How is it fraud? Because he lied to her with the intent to deceive her for financial gain. He did lie to her, that is right there in the text I did intent to device her. He admits that right afterwards himself And he got financial gain from it. She gave him money she didn't intend to give. There is nothing vague about it whatsoever. She asked if he could give her 20 dollars and he said "okay". And then he proceeded to give her instructions that would decevie her into giving him money. That's fraud. And he literally says that he "made her do it" afterwards. That's fraud with a confession
