0	Get finnesed How is it fraud? Because he lied to her with the intent to deceive her for financial gain. He did lie to her, that is right there in the text I did intent to device her. He admits that right afterwards himself And he got financial gain from it. She gave him money she didn't intend to give. That is the textbook definition of fraud. The app asks you if your ok with paying another person the amount they request, and this adult woman said "yes."
