1	Denied For #2: because sexual assult cases are already hars to prove, they are more likely to result in not guilty verdicts even if the crime occured. To turn around and investigate victims in this cases is already horrible. 1	Denied If this is a standard were going to follow, this will need to be applied to anything; murders, robberies, assults. Most sexual crimes already dont go to court; Sexual crimes are hard to prove to begin with. It usually happens in private with no witnesses. Physical evidence are not always preserved and even if they are, its not enough to prove there wasnt consent. A lot of sex crimes occure by people in position of power.
