You want women to support men’s health and not be toxic, but you react negatively to when we do support men’s health. Good to know 🚩

Every day women are hurt by men, that’s why it’s here to stay. Also do you need women to organise men’s day? It’s your day, spread the awareness and reach out to your fellow men and let them know you’re a source of support for them.

How do you think awareness is spread? You share it and spread the word, encourage others to reach out to one another and provide a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on when you see one of your guy friends struggling. Women’s day is celebrated more because we draw attention to it and provide support for each other, maybe instead of asking why no one pays attention to it be the one who highlights it and brings light to it. Be the change you want to see.
