I still stand by Simple Pickup. Although Kong deleted YT videos and their forum, these guys had awesome advice. You can still find about 15GB worth of their material on Piratebay, from a bootcamp they had and it is awesome, with psychology, their videos of them failing/succeeding and whatnot.
