You swine. You vulgar little maggot. You worthless bag of filth. I wager you couldn't empty a boot of excrement were the instructions on the heel. You are a canker. A sore that won't go away. I would rather kiss a lawyer than be seen with you. Try to edit your responses of unnecessary material before attempting to impress us with your insight. The evidence that you are a nincompoop will still be available to readers, but they will be able to access it more rapidly. You snail-skulled little rabbi…

In two weeks time, I'll be living at the New Jersey State Police barracks on my way to becoming a Trooper. We've already been down there for these "prep days" where they scream and yell and do everything in their power to discourage recruits from even starting the academy. My whole life my parents have berated me for the smallest infractions like taking my time getting dressed, or forgetting my plate at the table. This has prepared me tremendously. Back in my BP idealizations of life, I felt I w…

I liked your video. I like those animation type videos because I think it resonates better for visual learners. It's great to see this content on TRP. This isn't what sexual strategy boils down to, but it gives you information and knowledge on how to better yourself and your business. It indirectly boosts your SMV through guiding your way. I would recommend Gary Vaynerchuk to people who like this content. Gary is more motivational, but a ton of his videos have hidden soundbite-gems and now he's …

I'm usually pretty good at getting back within the hour, no less than 10 minute responses. I consider myself pretty good at text game so I use it to my advantage to create some tension. For example, I got "Shut up. You like me" - "And cause your critical ness makes me nervous" are just two from today. Sometimes, I like to do a quick back-and-forth where you see them typing, and you type back. Definitely gives the impression that I'm more interested than I am. Being a busy guy, it lets me build a…

Totally agree with this. It definitely sets the mood especially concerning texts regarding sex.

Been using this lately with a lot of success. By a lot I mean with a lot to each of my plates. It's really powerful because it's toying. They know you wanna slay them, but MAYBE you've got a side fling. MAYBE you'll be busy working or with your boys. They usually follow up with a sarcastic affirmation of what they wanted your response to be. -Are you going on another date tonight? -Maybe (; -Shut up, you know I'm your only girl. Give 'em the ol' "read receipt" while I'm in with another plate.

Stick to a protein isolate (Isopure), ON Creapure Creatine (white and green bottle, it's German, 100% pure), get a fish oil that has at least one (1) gram of EPA AND DHA combined (take at least 1 gram a day for brain, CNS, and arterial health among many other benefits, krill oil has like 100 mgs per 3 softgels) I recommend Life Extension's Enteric coated ones for no fish burps, get the cheapest one-a-day CAPSULE multi, no tabs, softgel's fine, too. Kava is like 100% guaranteed liver damage, plea…

Casein-drink skim milk. Multi-more colorful vegetables. Creatine-good supp for building mass and power, but water weight as well. Caffeine is good too but again, black iced coffee makes me sweat a lot more than pre-workouts like C4. Whey, again, is not as efficient or complete as a protein compared to meat. They're a waste of money and the industry is a big fucking commercial. But whatever dude. I've seen more results in my squat bench and dead when I stopped that BS and took my eating very seri…

Yes, I do. I should have clarified. The only supplement that isn't actually a waste of money is a protein isolate. Because depending on where you live it may be cheaper per pound than chicken, definitely cheaper than steak. But again, it should only be used to supplement an already optimal diet. For example, I don't get a lot of protein in the morning from 6 eggs and some ham. Thus, I drink a shake afterwards and usually before bed.

Supplements are garbage, man. Take it from someone who worked in the industry for over two years and saw all the BS. I'd stick to a protein isolate that's cheap and nothing else. It's a waste of money. I'd recommend buying extra turkey or chicken over fat burners and pre workout.

Holy fuckin' Jesus. That last sentence had me choking on my gains. But you're absolutely spot on with the sentence before, too. Thank you, I needed a laugh after my 2.5 year relationship ended this week.

if taken properly The amount of research, financial commitment, and overall understanding of cycles and programming are crucial to not fucking yourself up. This is the part that most do not grasp; you can't just take something, lift, eat, and become a monster in a week. It takes a lot of careful planning and even experienced powerlifters that I train with are still dialing in their cycles and they've been running and cruising since middle school. Don't blindly listen to some people on the intern…

I feel you man. My mother always told me I wasn't good enough and it made me mentally tough and reliant on my self. I made goals FOR MYSELF and tried to get shit done always FOR MYSELF. Think of this as a positive thing. We are stronger than those who had the validation because we were forced to grow up early on. This is not in attempt to offend those who did get validation. Just a way for us to look at the bright side..

Not to my knowledge. But I could surely be wrong. He always tweeted after the fact about how lame my HS admin was.

This is how one of my HS teachers got canned. Hooked up with a 16 year old student on an Italy trip thinking it was legal since outside of the US. Resignation papers were waiting for him before he got back.
