This isn't pussy pass denied at all? What's being denied? It's a tweet by a Trump'er who believes a bunch of hilariously wrong incel garbage: All women become unattractive when they "get old" OnlyFans is their only source of income All other employers actually care if they've done SW They will mismanage their money (despite having already purchased a whole home) so poorly the bank will foreclose on their house and end up poor People who live in trailer parks are trash This is the same guy who ha…

I'd love to hear his take on this whole relationship. Saying something like that means he was probably pretty unhappy... and if they had "a domestic staff of 5" it couldn't have been about the things most married people fight about.

I've been hanging out here for months... not fully agreeing with everything, but far from disagreeing. There's a lot that can be said about the this sub-reddit. But never once, anywhere, have I seen anyone advocate rape or any kind of physical harm to a woman. I really don't understand where this mindset comes from... it's an interesting property of "the hive mind". Makes me wonder if people just write this sub off without actually doing any critical thinking about its content... or worse... wit…

Even if it were true, why would anyone want to celebrate the fact that men are afraid of women? What kind of twisted mind takes pleasure in that?

I'm never quite sure how to succinctly turn it around, when I say "So you can generalize but I can't?", they don't seem to think they're generalizing. They don't see that the "facts" they're so sure about are just as much unsupported generalizations as the arguments I'm making. They just refuse to think critically about it. That ddxxdd guy has insane patience. I can't be bothered to argue or try and convince people anymore.

My sister is getting married, she budgeted $2000 (we're in Canada). The problem is any venue you go to, any caterer you talk to, will, as soon as you mention "wedding", double the price. This skit is funny because it's true.

As a developer, this makes me really sad. I will never stop making fun of tech things with names like gender changers, dongles, "hot plugging", or any other sexual euphemism. Why? Because it's funny... and it should be funny regardless of gender. There's literally no harm being done to anyone. I'm glad to see so many developers standing up for themselves saying "this went too far". Now if only they'd see that in other parts of their lives...

Bitcoin is a quiet revolution. I've been mining on all my GPUs for years. My 7870 actually found two blocks for my pool! One in August and one in February. Kinda makes me wish I was solo mining. I hadn't checked the prices in a long time - I was shocked to see it's damn near $50 to 1BTC! Hoping that rate of growth continues... with only 21 Million available even a couple hundred might be worth millions of USD in 10 years.

It's to the point where saying: "As your friend, I'm worried your weight will affect your health. Want to come work out with me today?" is literally considered "insulting". "Don't you think I know I'm fat?!!? Why are you so mean to me by reminding me I'm fat?!?!" is the response... I don't even know what to say at that point. :(

It's true! The only really popular subs that survive (in my mind) and remain good/interesting are subs that are very heavily moderated: /r/askscience is a great example of this.

I like most of the values being put forth in this sub, but I think more swift and brutal moderation is going to be required as this sub grows more to keep the content relevant and ... frankly: good. It's already been addressed in other topics, but making sure we "stay pure" about the message of "the red pill" (I still hate that moniker) and don't turn into MRAs, PUAs, or just plain actual-woman-haters is an important goal to keep in mind for this sub. I've been a redditor since the beginning. Wh…

Even before I started seeing/hearing it in interactions with others I really started noticing "blue-pillisms" in my favourite TV shows. That's when I knew I was starting to internalize what I was reading. I remember once years ago watching "The Red Green Show", at the end they say "The Man's Prayer": "I'm a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess." In the final episode of the series, a revised version of the prayer was said: "I'm a man, but I changed, because I had to. Oh well." He also sig…

The author focuses on female sex robots only. I think the uptake will be slower, and less popular, but there will certainly be a market for "male sexbots" as well. "Wudda ya know Joe?"

Whether this article holds water or not, I find Roosh to be a crass and unlikable writer. Beyond when feminists say we're "angry" - Roosh actually seems like he's angry all the time. He rarely writes in a tone that doesn't sound angry, stoic, or frustrated. It turns me off from his stuff. That said - the guy is making a living banging women from around the world and writing books about it (even if it is "only" 5-8 a year). That's not a bad way to live IMO and in the same vein I'll listen to what…

I call this "Disney Movie Romance". If you're a 20 something right now you probably grew up with the classic Disney princesses (and their princes of course). Obviously not specific to Disney movies or the 90s, but for me, identifying that many of my generations 'romantic values' come from these kind of Disney movies was very eye opening.

TrueCrypt (... you ARE using TrueCrypt right?) has a plausible deniability feature that allows you to create an "encrypted volume within an encrypted volume". This means you can have two passwords for your encrypted volume. One that opens your real encrypted data, and one that opens a honey-pot of "fake" encrypted data -- all unknown to those demanding access :)

Whenever I see the view I'm reminded of a really old Simpsons episode where Homer is flipping through channels and he lands on a spoof of "The View": Woman on show: "Men." Audience in show: "Boooooooooo!" Homer: "Canceled. flips to next channel"

My personal experience is that this works if you don't want to move up. The higher you move up the more you'll have to socialize. I've got to the point where my "work socialize" and "personal socialize" are completely different.

Right on. women had been downtrodden for many years prior, so it was okay for these laws to work against men Therefore favours some kind of revenge against men Whether it's ignorance, hatred, or just plain stupidity you just can't talk someone out of a position they didn't talk themselves into.

From your link: These groups of women ... seek to promote the view that the logical and rational is inferior to the personal narrative method of enquiry, and that feelings share equal validity with critical thinking. This, feminists call "women's ways of knowing" I am in shock. How is this not just as bad as creationism?!
