 20s. It's only helpful if it's actually true. I've gone over half a decade without it being true. I appreciate it, but holy crap it's not like it'll just magically happen. I've gotten so close without it happening.
/r/seduction29/10/22 01:36 AM
4

Thank you! I will check the sub and see if there's answers there
/r/seduction29/10/22 01:34 AM
1

When will I get there?
/r/seduction29/10/22 01:17 AM
2

And even having positive interactions is *dependent on the other person. I don't know about you, but I'm not totally charming. I'm very slowly getting better, but it's not like in a month I'm going to be able to have an abundance mindset after having a bunch of convos that don't result in friendship.
/r/seduction29/10/22 01:06 AM
1

Okay. So what I've gleaned is, none of this has anything to do with sex itself, and more about personal happiness. In that case, the advice you gave me doesn't "work", and only has to do with being happier. So this isn't a conversation about seduction at all. I just want a hookup once in a while to give me a slight boost.
/r/seduction29/10/22 01:03 AM
0

Exactly. You can't answer that in a vacuum... so it's bad advice to expect me to be able to put into action. I'm not very good at coming up with funny responses and coming up with things on the fly.
/r/seduction29/10/22 12:58 AM
1

So how do you come up with witty responses?
/r/seduction28/10/22 11:58 PM
5

You neither? I have a hard time believing you. I still go out there every weekend and do things to improve. Doesn't mean girls aren't allowed to choose whatever they want. And every time, it's no.
/r/seduction28/10/22 11:43 PM
3

What strategies do you use?
/r/seduction28/10/22 11:20 PM
1

Not right now, cause I didn't make it in college, when people like you said I would. Mindset =/= results.
/r/seduction28/10/22 11:19 PM
12

Almost 25. I know almost exactly the comment you'll make, and before you do, let's think for a minute about how you could help me beyond "just keep trying". Because keeping trying isn't working.
/r/seduction28/10/22 11:13 PM
1

How do you think of it? It doesn't just come out of thin air for me. If all you're doing is observing things around you, you won't have witty remarks for the things she says
/r/seduction28/10/22 11:10 PM
3

I am here to give you the number 1,200 at least, over 7 years
/r/seduction28/10/22 10:10 PM
1

How do you come up with fun and entertaining things to do on the fly? How do you make witty remarks?
/r/seduction28/10/22 10:07 PM
1

Not necessarily true.
/r/seduction28/10/22 10:06 PM
41

Not true. I had a great mindset in college and it never happened there
/r/seduction28/10/22 10:04 PM
2

Or maybe none of them depending
/r/seduction28/10/22 07:10 PM
2

What does that even mean
/r/seduction28/10/22 07:08 PM
1

But how do you actually get there
/r/seduction28/10/22 07:08 PM
300

Yeah this is a huge shortcoming of this sub. Part of having an abundance mindset is having the little wins add up over time. I never did. I never got the milestones other people did.
/r/seduction28/10/22 07:05 PM
1

Sounds like you come off as lame
/r/seduction28/10/22 07:04 PM
1

So how do you have a fun personality
/r/seduction28/10/22 06:59 PM
1

How do you do that?
/r/seduction17/10/22 05:24 AM
1

How?
/r/seduction16/10/22 07:49 PM
1

you'll be surprised at how quickly you forget about rejection I mean... every rejection still stings. I get home after a night of getting rejected by everyone, and feel lonely.
/r/seduction16/10/22 07:07 PM
1

I am trying but don't ever get anywhere.
/r/seduction16/10/22 07:04 PM
2

Yeah go outside!! You too
/r/seduction16/10/22 01:35 PM
2

Can you name one of those threads please? It's 100% a reflection on the people answering, not the people asking. What are you even doing here?
/r/seduction16/10/22 01:06 PM
2

If someone approaches you like that, you must be ridiculously handsome. Nothing like that has ever happened to me
/r/seduction16/10/22 01:00 PM
7

The exact level of helpfulness I've come to expect from this sub
/r/seduction16/10/22 12:48 PM
9

"Read social cues" Meaningless. Also, how do you not take it personal?
/r/seduction16/10/22 12:47 PM
7

And I've never had an experience like that by talking to a woman like a human being on the street. You don't just "gotta look for it", it might not happen.
/r/seduction16/10/22 12:46 PM
0

And then keep going out and get rejections for the rest of my life
/r/seduction03/10/22 10:50 PM
1

Well I've got no way to climb out of it except to stop going after rejections
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:38 PM
1

Ok good on you. I should have remembered that. My bad.
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:37 PM
1

If there's no one to talk about it with, sounds like a fast track to suicide
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:36 PM
1

Have you tried therapy?
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:34 PM
1

No, that would be an absolutely ridiculous thing to do, is my point. If there's no way to fix it, don't treat someone like an idiot for not being able to fix it.
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:33 PM
1

So there is no one in this world to tell about my rejections and vent to
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:32 PM
1

Are you gonna tell those children with cancer to just chin up?
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:31 PM
1

I'll tell my therapist about the rejections and the therapist is going to try to frame it in a way that's my fault too.
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:30 PM
1

Nope, that would make my week, and I would stop being bitter toward that person This is not a just world
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:25 PM
1

There are tons and tons of people who boil it down to oversimplified shit, and they treat it like it works for everyone. There are no magic answers. It's discouraging to hear people always say they have such an easy time with it. Can't filter those feelings.
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:23 PM
1

People will generally tell me it's not even real. That if I just try, I can't fail. I have a very long DM going with someone talking in circles because they're telling me I won't be able to fail if I try hard enough, despite having 1000 rejections. I have never once been told "good luck" or "hope you succeed", which would be a MUCH better answer than "it'll happen" or "do vague shit"
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:18 PM
1

What does empathy look like to you? I genuinely want to know. You've laughed at me for saying that people out in the world could possibly say bad things about virgins. Happens in the media, happened in college, happened here.
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:15 PM
1

Okay, then my experiences don't exist to those people, and I can't expect any empathy from them Alright
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:14 PM
1

So the advice is for people who are already successful? What?
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:10 PM
1

So then they should stop fucking giving the outcast advice. I'm going to empathize with a refugee from Libya, and ask about their experiences. No one ever has any empathy for my situation though!!!
/r/seduction03/10/22 09:09 PM
1

Which is akin to growing up with good social skills and friends.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:58 PM
1

But isn't the advice supposed to be for people who aren't in the norm? It's useless for people like me lol. People just give zero shits.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:57 PM
1

Nice! What got you there was LUCK, even though you bought low. The stock market shouldn't have gone as wild as it did in 2020 without correction. And the market is going to go to shit within a year
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:55 PM
1

I am going to do it. That doesn't change that everyone simplifying it so much is a good thing. It's a mess.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:52 PM
1

All right, now what?
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:48 PM
1

It's different because everyone accepts that the scammers are liars. But everyone thinks "talk to girls and it'll happen" is how it works. I am well on my way to getting a million dollars. I'll be a millionaire in 20 years with zero problem because of a great job and a strong start. You might be able to do it too, if you just get out of debt and get a promotion.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:46 PM
1

Sure. But people are still going to tell me that shit, and it will keep being wrong, and it will keep being discouraging. I appreciate you saying it's not a solution, thank you
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:38 PM
1

Neither does telling them to "just stop drinking" which is what you're doing to me right now 😂😂😂😂😂
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:35 PM
1

What if I go to therapy and it doesn't lead to hookups? Will it be my fault then?
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:33 PM
1

Echo chamber? Some of these guys slept with each other lol You're trying to find every reason to tell me I'm wrong now My experiences are real.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:32 PM
1

There are so many posts here that say "if you can't get laid, you aren't trying hard enough." People on AskReddit have told me "bro just talk to women." I've been in threads where people say it is quite literally impossible not to get laid in college if you're trying to. My friends in college thought these same things.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:31 PM
1

MIGHT learn. Not WILL learn. That needs to be the narrative here. Putting yourself out there isn't some magic answer. There have been posts here that are titled "it's your fault if you can't get laid"
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:29 PM
1

Sounds to me like you're not even talking to people in the real world Well, I'm in my 20s, and this is some of the shit people in their 20s talk about. You also see it in such shitholes as r/inceltear Who the hell even brings up virginity in real life? Well, like I said, I'm in my 20s. I lost out on a lot of college experiences while everyone was getting them. My college friends brought it up, and some of them still do. Some of the people in my complex I talk to also bring up how certain people …

I don't have the intuition to have good social skills I don't have the intuition to be confident So can we stop saying with enough effort it'll just magically happen?
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:24 PM
1

Okay guy. How do you stop doing everything wrong? What would be more efficient than a list of things not to do... is a list of things to do. And things to look for.
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:18 PM
1

Can we stop beating the dead horse already? When I stop hearing "it will happen" and "just talk to girls" wherever I go in the real world and on Reddit. It's fucking everywhere. Also "not with that attitude", which makes it sound completely like an attitude problem. Seriously. You see comments like "this is why x person can't get laid" in the real world all the time. As if it's some super easy thing. But it takes decades of social skills, and it's a total fucking mess in practice. Virgins are st…
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:14 PM
1

That's what I'm saying. Can =/= will. Anyone can reject you for any reason. I've been rejected for lots of small reasons. You can't stop doing everything wrong. That sounds like an impossible task. So, genius, how do you display confidence? Any actual cues to share?
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:05 PM
1

If there's no right way, then effort =/= success
/r/seduction03/10/22 08:00 PM
1

EXACTLY. And there's still a "right way" to talk to girls. I don't see a lot of detail about it though. What social cues should you be looking for? Even that post you linked me literally says "read for cues that she wants a kiss". What are those cues?
/r/seduction03/10/22 07:57 PM
1

I will compile a very long list and get back to you
/r/seduction03/10/22 07:55 PM
1

That doesn't equal "talk to girls and it'll happen". That shit needs to stop reaching the top of this sub. It's not true.
/r/seduction03/10/22 07:47 PM
0

"intuition" So what if I don't have that intuition? Nothing might work even if I'm in the "right" mental state lol.
/r/seduction03/10/22 07:08 PM
0

Cues are usually non-verbal so kind of hard to put it into words Put the actions into words. You can describe what those cues look like. You're looking for some weird cheat code Because everyone says it'll happen if you just talk to girls, but that's 100% not how it works, and my countless rejections are proof of that. No guarantees in this life. I didn't have friends growing up so I'll have a way harder time than you want to believe I will.
/r/seduction03/10/22 06:46 PM
1

I mean... I have no idea what we're doing here then. I came here looking for ways to improve my conversation skills, and got told "improve your conversation skills" and "analyze what went wrong". And you're asking me what I want... I want even just a couple things that you've noticed help you in conversations. How to read cues and give cues.
/r/seduction02/10/22 10:40 PM
1

Correct me if I'm wrong First of all you're wrong that just talking to people and having a good attitude will magically lead somewhere It seems to me like you're basing your entire self worth on your ability to get women That's not accurate, but hearing everyone else talk about their sex lives and being told literally everywhere that virgins are pathetic and that talking to women gets you laid... that's not helping anything. You're not paying anyone here so don't expect professional advice Then …
/r/seduction02/10/22 09:10 PM
1

Here you are saying unrelated shit again. I had female friends. That means I had empathy for them and cared about their problems. You're trying to find every reason for my failure that isn't: maybe my social skills just aren't totally awesome. The reason my comments are all "me me me me me" is because I'm in a forum trying to figure out why people are saying "just talk to girls and it'll happen"... and no one can elaborate on why that's "true"
/r/seduction02/10/22 08:45 PM
1

You don't know what my lens was in the past. And yes, it was good. It was what you were describing. Are you gonna keep telling me my experiences aren't real?
/r/seduction02/10/22 08:28 PM
1

It's not hard to fill up your gas tank When filling up your gas tank is ridiculously simple, and everyone knows exactly how to do it, and there are very clear instructions for how to do it. "Looking at things through another lens" didn't help me when I did it. I failed. If I get another thousand rejections after going to therapy, I'm going to be really fucking disappointed and bitter.
/r/seduction02/10/22 08:17 PM
0

And it still might not happen, like it hasn't in the past, and I'll still be up shit creek in terms of social skills and making girls laugh. This isn't that hard. Lmao
/r/seduction02/10/22 06:30 PM
0

I tried group therapy because regular therapists were in such high demand that they weren't available for a reasonable price. So if I have a good positive mindset, girls will start magically flinging themselves at me?
/r/seduction02/10/22 06:24 PM
0

Because no matter what my attitude was, it hasn't worked. I had a pretty solid sense of self-worth in college. Had friends and was pretty happy... nothing happened.
/r/seduction02/10/22 05:57 PM
1

You've shown me throughout this thread that you have nothing deeper to offer than "have a conversation". That's not manipulation, that's just how it is.
/r/seduction02/10/22 07:52 AM
1

No, you should tell me the next step now. That's what r/seduction is here to help people with. The real reason you can't tell me is because you literally cannot tell me. Because you will just say "build a connection"
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:59 PM
1

Thank you for finally saying it's possible! No one wants to break the narrative but you finally did. So then what are some qualities of a good conversation? That's what I asked you in the first place lmao
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:56 PM
1

So it's still possible to fail even if you have good conversations with lots of women? Because that's my experience. The reason I'm criticizing you is because your words go against my experience, and you refuse to rethink anything you're saying. You don't think my experience is a valid one.
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:50 PM
1

Why are you telling me that it will happen with enough effort? It hasn't happened after all the conversations I've had 🤣🤣🤣🤣
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:45 PM
2

"Put in the groundwork" means nothing 🤣 If you can't tell me what makes for a good talker, then you don't even really know what a good talker is. And even being a good talker, it's completely possible to fail. Why are you saying that's impossible?
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:44 PM
1

And you're one of them! Why are you telling me that it'll happen with enough effort?

Let me show you in the DMs what my conversation skills are like. If I do a good job, are you going to rethink your BS belief that "putting in effort" is all it takes?
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:36 PM
1

You literally told me the most vague, useless, thing that I'm already trying btw, by saying "find the problem and address it." You are wasting both our time to make yourself feel good. What are you posting here for? I am sick of people saying it will happen if you just talk to people. I talk to plenty of people. It hasn't happened. That's wrong. But people who succeed say it.
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:34 PM
-2

For you understand that, if there are small social cues that do and don't work, you haven't told me a single one
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:31 PM
3

You are not a very good teacher and you have no business pushing this narrative. When will I find someone I click with?
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:27 PM
-2

And no notes to share at all? No tips about what works and what doesn't? Not a single one?
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:26 PM
1

And in my experience, every conversation eventually goes that way.
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:24 PM
-1

Okay. Charisma on command teaches everything you learned? You can't come up with a single goddamn thing you learned?
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:22 PM
2

And in my experience, eventually every conversation loses its steam. This isn't that hard lol
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:21 PM
2

That only works if she's reciprocating. You're relying on the other person to do it back, and in my case, it always fizzles out.
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:20 PM
2

Thank you! That amount of approaches is incredibly discouraging, and the real reason you got successes is because you got good social skills growing up. I don't even have the worst social skills. It's just not that easy. But this culture will never see it that way, I'm apparently just not trying hard enough.
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:16 PM
3

Which completely goes against the point of the post, so no one in here actually knows what they're talking about, and they're just not honest with it. Then what else can you do in your conversations to build a connection?
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:13 PM
2

Thanks for the channel suggestion! I have asked out over a thousand people and never gotten anywhere.
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:11 PM
1

Nope. Both things in their control, and out of their control. And then asking leading questions about those things
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:10 PM
2

I mean I've tried being direct and indirect and never gotten anywhere either way
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:08 PM
1

"Doing" I am here looking for some of those tips about social cues, charisma, and how to make jokes
/r/seduction01/10/22 09:06 PM
2

But not probable, so the advice isn't going to actually work
/r/seduction01/10/22 08:56 PM
8

Such a better answer than "Pythagorean theorem" and it's buried. Thank you for this answer
/r/seduction01/10/22 08:54 PM
9

This is about the level of usefulness I've grown to expect from this sub Nothing but half-assed answers everywhere
/r/seduction01/10/22 08:50 PM
1

And how would you work on social awkwardness
/r/seduction01/10/22 08:48 PM
1

Instantly someone is grinding you in your example lmao
/r/seduction30/09/22 01:42 AM
1

That's not a cheatcode lmao. The tone is completely open ended. And neither is the personality, if I need to magically figure it out. Why spewing bullshit?
/r/seduction29/09/22 10:24 PM
1

Could you explain even a few things you learned? Or not even that?
/r/seduction29/09/22 05:14 AM
1

The advice that is "just talk to people"?
/r/seduction29/09/22 05:13 AM
4

No one I've ever called over the phone has ever wanted to seal the deal with me. What's the cheat code, if it's so easy?
/r/seduction28/09/22 11:32 PM
1

What things did you learn went well?
/r/seduction28/09/22 09:10 PM
1

If it's anecdotal, then there's no way to know for sure if someone will succeed or not
/r/seduction28/09/22 08:06 PM
1

A 1/5 success ratio... means... that you will have a success 1/5 times. I hope you take a math class someday.
/r/seduction28/09/22 08:05 PM
1

I am literally unable to give specific advice that's exactly what you need. Then you also can't say "it will happen eventually" but that's what literally what everyone in here does. Look, I appreciate the guide, and I really am hoping you post that link. And I know it's impossible to give tailored advice. But you can't tell me "be yourself" and "add value to everyone's night" without telling me how they're connected. Who I am is a laid-back person who can dance and tell good stories but who is a…
/r/seduction28/09/22 08:00 PM
2

How do you learn from trial and error? Everyone is different.
/r/seduction28/09/22 07:55 PM
0

What would you tell me that's any different
/r/seduction28/09/22 06:27 PM
1

What would you tell me in DMs that's any different?
/r/seduction28/09/22 06:26 PM
1

You told me you understand my situation bro!
/r/seduction28/09/22 06:24 PM
1

Because when I've done that for real, I've gotten rejected by all of them? I was in Toronto not too long ago, and got rejected at the bars. And... not everyone lives somewhere like Toronto. How many people responded to you sticking out your hand? And how many people did you actually hook up with?
/r/seduction28/09/22 06:21 PM
0

Listen, it would be more worthwhile for you to enjoy your day instead of trying to give me vague non-advice. I don't need to hear every variation of "just approach women and just talk to them". If you can't explain what a good conversation looks like, may as well be honest with it and move on.
/r/seduction28/09/22 06:18 PM
0

Then what
/r/seduction28/09/22 06:11 PM
0

But how? That is the question that r/seduction keeps sidestepping no matter how many times I ask
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:56 PM
1

"You didn't put in the effort that needed to be put in". Once again, it's an issue of effort. But you literally just said it's an issue of luck. Okay. I am getting really tired of this narrative. Let me ask you... the area I need to improve in is social skills. How do I improve my social skills?
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:46 PM
0

"Practice" tells me nothing. I've been talking to people for years and trying new things. Still sort of in the same boat
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:45 PM
-1

But it's still possible to completely fail
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:44 PM
0

I appreciate it, I get judged out in the real world all the time. Okay. But talking to people doesn't necessarily mean that you'll get better... So you can get better, but there's no patterns of good conversations at all?
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:42 PM
0

Yeah that's the opposite of "talk to girls and it'll happen bro" Life is hard, life is not fair, but the people here like to pretend like everyone can succeed if they just practice a little bit. Why?
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:22 PM
1

So it's bullshit for you to try to say that all I have to do is talk to girls. My situation is, I didn't have friends growing up, had helicopter parents that made me paranoid, and haven't been able to form close friendships since the pandemic. Also flirting is an area that I need to "work on". I know you're just going to tell me to just work on these things, and half ass any explanation you do. And I really, really don't understand why... What does social skills improvement actually look like? W…
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:12 PM
-1

Yeah... that's your personal experience. This shit didn't become any easier. I go to the gym, have a very good job, go out on weekends, and have good fashion. I'm glad it got easier for YOU, but it didn't get any easier for ME. No one has ever approached me. Don't know why the hell you're trying to tell me that I don't have to try hard, and it will magically happen.
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:07 PM
1

I do try and have a 0% success rate. Can't wait for you to tell me another way that "it will happen eventually"
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:04 PM
1

Good night! Thank you for telling me that this can just be learned, telling me to Google for things I've already tried doing a million times, not having any concrete answers, and dismissing my experience that I've never gotten a "yes".
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:57 PM
1

How do you actually know they will do that? You just explained what it is, not how you know they will. If it's only "a matter of time" then you oughta give me a timeframe 🤣 I just think you don't really know if it'll ever happen or not.
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:54 PM
1

But, even those "examples" aren't specific. There is a wrong way to compliment someone that most people would hate. There's a right way to do it too. You have to compliment something she's in control of. ETA: one of the pages said "flirt organically" and didn't explain how to do it. I don't fucking know how to do that.
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:51 PM
1

So what happens if it doesn't? I totally had faith that it would happen in college... it never fucking did. It's not okay that it will take a very long time. Everyone here says it doesn't take very much effort. So I don't understand why the narrative changed all of a sudden.
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:50 PM
1

Your 1/5 success rate is total bullshit and you know it. Sometimes it's paired with something that makes it worse. I approached a girl on my dorm floor, she told me she wasn't ready to move on with her ex... and the next night she brought a basketball player to her room. I've been the only person in a room who didn't get a new years kiss. I spent all night talking to a girl who wouldn't give me a phone number when I asked for it, got weird around me, and then got the number from the hottest dude…
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:47 PM
1

We do need that shit here. I follow the advice here. I have racked up a ton of rejections and never had a single person say yes. So there's something wrong with the narrative here.
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:36 PM
1

I give up. You will just keep half assing your answers no matter what
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:35 PM
1

Okay. Those things are in my control, and I do those those things, actively talking to new people, and actively asking them out. And get rejected
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:33 PM
0

But the more important part is that you told me there's a 100% chance it will happen if I do try. How do you know that?
/r/seduction28/09/22 04:31 PM
1

SO WHAT ARE SOME ACCEPTABLE WAYS TO THROW YOUR SHOT Stop telling me they exist without saying what they actually are
/r/seduction28/09/22 07:02 AM
1

What patterns have you seen?
/r/seduction28/09/22 07:01 AM
5

Okay, let me put it this way. How do you "know" women will take action?
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:18 AM
-1

Yeah I saw this fortune cookie too
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:13 AM
1

There are specific plays, moves, instructions, and strategies you can use in a game of basketball. There are universal ways to get better. There is an accepted way to throw a two pointer and a three pointer, and there's an exact way to explain it. Everyone puts a backspin on the ball. Every defender puts themselves between the ball and the basket. You are supposed to dribble the ball. You don't just "learn what works and doesn't". Every great player has to learn the different kinds of offenses a…
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:08 AM
-3

Your attitude doesn't change if it'll ever happen :)
/r/seduction28/09/22 05:04 AM
1

I do practice. How are you supposed to tell what "works"? Everyone is different.
/r/seduction28/09/22 12:32 AM
4

Except the part where women take action isn't necessarily true... it's almost like it's out of your control... so you just proved my point
/r/seduction28/09/22 12:31 AM
3

How do I accept that
/r/seduction28/09/22 12:30 AM
2

How do you have an abundance mentality?
/r/seduction28/09/22 12:25 AM
5

That doesn't mean the point is right. Whether you get to date that girl is her decision at the end of the day. You don't get to force her to say yes lmao
/r/seduction28/09/22 12:24 AM
2

Okay how do I pursue improving those social skills? Practice might not get you anywhere and reinforce bad habits.
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:49 PM
2

Okay but how do you sharpen those skills with everyone Why is everyone here so allergic to details
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:48 PM
1

How do you learn to be generally charismatic with everyone
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:48 PM
22

If it's not in your control, then people need to stop saying that all it takes is effort
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:47 PM
4

How do I not get discouraged by rejections genius
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:46 PM
1

And then magically don't get discouraged when all of them say no?
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:46 PM
1

Okay. So if you don't have abundance then it's not obtainable, is what you're saying
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:45 PM
1

Okay so how do you get to an abundance mindset then
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:44 PM
36

Who decided you aren't allowed to date that cute girl you're eyeing up? That girl did after I asked her
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:43 PM
-2

And relying on other people not to reject you... which is out of your control
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:41 PM
1

I'm fucking hot Okay yeah I'm not the most naturally attractive dude. Where does your charm come from? If you can't explain it, point #9 isn't useful at all.
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:40 PM
2

Okay, I socialize and don't get anywhere. How do you build "social skills"?
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:36 PM
1

And she probably will fade out. And there's a big chance everyone will fade out. That's how it is for some people.
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:35 PM
1

Maybe you can elaborate on what your female friendships look like?
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:34 PM
2

But then the point of going to those things is to pick up women. He's not going to those clubs because those things don't sound interesting. Just admit that the narrative kinda doesn't work for everyone
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:30 PM
2

"Just get socially adjusted" Yeah okay. Anything more specific?
/r/seduction27/09/22 09:29 PM
1

"Reflect on your conversations" "Be objective about your successes and failures" But you just said that there's no objectively good and bad conversations. If there's a way to flirt, how do you do it?
/r/seduction26/09/22 11:46 PM
3

I'm glad someone finally said it's the least bit related to low neuroticism and anxiety!!!
/r/seduction26/09/22 10:24 PM
1

And how do they do it?
/r/seduction26/09/22 08:32 PM
3

How do you know if you're getting any closer? You can potentially practice the wrong things and never get anywhere.
/r/seduction14/09/22 05:27 PM
3

10000% this. But OP will try arguing with you because the only thing that's wrong is that you have an attitude problem
/r/seduction14/09/22 03:45 PM
3

Too bad no one who posts here can ever describe "game" in any amount of detail. I don't know where to turn for that kind of thing.
/r/seduction14/09/22 03:43 PM
1

The comments in here are absolutely never nuanced. There is no way to actually know what to do when I approach those women. Where should I go to learn to flirt and escalate? The sex subs are more for sexual health.
/r/seduction11/09/22 01:22 AM
2

You are literally the only one in this sub then. I post on r/virgin looking for someone to relate with, and every single comment is just attacking me. Let alone here...
/r/seduction11/09/22 01:19 AM
1

The "actual tools" in r/seduction that you're talking about is "approach women and learn from it." If I don't know what to learn, then it's not a tool. It's just unhelpful feel-good platitudes. I know this because I go out there, change up my approach, and just get rejected. And the constant rejections are wearing on my mental health.
/r/seduction11/09/22 01:17 AM
1

Okay. If I'm not entitled to shit, then maybe people can stop making fun of me for being a virgin out in the real world? Leave me the fuck alone, and I won't have to come in here to figure out how to flirt. Only to see vague bullshit.
/r/seduction11/09/22 01:15 AM
1

When is the "right time" to go for the kiss?
/r/seduction08/09/22 05:19 PM
1

So... maybe you'll hit an unlucky streak and almost no women who you talk to will enjoy talking to you
/r/seduction20/07/22 09:35 PM
1

Then won't things fizzle out because you aren't reaching out?
/r/seduction18/07/22 09:38 PM
1

What I can do is call people out on their bullshit, saying you're pretty much guaranteed to figure it out if you just keep trying. People are all different. And people can reject you for any reason they feel like. Which is a lot of different fucking reasons. Leaving it that open-ended is literally like telling someone "figure out how to drive yourself"
/r/seduction13/07/22 04:27 AM
1

And that part, being comfortable with getting rejected, gets more discouraging if you don't have any successes. Also, it doesn't seem like practice would have changed those approaches at all.
/r/seduction12/07/22 11:18 PM
1

What ways have you improved? What were some of the shots you've shot?
/r/seduction12/07/22 04:55 PM
1

That won't improve "with experience", whether she says yes is based on luck
/r/seduction12/07/22 08:50 AM
1

How do you just shoot your shot? *Whatever I wanna do" doesn't usually pan out.
/r/seduction12/07/22 03:03 AM
1

There's no way to do the simple stuff if I don't know how to actually do it
/r/seduction10/07/22 04:43 PM
0

Doesn't work for me 🤷‍♂️
/r/seduction09/07/22 08:38 PM
1

Okay, I did misread that. I need to do a better job of this. That said, if you never validate, she will lose interest and move on. And that will keep happening over and over again.
/r/seduction09/07/22 08:37 PM
1

Having conversations like that is how I make friends. I don't know how to escalate like that. If there's no blueprint and nothing consistent, then how the fuck are you supposed to learn from experience? Everyone is different.
/r/seduction09/07/22 08:36 PM
0

I get tired of seeing stupid shit on the internet that doesn't like up with how life works in the real world. Edit: he blocked me so I can't see whatever it is he posted. For the record, I go out and get rejected all the fucking time, and change up my approach. He just wants this to be easy so it can fit his narrative about the world.
/r/seduction09/07/22 05:41 PM
1

How do you do that when you constantly get rejected? The solution to things fizzling out is just to make sure things don't fizzle out with more people?
/r/seduction09/07/22 05:38 PM
0

Then there's no way to tell for sure if it will ever happen. Edit: got blocked, how mature. Telling me to change my approach, then not explaining what a good approach looks like, lmao.
/r/seduction09/07/22 05:36 PM
0

Well, I see a lot of stupid shit like "treat girls normally and it'll happen", so y'all seem to think there's just a way to do it.
/r/seduction09/07/22 05:36 PM
1

So you can't explain the right thing but you can explain the wrong thing? What is so hard about explaining what will work? Why don't you have any tips for navigating the convo?
/r/seduction09/07/22 05:34 PM
4

I am really failing to see how "have the balls to tell a woman she's attractive" and "don't give her any validation without getting something in exchange" are supposed to go together. Also, how do you know I'll succeed?
/r/seduction09/07/22 05:29 PM
1

I'm thinking it's more that the intangible information and social cues are never really talked about in here. No one ever talks about how they navigated those things, and when I just treat a girl normal, things fizzle out. But sure, jump straight to me having autism
/r/seduction09/07/22 04:22 PM
1

I like how literally every answer in this thread is something different, there's no consistency, and no way to tell which of these answers is going to help the most.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:21 AM
1

Suicide. Depression. Physical starvation and loneliness that you've never had to deal with and will never have to deal with. Cool thanks for leaving my inbox alone! Other people rejecting me isn't really my fault because I can't ultimately control consent.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:14 AM
1

Other people can reject me for any reason they want. And they always have, for lots of different reasons, and some of them are out of my control.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:13 AM
2

Speak for yourself, I can't get girls and I'm average
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:11 AM
1

Hasn't happened for me yet and I'm average. Can =/= will. "Get some interactions with women going" is nowhere near a guarantee.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:10 AM
1

If you don't care about my success, then there's no reason for you to post this drivel in here.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:07 AM
1

Looks like it's behind a paywall. If you really care about my success, you'll post some high level tips I can work on.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:04 AM
1

No. I keep getting more and more discouraged with every rejection because there's no end in sight. To the point that I'll be suicidal. Yes, I have changed my wardrobe and gone to the gym.
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:02 AM
1

Asked out at least one person a day, gone to salsa clubs, gone to a country swing bar, gone to meetups, talked to a bunch of people on a college campus by starting random conversations, made some friends, and tried my best to organize events to no avail. What did you do?
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:01 AM
1

Okay. What kinds of things will I learn? Better be more detail than just "practice"
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:00 AM
1

How do you stop yourself from getting discouraged? If you gave real answers you wouldn't be in this position right now.
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:59 AM
0

I'm not giving your useless spiteful ass any ad revenue.
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:57 AM
0

I will keep getting discouraged if I keep getting rejected and not learning what "works". Isn't everyone different? Can't anyone reject you for any reason?
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:57 AM
1

Then why the hell did you post in here? I've done that, and not gotten results that work for me.
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:56 AM
1

Okay you can stop now I have gotten to points in the past where I'm discouraged enough to kill myself. Physical starvation and loneliness are real. I will get discouraged if I keep getting rejected and don't learn what caused it.
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:54 AM
0

Thanks for the gaslighting :) you have no idea the amount of work I've done. What kinds of things does Charisma University actually teach you? Surely if you wanted to be helpful, you'd post a few examples in here.
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:53 AM
1

I've been rejected dozens of times on a weekly basis. I make sure to get rejected at least once a day. Why you gaslighting me? Also, you didn't answer my first question. How do I improve my social skills?
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:51 AM
2

You know what improvements you need to make I absolutely don't. My social skills suck, and no amount of "practice" makes it feel natural. Where do I turn to improve them? And how does getting rejected dozens of times every week make me lazy?
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:26 AM
10

The advice is gonna be a simple, empty, heartless "work on yourself" and "hit the gym"
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:23 AM
0

No specifics at all? Lol
/r/seduction09/07/22 09:21 AM
1

Do you want to try to describe the difference in approaching them?
/r/seduction29/06/22 08:21 AM
1

I'm negative because I get rejected all the time That is a good book and I apply it, but that's how to make friends
/r/seduction28/06/22 07:03 PM
1

It's "if" not "when"

And when will that happen? That's not even "when", that's "if"
/r/seduction27/06/22 11:06 AM
1

Life is short, and I'm going to regret getting rejected every time when I'm out talking to people. I'm just doing what the comment above me suggested.
/r/seduction26/06/22 06:49 PM
1

How can I be sure of that?
/r/seduction26/06/22 06:48 PM
1

Thank you for describing it, those are some of the traits I'm working toward but it's easy for rejections to hurt my self esteem a little bit each time
/r/seduction26/06/22 06:47 PM
2

And I do think that way because that's what the world has consistently shown me for years
/r/seduction26/06/22 06:44 PM
1

That doesn't mean the same thing at all
/r/seduction26/06/22 06:42 PM
1

When will that happen?
/r/seduction26/06/22 06:41 PM
0

That's not a good enough answer because "confident" isn't descriptive at all, and you have no roadmap for actually getting there. The other comments are at least on a track. Yours is completely in the clouds.
/r/seduction26/06/22 04:25 AM

How do?
/r/seduction26/06/22 04:21 AM

How do you stay in a cocky/funny mode? What does that look like?
/r/seduction26/06/22 04:21 AM

Well you could do something forcible
/r/seduction26/06/22 04:19 AM

Chances are I'll wut? I just "will"? Talking to people will naturally make them like me? Even if everything's going good, it'll fizzle out for some reason or another. So many reasons to get cold feet at the end of the night
/r/seduction26/06/22 03:13 AM

How do you not let it rattle you?
/r/seduction26/06/22 03:00 AM

/r/seduction26/06/22 02:55 AM

"falls into place naturally" As if. I'm about to go out to a bar, and no amount of talking to people is going to make a girl waltz up to me and put out
/r/seduction26/06/22 02:54 AM

/r/seduction26/06/22 02:52 AM

Do I just invite them one-on-one?
/r/seduction26/06/22 02:50 AM

The messaging at my university was that drunk girls couldn't give consent, even if the guy was drunk. No mention of any other situation. This is the state of hookup culture
/r/seduction24/06/22 07:49 PM
1

How do you personally stop thinking about it? You realize if you don't have any successes, and you see it all around you, you'll think about it more? I wish I could have fun while I was young. People treat me like I'm creepy for the most part, if I try to take any social risks.
/r/seduction24/06/22 05:11 AM
1

Well, the rules on consent are murky. Some people would say the girl being drunk means she can't give consent. That's the situation we're talking about. If it's your word against hers, then it doesn't matter what happened because there's no way to prove anything. The other person can lie, and there's no accountability for anyone in that situation.
/r/seduction24/06/22 05:08 AM
2

I mean these are good pointers, thanks. I'm already striving for this, and at hundreds and hundreds of rejections regardless of activity How do you not give a shit about it when other people are succeeding and people keep making fun of virgins?
/r/seduction23/06/22 09:09 PM
9

You would think so, but every time I flirt she thinks it's too forward, and every time I just have a normal conversation it fizzles out and there's no attraction
/r/seduction23/06/22 08:10 PM
2

Yes that was the question
/r/seduction23/06/22 08:08 PM

How do you flirt sexually? And how do you balance that with being interested in her?
/r/seduction23/06/22 07:49 PM

This is exactly what I fucking mean. You have all the "don't" advice ready to go and it's instantly apparent to you what not to do. Now tell me what to do... oops, didn't realize that was so hard. I'll keep checking and check your comment history. I do tell quite a few people I'm a virgin if I trust them. Some people get weird about it. One person told me they were surprised dating wasn't really working out for me, and then wouldn't invite me back upstairs. "Get lucky". You finally said it, even…
/r/seduction19/06/22 09:15 PM
1

I'm sorry, I don't really see where you did it. Like you already know, I'm a virgin, I'm not good at finding the spot!
/r/seduction19/06/22 09:02 PM
1

Oh so you just can't answer what makes someone laugh? Why are you so sure I'm wrong about what's going wrong? I told you what's going wrong, you told me I have no idea what I'm talking about
/r/seduction19/06/22 08:51 PM
1

Believe me, I go to the bars every weekend and get rejected all the time. I go to the salsa club and things never escalate, numbers never go anywhere. I don't get answers that mean anything. "Work on yourself" and "have interesting conversations" are not answers. You also dismissed the things I had to say. Maybe the reason I'm cynical is because I didn't get the successes you did growing up, and rejections are discouraging for me. Fine, let's talk about something specific. I have a hard time mak…
/r/seduction19/06/22 08:39 PM

I'm gonna pull a u/Lord_Penetratus and say that no, you don't understand the root of the problem. You are where you are because you have a lifetime of social skills built up, and you are not sheltered like I unfortunately was growing up. I'm sorry you tried to help too. I explained to you what I thought the problem was, and you were immediately like "nah that's garbage, you just have an attitude problem." Like why the fuck would you do that?
/r/seduction19/06/22 08:32 PM
0

I sure will, knowing full well you dismissed the things I had to say and started getting echo chambery. Yeah, sure, "time and experience" will solve everything, and I have an attitude problem, but when it comes to talking about ANYTHING related to conversations, your little closed-off view of the world falls apart.
/r/seduction19/06/22 08:25 PM
1

How do you translate that into fun conversation? Fun conversation means you can make people laugh. People like laughing. How do you make people laugh?
/r/seduction19/06/22 08:23 PM
-1

I mean, considering that your first instinct was to completely dismiss what I had to say and start gaslighting, EVEN AFTER ASKING, because apparently it's impossible to not find someone if you just talk to girls normally... no, I don't really want your advice anymore. I just told you what it is that's causing me to fail, and you dismissed it. Ironically then you started saying things that make me less fun. It's hard for me to make girls laugh most of the time. Let's focus on that, unless you're …
/r/seduction19/06/22 07:57 PM
1

But in my experience they don't want to have normal conversations. Normal conversations fizzle out. Even if you're a pilot. They want to talk to the more fun people wherever it is.
/r/seduction19/06/22 07:47 PM
0

Well thanks for the honesty lol. Finally, someone hints at the fact that effort =/= success. Maybe no girl will ever decide you're worth sleeping with
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:33 PM
1

How does being well calibrated socially mean that you'll be fun for girls to talk to? They won't want to have normal everyday conversations, in my experience. And the "more interesting things" comes from having good hobbies that are interesting, which I feel like I already have. I'm a student pilot and a hiker
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:32 PM
1

How long did it take you to change your mindset that way? How do you get past the reality that you'll get rejected so many times? For me, it's the truth I get rejected every time. I'll have that in the back of my head lol
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:22 PM
-1

Someone like you who has zero specifics to give, and stops at "work on yourself", doesn't come across as very intelligent either. I want something, anything, a little better than "work on yourself", "have confidence", and "talk to women like normal people". Is that seriously too much to ask for? Like, for real?
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:22 PM
1

Self talk? You'd just talk to yourself in the mirror?
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:15 PM
1

What I've learned is that girls don't want to have a normal conversation because normal conversations are boring. If there's something more interesting going on around them, they'll gravitate towards that instead of spilling their guts to someone they just met. So I need to be more fun, but that's extremely subjective and I grew up in a sheltered environment, so I'm not naturally that fun to be around. I only do well at near-perfect times where I'm either in a really stupid and happy mood, which…
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:12 PM
1

If it's not your problem, it's stupid for you to be in r/seduction in the first place spewing feel-good shit. "Whatever changes" so you pretty much expect me to leave this forum and go find another resource for information instead of getting useful information here? Lol. Everyone in here is like this. Once I have all those positive attributes. Then what do I do? Got anything a little more in-depth than "talk to women"?
/r/seduction19/06/22 05:00 PM
1

How do you do that?
/r/seduction19/06/22 04:59 PM
1

I've gotten hundreds of rejections. No one could be arsed to go into any amount of depth in the first place, so you're exactly at the same point as everyone else. What everyone is saying is not the truth. Practice makes permanent. And if there's a "right way" to do things, y'all should be able to explain even a small part of what's worked for you. What kind of body language you've noticed in the past. Some kind of joke that keeps working. Pleasant interaction =/= fun interaction. You oversimplif…

And you just don't have a single tip for things that have made a girl feel like you're adventurous and trustworthy? You wrote out that whole comment just to tell me the exact same thing, that you can't tell me what it actually looks like or how it works, and that body language is somehow a complete mystery, even though you just told me exactly what doesn't work. You not being able to tell me how you make conversations sexual and how you show sexual interest makes zero sense to me. "Practice unti…

/r/seduction19/06/22 06:25 AM

It really worked for you? I'm glad it's worked for you. "Know what you need to work at and take steps to improve" is what I'm here for, but I guess for some reason r/seduction isn't the place for useful advice about that?
/r/seduction19/06/22 06:24 AM
1

How?
/r/seduction19/06/22 06:22 AM
1

You've noticed a pattern for making girls laugh? Also, going for a kiss isn't something that "improves", that's something the girl does if she wants to do it.
/r/seduction19/06/22 03:26 AM
1

I'm gonna go to the bars tonight, do my best, get rejected, and slowly lose my mental health. Eventually I'll kill myself. How do you know what does and doesn't work? Could you come close to explaining even a few things that do and don't work for you?
/r/seduction19/06/22 03:25 AM
3

"Opportunities". How do you recognize those opportunities? It doesn't come naturally to everyone
/r/seduction19/06/22 03:02 AM

Well I'm glad you managed to have some successes
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:58 AM

How does interacting with them as a person prevent them from being able to reject you? People can reject anyone who talks to them any way for any reason. Maybe they're not in the mood for a conversation. I try to talk about common interests and it still happens. And when I make friends, they're friends. Getting laid doesn't happen with friends, every time I've asked a friend it hasn't happened.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:56 AM

The aNaLyZiNg What kinds of things did you notice for yourself? What did your trial and error look like? I want to see some details because I think simplifying it this much is BS and it's unexplainable
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:55 AM
1

Well I'm glad that's how it went for you. It's not going that way for me. "Get farther" doesn't happen, it always fizzles out. I always see it not go farther.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:53 AM

Where do I get the insight that failure equals growth? How do you grow from failure when there is no right way to flirt? This just sounds like feel-good BS. How do you not take it personally? Still haven't answered that question, and probably never will. How do I change my mindset? How did you change your mindset? How did you "redefine" those things over time?
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:52 AM
1

I don't go into conversations trying to be a people pleaser, and rejection still stings. It's not automatic. Plus, it doesn't change the rejection rate at all. It's almost like social skills are still required to get anywhere. How do you flirt with them?
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:50 AM
1

After what kind of improvement? "Improvement" is unattainable.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:47 AM
1

That's not open ended and unattainable at all. And when I am ready for those things, you won't have a single actionable thing to say about it lol
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:46 AM
1

Okay this is good advice but I'm already doing this and get rejected in those places too
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:45 AM
1

Once I feel comfortable around women and have the having fun part down, then what? I can carry fun conversations with girls. I do it when I go out. My success rate has not gone up because no escalation happens.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:43 AM
2

How do you know when you're improving? How do you know what "improvement" looks like? How do you know you're getting better? For most of those things I had guides to teach me the basics. That's not how seduction works at all, the only thing I ever see posted in here is "practice social skills" which is not detailed at all.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:42 AM
1

How?
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:40 AM
-1

Okay. Once I have all those positive attributes, then what? Then what lazy advice do you have? And once you've looked in the mirror and told yourself positive things enough to brainwash yourself, what does that actually change? How do you know fewer people will reject me?
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:38 AM
1

So. Fucking. Echo chambery. How do you stop worrying about getting rejected? How do you stop getting discouraged? And why do I get the feeling you're about to say "the more you do it the less it will sting"? Because it's not true. I put myself out there all the time. No matter what the number is, I still get rejected, and it still hurts. Why can't you name a number? Because it could be that no number will ever be high enough.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:36 AM
1

"Will come naturally" Yeah right. What do people naturally do?
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:34 AM
1

Because he got lucky? His friend introduced him to her, and being in a tight knit friend group helped, which I've not had much of, and now my friends are mostly moved away. I was in the situation my dad was in, and didn't get laid. I always get rejected at some point in that process. "Vibe" is meaningless and you subconsciously know it.
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:32 AM
1

But you can't even remotely get close to explaining the broad commonalities. You can't relate a single thing you say or do that works more often than not? "Practice social skills" is the opposite of guided learning
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:29 AM
1

I do that and get rejected
/r/seduction19/06/22 02:26 AM

I do that, get rejected, and get discouraged. Plus, I get to hear about people succeeding all around me, which is also discouraging.

/r/seduction18/06/22 07:51 PM

That won't make the amount of rejections any different lol And no matter how you feel about it, rejections are discouraging. There's mental health to lose
/r/seduction18/06/22 07:49 PM

How do you know if you're "getting better" at conversation? I already deal with a lot of rejection and it's discouraging. I'm also not getting that much better.

When I was in college and didn't have those attributes, I didn't have any success. I've also talked to hundreds of girls and not had actual success, so I'm not sure where you're getting that idea from.

If I had learned swimming by myself with no swimming lessons, I would have only ever instinctually learned to doggy paddle. I got swimming lessons that taught me normal strokes. That's how I learned to swim. I had to practice, but someone showed me what I was supposed to do. It was a skill that someone taught, and there was a right way to do it. It's a nebulous concept that you're expecting me to turn into actionable stuff by myself. Why does this sub love doing that so much? If I knew how to battle my inner demons I'd be doing it already. Plus that doesn't actually get us closer to the issue of flirting with people.

But, you just said yourself it was perspective. So it's not really the truth, it's just your spin on the fact that it was extremely hard for them to get laid. Also, that's not relevant at all, because I want to get laid, that's kinda why I'm here. Edit: he blocked me, how mature. But for the record, going out and talking to women has also "fetched me no girl".

I am reading Models right now and went to the store yesterday in a fruitless attempt to ask store workers what they thought looked good on me. The "defeatist mentality" being fixed won't solve the chronically bad social skills bro.
/r/seduction18/06/22 06:22 AM

How is it the guy's fault? There's a chance it'd happen. You can't control who you talk to. Also, how do you fix your social skills and your confidence?
/r/seduction18/06/22 06:20 AM

"Put it to use" how exactly? What the hell 🤣 you think I don't engage with the women there? I get rejected at the end of the night. Jfc. Am I talking to a brick wall here?

How do you convey emotions? I listen in my conversations but that doesn't stop them from fizzling out. I've invited people to those things, then when I text them afterward confirming it, they end up changing plans and it never ends up happening

But most people manage to get laid at least a few times. And some manage to get laid a lot. So clearly there are some things that work. And despite what everyone says, I bet there are some conversation patterns that just work. Like you said, you need to flirt and not just have a normal convo.
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:43 PM
1

Improve on that? Oh there's the lack of details again, like fucking clockwork. How do I make my conversations more fun? If you could tell me that you'd be my bffl I play DnD with friends, I travel quite a bit, I practice guitar, I go to salsa clubs, and once in a while I train to be a pilot.

/r/seduction17/06/22 06:38 PM

Yes, I've done hundreds of cold approaches. I've teased and flirted. But for one reason or another all of them failed. And sometimes it wasn't in my control. So I don't know why you're telling me it magically works.
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:37 PM

"It unravels" is bullshit because you still have to have a conversation and ask good questions and adjust to how she's feeling. You can say one wrong thing and it'll ruin everything. It's happened to me several times
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:32 PM
1

"When you don't think about it and just do it" What are some of the things you do? I still don't know what flirting looks like
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:30 PM
1

And a lot of girls are receptive to that for you? You're lucky. Pretty much 1 in 20 girls is receptive to that. "It all unravels" as if it's all fate lol Again... y'all are allergic to details
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:25 PM

How do you know you're getting closer? I've practiced for years and it hasn't gotten "natural"
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:21 PM

How are you forward most of the time? What is this sub's problem with details?
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:20 PM

But it doesn't just come naturally
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:20 PM

Because if you give them too many compliments you're validating them and they won't see any challenge in their conversation with you
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:19 PM

But, if you don't flirt, conversations will fizzle out
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:18 PM

But it needs to be subtle or else it'll seem too forward
/r/seduction17/06/22 06:17 PM

Witnessing a being like you who thinks things is stacked against them is frustrating I live in a world where people have been touchy feely with everyone else except me. I've been less fun to be around, and it's because I grew up in an environment where I was sheltered and had to do homework 5 hours a night. /r/seduction16/06/22 03:29 AM

What do you do after you fix the baseline problem? It won't just "happen naturally" after that. Therapy is the first step. After that I'm just screwed again.
/r/seduction16/06/22 03:27 AM
1

You can't even explain what the process is outside of "work on yourself and it'll magically happen naturally" The process isn't proven if there's no rhyme or reason to rejections
/r/seduction15/06/22 10:06 PM
1

A one-word "solution" basically tells me to figure it the fuck out myself. Which means everyone in here who says it'll happen, and it's so easy, are just spouting bullshit. And "it'll happen naturally" is just something that sounds good in your head which you have no idea is true or not
/r/seduction15/06/22 10:04 PM

And people will put in 1 minute of effort to answer what they individually think is wrong. For all the "just talk to girls and it'll happen naturally" in this sub, I'm proud of you for going against that grain
/r/seduction15/06/22 06:48 PM

How does it "happen naturally"? I swear dude... there was a time in my life, in college, where I was happy and had friends. And it didn't happen naturally, like you want to believe it does. You have absolutely no way of knowing that it will happen naturally because initiation still has to happen

I can already tell you that you would never be able to tell me when I'll meet that girl that's really into me, how you know the insecurities will go away, or how I escalate. You aren't respecting my intelligence at all, trying to tell me how my insecurities will just disappear someday without explaining why you think it. You just want me to blindly roll with it. One of the points in the article is to point out when someone is being insensitive. You are backing me into a wall and refusing to believe there's any external factors at play in why I can't get laid. His article is 100% correct. I didn't grow up learning any of the emotional vulnerability he's describing. To a greater extent than probably 99% of the world. I was very sheltered as a kid. You're just telling me to get over it and figure it all out overnight, like I'm not allowed to have emotions.…
/r/seduction13/06/22 09:05 PM

So telling them I want to bed them is the way to go? See, you just told me the exact opposite again. Just genuinely want to know them and ignore sleeping with them, and they'll magically want to sleep with you. That makes zero sense with the rest of what you just said. No, my intention is to get to know them and sleep with them.

"Figure out what works and doesn't work in your situation" Everyone is different. How do you know you're getting any closer? "People are getting creeped out by you" What does this even mean? Mark Manson even said it himself, what's creepy to one person is attractive to another. Do you not know at all what social cues you watch out for? Like you genuinely just couldn't explain it?

"Training oneself to become comfortable with your emotions" "Put in the work" What is that work? Also, what are you supposed to do when you make yourself vulnerable and people screw you over? That's happened plenty of times. That's why I go on Reddit and try to get past this bullshit to no avail.
/r/seduction13/06/22 08:46 PM

"Work on yourself and it will happen" is not the truth. There's no way to know for sure if it'll happen. That's just stupid I could do everything in my power everyone still might reject me.
/r/seduction13/06/22 08:10 PM

So in other words... honesty is only good if it's the right kind of honesty? So saying that honesty is good is a moot point because if it's the wrong kind of honesty then it won't help.

How do you know I'll succeed sometimes? The real answer is, you don't.
/r/seduction13/06/22 07:39 PM

That doesn't make "work on yourself and it'll happen" any less fucking stupid. Women like people who are visually attractive and who are employed. I have both those things. Now what?
/r/seduction13/06/22 07:39 PM
1

So... what does being more honest look like? What does being less desperate look like? And how does having normal conversations make you attractive?
/r/seduction13/06/22 07:37 PM
1

It's nothing like these responses. These responses are because I get rejected so often, and other people succeed so easily. It's friggin stupid to say "work on yourself and it'll happen" when there's no logic to it at all, and you can get turned down for any reason because everyone is different. I'm combative because the narrative doesn't make sense with the actual facts. It's just stupid.
/r/seduction13/06/22 06:24 PM

So let me get this 100% straight. You think that if I have a good job, have a positive attitude, and look decently attractive, that it's straight-up impossible to fail?

I've been thinking about doing it myself because everyone has been succeeding and only tell me "it'll happen". I know you'll refuse to listen or have any empathy or anything like that. /r/seduction13/06/22 06:16 PM

Wait... so you're supposed to be honest and empathetic, but no one wants to sleep with you if you're forward about that being what you want. So how is that supposed to work? Also, what do you even mean by empathy? I'm a good listener.

What doesn't add up is that your narrative isn't lining up with reality. You aren't guaranteed to get laid because you talk to women. And being "better than everyone else" is a matter of luck lol. You finally almost became self aware... but you refuse to do it.

"Found out"? Now... I already have a lot of these things. I want to see you struggle to explain how all this means I'll get laid. Because it hasn't in the past. Which also means the idea that a girl will just naturally fall into your bed, and this isn't a massive game of walking on eggshells and risking horrible rejection, is also not very true. I was exactly who you're describing while I was in college. Plenty of girl friends. But I never got laid.

But that's how I make friends
/r/seduction09/06/22 06:20 PM
1

I have plenty of conversations with people. Now how do you turn it into an encounter?
/r/seduction08/06/22 06:14 PM
1

Ok thank you
/r/seduction08/06/22 06:12 PM

Everyone likes to say socializing is an end-all answer for this. It isn't! Otherwise it would have worked for me
/r/seduction08/06/22 07:25 AM
1

"Decide to change your circumstance" You can't decide that someone else will say yes
/r/seduction08/06/22 06:39 AM
1

Why don't you insinuate that?
/r/seduction08/06/22 06:28 AM
0

Then you can't be so sure that success will ever happen.
/r/seduction04/06/22 03:57 AM

My bad. I thought they were implying fwb, but I can see they weren't. Finally, an acknowledgement that finding fwb is hard
/r/seduction04/06/22 02:38 AM
1

Except one of the people in this thread explicitly said it'll make you better with women... somehow? Also, you wouldn't go into a sub about programming asking about burnout. It's true that more often than not, walking away from a problem will let you clear your head and think about the coding problem from a higher-level perspective. Going for a walk or thinking about it in the shower will clear your head and allow you to break your tunnel vision when it comes to the problem you're trying to solv…
/r/seduction04/06/22 02:37 AM
1

You just... magically did it?
/r/seduction03/06/22 11:34 PM
2

But not with girls
/r/seduction03/06/22 11:08 PM
1

I'm going to guess "no". There's no way all the information on finding an FWB can be put in a neat little package like that. Shit seems really complicated.
/r/seduction03/06/22 10:36 PM
-1

Slightly. They'll probably still reject you. I've come across as very happy when I was in college and very happy. But responding better =/= wanting to jump my bones
/r/seduction03/06/22 10:35 PM
-1

And... how does it lead to better outcomes?
/r/seduction03/06/22 10:18 PM
1

You just said that you'll be more comfortable dropping girls who are a waste of your time. That doesn't really make anything "better off" instead of you just not caring as much.
/r/seduction03/06/22 10:12 PM
2

How did you set clear standards and keep yourself accountable?
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:57 PM
-3

You just repeated what you said and didn't answer my question...?
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:55 PM
1

What are some of the patterns that have worked for you between several people? What have you learned through practice? What have you learned through trial and error?
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:16 PM
2

So since we don't know whether the amount of rejections will go down... all it really means is that you'll feel better inside after cutting someone off.
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:14 PM
3

"Got to talking" means literally nothing without details about what went well
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:13 PM
2

I mean I really fucking hate that dudes start attacking me instead of admitting they can't answer a specific question. Like, "work on yourself" isn't some magical blue pill that I'll just know exactly how to do
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:11 PM
2

How do you get beyond taking it personally?
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:07 PM
3

Where do you find "the best kind of friends"?
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:07 PM
2

I know my concerns will be dismissed... but wtf does "better off" even mean?
/r/seduction03/06/22 09:06 PM
0

Then why the fuck are you telling me it's guaranteed if I just talk to people? You just said "it will" My style should be working, by what you're saying. Even if I believed it was sure to work... it might not be ETA: He blocked me so I have no idea what brilliant "truth" he had lol. Life sucks. No way to guarantee that things will ever succeed.
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:51 PM
1

Then you can't boil it down to "it's a numbers game" and expect me to believe that magically the winds of fate will carry me to success. I have been trying, and I have been failing. The work hasn't been giving me any success. So it's fucking infuriating to see a post that says "you'll succeed just by talking to eNoUgH people"
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:49 PM
1

This is all so fucking vague
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:35 PM
0

50 rejections pales in comparison to the amount of rejections I've gotten. Listen. You are telling me my experiences just aren't possible. How do you know it will happen if I approach positively? I've made plenty of positive approaches, and "it will" never happened.
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:33 PM
2

Then why didn't you post any of those in the first place? Obvious answer: you don't know any of those patterns. If you do, it wouldn't make sense that you opted for lazy, feel-good, self-righteous stuff instead. I want to learn, that's why I was asking you questions. But clearly you hate questions that are too hard for you, and just default to attacking me instead lol. That's what a child does ETA: Got blocked. Doesn't change that going out and trying didn't make me succeed lol. It's possible to…
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:28 PM
1

If I could just magically do that, I would. How do you read body language and social cues better? What kinds of things do you talk about that work for you?
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:21 PM
1

And if it doesn't ever happen after I approach positively?
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:20 PM
3

You are so unhelpful it's almost funny. Yes, your original post is wrong, because maybe it will never happen, and maybe you can't learn from trial and error when everyone is different and likes different things. You're oversimplifying it to hell. What kinds of things did you learn from trial and error? Like, are there any patterns in your approaches, or do you not know those either?
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:18 PM
1

My mindset is not gonna guarantee I'll ever get laid. You can't tell me when "eventually" is, so I just think you have no idea if it'll ever come. I do my best most of the time with this advice, but still no results.
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:08 PM
1

Not getting laid is a very silly non-issue? Sometimes I think about suicide man
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:07 PM
2

You don't know it. I just asked you how you know, and you have no idea how to give a straight answer. It might be true for you, but it's not true for me. It's not a fact no matter how you feel about it. I've approached several hundred people with no results and I feel like I do a pretty good job. When are your magical results coming?
/r/seduction03/06/22 08:05 PM
2

How do I be aware, and what is "improvement"? If you can't say a number... how are you so sure it'll ever happen? "Enough times" might never come. I am pretty comfortable with rejection, and I still get rejected every time. Even though I talk to at least 10 people a week. You just feel like sweeping my experiences under the rug because they don't fit your narrative.
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:49 PM
1

Thanks for refusing to get out of your bubble and gaslighting me that I could just do it tomorrow if I wanted lol Or are you saying to get a hooker
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:46 PM
2

How many times is enough times, if you're so sure? And how do you learn from "trial and error" if everyone is different?
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:29 PM
1

That doesn't change the fact that girls will be attracted to something about you and trust you if they're not doing it for money. Life would be happier if I could have sex with a 10, let alone anyone. Want to tell me how to do it? Cause I will
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:28 PM
2

But everyone is different and likes different things
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:17 PM
2

"Go from there" Lmao. So basically just rinse and repeat until she teleports into bed with you? Stellar content
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:17 PM
1

But she won't be attracted to you or trust you. She'll be doing it for the money
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:14 PM
1

When is that "eventually"? And why can you not describe when to throw in a flirty joke or how to be flirty? How do I not be dejected if a situation goes poorly?
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:12 PM
1

I'm myself and I get rejected every time
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:09 PM
1

I do it dozens of times a week, and I fail. Now what?
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:08 PM
6

Talk to girls enough times + learn from trial and error + look decent =/= results in my experience.
/r/seduction03/06/22 07:08 PM
1

When is that "eventually"? Each one is still discouraging to me when I hear how easy other people keep having it
/r/seduction21/05/22 06:01 PM
2

Good luck on your surgery! I hope it goes well Think about the other person next time, they probably don't have the social skills or experience you do
/r/seduction17/05/22 08:19 AM
2

Thank you for that, I did notice that a little but didn't think about that, mixed drinks meant they were a little more conservative. I don't think we're going to get anywhere remotely near how you ended up taking girls home, what's mostly worked for you when it's time to get hot and heavy... I mean a girl literally deflected a kiss after she got up close to me and was drunk off shots. There's just no way to tell for sure whether certain advice will work. There's no way to say for sure that the s…
/r/seduction17/05/22 08:15 AM
1

We're talking past each other, you are refusing to listen too. You think you know what's going to work for me, but news flash, you don't. If we ignored the vibe I'm putting off and talked about this as if I'm a regular person who gets rejected all the time... all you'd tell me is "keep your head up, it'll happen". Why do you think that's useful?
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:53 AM
1

Okay, well, I've seen that as serious advice here before. The line between sarcasm and real advice doesn't exist. Those two things are fondling each other in this sub at this point. I keep trying, I will keep trying. If you can't answer it, why are you posting vague bullshit like it works every time? I want to see even a small amount of detail, not just "approach her". That's not helpful. I already do that. I'm looking for more specific advice than "be confident", "be yourself", and "talk to gir…
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:46 AM
1

"That's just odd" Well, you seem like you know exactly how to explain it. Is it just that you can't? Want to maybe add these pesky things called details? What kind of non verbal cues could cause it, and what cues have worked for you?
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:40 AM
1

Already doing this all very regularly. So... when will things get better?
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:37 AM
1

Listen dude. I did a really good job flirting on the dancefloor. Please stop looking for an easy, feel-good answer. I don't understand why people think these overly simplified, spiteful, "figure it out" comments are so helpful. Even if I had answered with a completely positive attitude, I'd never get usable advice or even some basic empathy, would I? You posted "when a girl rejects you, hook up with her friends instead". Then in response to "how do I not rejected" you posted "approach her". Then…
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:29 AM
1

That's exactly my point. Yet here you are, telling me that the way to not get rejected is to approach her and have a good mindset. Why?! These things won't teleport someone into bed with you, and you seem to really enjoy boiling all this shit down to "just talk to girls" like everyone else. I did an amazing job at the club last weekend. Gave zero shits, talked to everyone, took rejections well. Five girls, including one who approached me from across the dancefloor, rejected me. Tell me again how…
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:15 AM

Prove it will work for me
/r/seduction17/05/22 07:04 AM

They'll still be a big deal because people will never shut up about how sex is easy and how much of it they get
/r/seduction17/05/22 06:02 AM
1

You can still get rejected after that.
/r/seduction17/05/22 06:01 AM
1

How does that lead to outcome independence
/r/seduction17/05/22 06:00 AM
14

How do you gain outcome independence?
/r/seduction14/05/22 01:27 AM
29

"Just take her home" I'd like ideas on how not to get rejected by nearby girl
/r/seduction14/05/22 01:26 AM
2

But everyone is different, and she has to like you better than the hotter guys you're competing against. Skills =/= success
/r/seduction06/05/22 11:55 PM
1

So the guy you described. What would he have to have done to beat you? I'm not a natural leader and I'm uncomfortable being the center of attention
/r/seduction06/05/22 11:53 PM
1

"Open you up" What does that mean
/r/seduction27/04/22 02:33 AM
1

How does that lessen anxiety and make you fun to be around
/r/seduction27/04/22 02:30 AM
1

And it's a crapshoot who will and won't shit on you Kinda like finding someone who wants to sleep with you is a crapshoot. I'm happy for you that you found success. But the reason I'm here is because talking to people has gotten me burned and rejected consistently.
/r/seduction20/04/22 05:43 PM
1

And it's a crapshoot who will and won't shit on you Kinda like finding someone who wants to sleep with you is a crapshoot. I'm happy for you that you found success. But the reason I'm here is because talking to people has gotten me burned.
/r/seduction20/04/22 05:15 PM
1

Yeah but literally 90% of them aren't by my age, 24. They had social skills growing up that I never got. Even if women don't know I'm a virgin, it's pretty popular to shit on virgins, is it not? And no, I don't immediately tell everyone I'm a virgin.
/r/seduction20/04/22 03:39 PM
2

Well it's relevant isn't it? It's partly why girls have their guard up around me more than ever. It's partly why my own friends made fun of me for it on the regular until I cut them off. Oh and my coworker regularly takes jabs at virgins, so it's not like it's easy to ignore. Also, if I had it my way, I would be getting laid. But that's not quite how that works.
/r/seduction20/04/22 03:01 PM
1

Didn't you just say that might be creepy and turn someone off?
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:58 PM
2

You actually said something sensible!!
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:28 AM
1

"See where it goes from there" Thank you, it's not just some simple thing. No girl I've ever wanted to hook up with has ever started flirting with me. It's very rare. So y'know, it'll take a looong time to get better at it. It's hard.
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:12 AM
2

According to the media and the wider world, sexually inexperienced people are losers.
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:09 AM

"Will come naturally" is bullshit. It won't necessarily come. It will come naturally if it comes at all.
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:07 AM
3

Except my ex girlfriend who made fun of me for it She's not "no one" bro
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:06 AM
2

Okay that's only ever happened a couple times in my life. Thanks I'm screwed.
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:05 AM
1

Then what is the standard that most women hold you to?
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:04 AM
0

Compared to you, yeah. You changed the meaning of "good enough" for no reason
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:03 AM
1

Same
/r/seduction20/04/22 02:00 AM
1

I take showers and graduated with a CS degree. I'm a virgin. OP didn't get laid because of those things.
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:57 AM
-1

No it won't. I try, but people aren't attracted to you because you show interest in them and their life.
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:56 AM
1

No information. You took showers and women instantly wanted to sleep with you?
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:54 AM
3

You are competing with older people
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:52 AM
5

Then when do you know when to flirt
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:51 AM
3

1000% this, I don't get any better despite doing this
/r/seduction20/04/22 01:50 AM
1

They're only "options" if they say yes. Are you still trying to lie to me?
/r/seduction19/04/22 09:15 PM
2

Exactly. Thanks for your time, but I've been rejected every single time I go to the bars and do what you just said. Either there's something deeper, or it's just luck.
/r/seduction19/04/22 08:53 PM
1

Your last comment was literally "she won't reject you if you have confidence". So, in a sad turn of events, I can't even tell if you're joking right now.
/r/seduction19/04/22 08:27 PM
1

Okay that's not gonna change what I just said
/r/seduction19/04/22 05:37 PM
1

Then by all means, write all night about them. Thank you for this! More detail please. I'll even do something for you... putting actual seduction advice in r/seduction
/r/seduction19/04/22 06:04 AM
1

I don't know how to tell you this, but "somehow" and "go to the gym" aren't gonna cut it I think it's still on you to tell me some of the patterns you've noticed.
/r/seduction19/04/22 04:53 AM
1

Okay. I have had one girlfriend who refused to sleep with me and was unbelievably insecure. Other than that, I've probably gone on 4 first dates and that's it. Also, personally I don't care about deep relationships right now. I just want a warm body and a cool person.
/r/seduction19/04/22 04:17 AM
1

How many girls? How many dates? How do I be more straightforward than getting their number?
/r/seduction19/04/22 04:16 AM
1

like 16
/r/seduction19/04/22 04:15 AM
1

Okay, fair. Maybe she doesn't want to give you her number
/r/seduction18/04/22 10:29 PM
1

Okay cool all my problems are solved
/r/seduction18/04/22 10:26 PM
1

I've been asking out a few people a day and it hasn't happened. What is the "work"?
/r/seduction18/04/22 10:25 PM
3

Idk, I've gotten farther by taking her phone in front of her than with other things. You get to see her lock screen, and her phone case also says a lot about her. Then maybe a game of tug of war.
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:45 AM
1

If you're so sure it's gonna happen, and it hasn't happened after years, when will it happen?
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:43 AM
1

Never happened to me
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:43 AM
1

Which is still a TON
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:36 AM
1

Where do I find those women cause I haven't found them yet
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:36 AM
2

"It's so easy to get laid" But also "Go out and overhaul everything about your personality"
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:32 AM
1

Ok so what worked
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:31 AM
1

That had nothing to do with the question
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:30 AM
1

How communicate with body
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:25 AM
1

Describe the vibe Describe the confident energy
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:23 AM

The exact level of helpfulness you can expect from this sub
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:20 AM

Never worked for me dudebro
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:20 AM
1

And how exactly do you do that
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:15 AM
3

From personal experience, 100:1 isn't hyperbolic at all.
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:12 AM
1

Steal her phone, or wrestle her for it.
/r/seduction18/04/22 05:11 AM
131

And the bad consequences are... gasp... women might have to lower their standards a bit
/r/MensRights18/04/22 04:53 AM
12

Do not feel bad r/wowthanksimcured Also, some tips on how to do those things would be nice.
/r/seduction18/04/22 04:28 AM
1

once you get to know one you will start to see patterns, lots of them Why does no one post examples of these "patterns" then? Could you please give some examples? Even if you think women are a mystery no man can understand now, you will find that over time you will develop a sixth sense for them. Hasn't happened in 5 years. I get what they want, but that doesn't help me be it.
/r/seduction18/04/22 04:25 AM
1

"Be self aware" is vague and not actionable. That's exactly like "just get laid". Do you think I'm not already trying?
/r/seduction18/04/22 04:21 AM
1

And you won't share any of the things you said/did because... reasons. Even though you agreed with shadow when he said "the steps to success are easy". If they were easy, you'd be able to explain them.
/r/seduction14/04/22 06:25 AM
1

It's nearly impossible to convince/change a person's mind if they don't like you from the get go. So it's still based on luck, way more so than making friends and having basic conversations. Also, you still haven't explained how to learn those "skills". How do I know when to make a conversation emotional? What is good body language? If it was a simple skill, you could explain these things, and why they help you get laid.
/r/seduction14/04/22 06:24 AM
1

What other things will help? You're saying what won't work, and that doesn't help at all
/r/seduction13/04/22 12:07 AM
1

You ignored the part about liking playing video games again. On purpose lol That's just vague and not actionable at all. That's the gripe I've had the whole time. I need to just accept this sub can't do any better than that, and it will keep spouting vague bullshit guarantees.
/r/seduction13/04/22 12:07 AM
1

What are the patterns you see in your experience?
/r/seduction13/04/22 12:05 AM
2

"Making friends" =/= "getting closer to seduction" If having sexy conversations is kindergarten level, I fully expect you to tell me how to do it and get laid every time. It seems like half this sub needs to go back through elementary school
/r/seduction13/04/22 12:04 AM
0

We're in r/seduction. Of all the resources on the internet, I expect this place to be helpful about seduction. Are you saying it isn't? You just don't give two shits about lonely people, they can solve their own problems. Gotta turn to a forum like r/seduction... oh wait, that's where we are, and there are still no answers. And "conclusion" isn't the right way to put it because this is still completely based on luck. You trying to sell me this false version of reality is what's really wrong.
/r/seduction12/04/22 11:58 PM
1

When you turn the ignition, it's not a 50/50 chance the engine starts. And if the engine doesn't start, it's very well-documented what the known causes are. I can do a Google search for how to flood the engine of my '06 Civic. Thank you though! I didn't know that trick and it sounds like a good way to make you seem more valuable. You still put in "go from there" like that's meaningful at all
/r/seduction12/04/22 11:57 PM
1

Okay... there's a small problem with what you're saying. I've approached hundreds of people, trying different things each time, and never gotten farther than one date. Which means there's luck involved. Which means the notion that it's guaranteed, and that it's a skill you can jUsT lEaRn, is bullshit. You saying "put in the practice, and eventually you'll win" definitely isn't how seduction works in my experience. Because trying these simple things you said, hasn't worked, over a gigantic sample…
/r/seduction12/04/22 11:52 PM
1

What did your approaches look like?
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:36 AM
1

And how do you build connections with women? How do you become a seductive guy? How do you learn not to care when you get rejected? If these are skills that can be learned, you can teach them.
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:35 AM
2

"Figure out your problem" How do I do that Sherlock?
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:34 AM
1

Explain how that means I'll automatically start having options. And if you can "learn from mistakes" why does everyone refuse to talk about patterns they've noticed?

First of all you purposefully ignored the first half of my comment so you didn't have to deal with it. What do you have to say about those things? Second of all... I've never gotten laid at a salsa club or a country swing bar.
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:31 AM
1

Gotcha, thank you
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:29 AM
1

Your answer is going to be "they're confident" isn't it. Do you want me to come up with a good answer for you, even though I'm the one who asked a member of r/seduction, so it's their responsibility to try to be helpful
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:20 AM
1

There was no how. The "how" was go out and practice, which means you have no idea whether you're any better. It's not a skill that can be practiced if literally no one can tell you how it's done. Then it's just banging your head against the wall with trial and error. Which also involves LUCK. It's almost like the stupid narrative is breaking down...
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:19 AM
2

THERE'S NO RIGHT OR WRONG ON HOW TO HOLD GOOD CONVERSATIONS. SO IT'S NOT A SKILL. (Even though the guy in the top comment specifically said it's a SKILL you can PRACTICE) I completely give up on you guys even having a rational narrative. Especially since you didn't describe any of the flirting or banter. I don't know why I expected this sub to say anything substantial.
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:16 AM
2

A blow to everyone who wants to pretend this is super simple. "Cold approach" isn't a catch all answer.
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:06 AM
1

But they said if I keep approaching I'll magically get confident
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:06 AM
1

Ok thank you
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:04 AM
1

And how did you do it? What did the whole process look like?
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:04 AM
1

What after that? See it's not as simple as you want to make it out to be
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:03 AM
1

But what other things will help?
/r/seduction12/04/22 06:02 AM
8

I already do that fam :) Difference is I don't get any results
/r/seduction11/04/22 05:10 AM
-1

But how do you get better at talking to people? How do you know you're getting closer? If it's possible to "learn" then why doesn't anyone even remotely attempt to explain it
/r/seduction11/04/22 03:55 AM
8

I'm on the warpath to getting something marginally more specific than "cold approach" or "have confidence". Like is there some reason no one posts specifics in here?
/r/seduction11/04/22 03:53 AM
-8

No examples? Ok
/r/seduction11/04/22 02:53 AM
6

When, and how do you know
/r/seduction11/04/22 02:52 AM
1

How can you tell if "the vibes there"
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:25 AM
1

What does "get your mind right" mean and how do you do it
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:23 AM
1

I've approached 1000+ people with different approaches several times and never gotten laid. So I also strongly disagree with OP. It's all about luck.
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:21 AM
0

Except if no one says yes, like in my case, and so far it's wasted effort.
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:19 AM
4

What kind of things are you learning from going out?
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:18 AM
15

How so? Never worked for me
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:17 AM
2

What do you do once you have friends
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:17 AM
1

You wouldn't be able to tell us what actually works to attract them though. That part: not so simple. I've talked to hundreds of girls on campus and gotten about 2 dates. Dating is completely fucked
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:16 AM
1

I really hope you have a sliver of empathy for socially awkward guys then :)
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:13 AM
0

Finally, some sense in this sub. It's not one person's fault it's harder to date.
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:11 AM
6

1000% this. I'd trade you in a heartbeat. The loneliness is definitely a lil worse
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:10 AM
1

So how would I go about becoming Bruce Wayne (not the vampire one probably)
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:07 AM
1

I need pua because nothing in this sub has worked
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:06 AM
0

Uhm no. I've never gotten laid doing those things. Not a guarantee by any stretch.
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:04 AM
1

So... how do they emit those vibes?
/r/seduction11/04/22 01:03 AM
55

This sub needs a ton more posts like this. Thank you so much
/r/seduction11/04/22 12:59 AM
-4

Explain this instead of just being spiteful please? I swear to god this sub likes being as vague as possible all the time. I know I won't get proven wrong, but want to give you a chance here
/r/seduction11/04/22 12:56 AM
1

Also... let's wrap that around to the top. How do I change my social skills and calibrate my style to reflect that? What are some of the things you did?
/r/seduction11/04/22 12:54 AM
2

Will expecting rejection or not expecting rejection change any of the outcomes? I've gotten rejected no matter what I do. I've had times I really thought things were gonna work out... and I got rejected. Not really a self-fulfilling prophecy in reverse, and no way to explain that away. So how did you convince yourself that you were sexually attractive? You literally just told yourself that in the mirror every morning and it just clicked? How long did it take? And how do you know for sure that th…
/r/seduction10/04/22 10:52 PM
2

Just lie to myself in the mirror until I actually believe it? Also... if I tell myself I'm sexually attractive, it's not gonna stop me from getting rejected when girls don't find me sexually attractive
/r/seduction10/04/22 10:18 PM
1

It's not like you can immediately jump from those things to kissing her
/r/seduction10/04/22 10:06 PM
1

Just because I'm asking for a few details doesn't mean I'm asking for a script. You're saying there's a "right way" and a "vibe" but refusing to give any detail. Those things don't add up. "Make sure they're having fun" is way too open ended and useless to be a tip. It's not like I'm not trying to do that. And you're going to refuse to say anything you do, either because you don't feel like it, or you just can't explain
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:42 PM
1

You just say that? Do you crack jokes? I've noticed unique and interesting things about a lot of people who ended up rejecting me. How do you tell they're physically attracted to you?
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:39 PM
1

So either you can't, or you refuse, to answer what kinds of tweaks you had to make. Lol sorry that's such a hard thing to answer. I wish people who could give this kind of advice were the ones giving this kind of advice
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:33 PM
2

Sweet thanks
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:22 PM
1

What kinds of approaches are successful for you?
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:20 PM
1

Okay don't start spouting that stuff too please
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:16 PM
2

Thanks for providing more details than literally anyone else I've ever talked to in this sub. This doesn't get me any closer to actually "calibrating" but I appreciate your answer
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:09 PM
1

What do your messages look like afterward?
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:07 PM
2

This sub is pretty useless and vague ngl
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:07 PM
1

No he's really not. And the reason it's paradoxical is because it's impossible. To stop being desperate I'd need to give up.
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:05 PM
1

HOW do you change your beliefs
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:02 PM
1

What do you mean by "start small"? Also what kinds of tweaks did you have to make?
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:02 PM
1

Explain why/how that works please
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:01 PM
1

Okay can you provide some details
/r/seduction10/04/22 09:00 PM
1

How do you calibrate your approaches? Are people in r/seduction allergic to giving good advice or any amount of detail?
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:59 PM
1

I do, and I get rejected all the time.
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:57 PM
1

How does it make sense? Explain how it does
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:54 PM
2

And this officially has nothing to do with getting laid anymore
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:54 PM
2

I'm not sure that putting in a lifetime of work and getting rejected every single time will make me feel better on my deathbed
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:52 PM
1

But it won't necessarily happen even if I do, and btw I do take a lot of action
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:51 PM
0

Okay then why the fuck did you post "it leads to actual results" And why are you treating it like it's so easy? That "reading signals" is something simple anyone can do. But then you can't explain it Also I keep approaching people and I still get rejected all over the place
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:50 PM
0

How
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:48 PM
0

Okay. How do I signal I'm not her friend? Why didn't you even try to explain it? Even the wiki doesn't have better answers than that "signal intent" thing you just wrote. In fact, it doesn't describe any signals or how to gauge interest at all. In the escalation section, all it says to do is "pay attention to her feedback" without explaining what signals she's putting out or looking for. I know you're tempted to post another weak low-effort response about how I'm the problem, and that I just nee…
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:44 PM
1

Okay I've cut off several hundred "possibilities" and still not there
/r/seduction10/04/22 08:34 PM
1

Of course, but approaching them isn't just a surefire way to make it happen either. For the exact reasons you just listed.
/r/seduction10/04/22 01:43 AM
1

Yes...? I was a social person in college. I went out all the time with male and female friends. I worked out. I asked out a lot of people, got rejected. Gave zero shits about what other people thought. Spoiler alert: still a virgin. What could I have done differently?
/r/seduction10/04/22 12:00 AM
1

Hey... just like no one can guarantee any kind of success! This is a game of luck
/r/seduction09/04/22 11:25 PM
-1

Okay even if you do all this you can't automatically talk to girls
/r/seduction09/04/22 11:24 PM
3

And even if you are proactive it's not nearly a guarantee
/r/seduction09/04/22 11:22 PM
3

The things I like doing are playing video games, dancing, and working with computers. I don't like initiating conversations and working out. But that means I won't get laid.
/r/seduction09/04/22 11:21 PM
2

The exact level of help this sub is usually good for lol
/r/seduction09/04/22 10:12 PM
2

Here, why don't you give me a guarantee that I'll get laid in 2 weeks
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:58 PM
1

Yeah you literally just explained nothing. r/restofthefuckingowl Like do you ask for consent, how do you know the right time to escalate, how do you "properly signal" intent, and why are you getting angry at me
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:56 PM
0

No we don't. Cause it doesn't always work. It has never worked for me
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:55 PM
3

Uh how do you do that... by asking not telling. Rejection still totally possible dudebro
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:53 PM
2

Again, not a guarantee. I've escalated with so many people and gotten rejected. You're lucky things have worked out for you.
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:52 PM
1

"Just go make the fantasy into reality" It won't necessarily happen bro
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:51 PM
1

I met a girl who was interested. I asked for her insta and snapchat. Covid happened and she moved an hour away. We started talking and things fizzled out. It didn't happen. So goddamn sick of all these guarantees. The whole process is like walking on eggshells. Explain how to keep them interested and we won't complain about this shit that constantly gets posted. I'm trying... it's just not as simple as what you posted.
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:50 PM
-6

This had nothing to do with seduction
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:44 PM
2

How do you be fun and flirty? Then what after that? r/restofthefuckingowl
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:41 PM
2

I'm gonna hold you to it. That's a promise. See you in two weeks :)
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:39 PM
1

How did you manage to lie to yourself this way and convince yourself of this?
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:37 PM
4

"Regardless of seduction?" In r/seduction?
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:36 PM
1

What's honestly the difference? Does it feel any different? You didn't explain how it's different
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:34 PM
21

But the results didn't change much, and that's the point. "It will happen" is actually bullshit and you just admitted it. We're in r/seduction, not r/selfimprovement. If this doesn't work for seduction, it doesn't make sense to push it as advice.
/r/seduction09/04/22 09:32 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
