You share it and spread the word, encourage others to reach out to one another and provide a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on when you see one of your guy friends struggling. Women’s day is celebrated more because we draw attention to it and provide support for each other, maybe instead of asking why no one pays attention to it be the one who highlights it and brings light to it.
