I was a shop manager in retail for many years before I moved in to care. From a managers perspective, I would prefer it if my staff were upfront and Honest with me. I had the trouble of being quite a young store manager so used to find it hard to talk to/relate to people older so sometimes I came across as unprofessional. Thank you for those tips about colour etc. That helps a lot I have been watching youtube videos recommended on another post. I am currently trying to work on myself so that I come across as wife material. This includes attitude, dress, cleaning routine, etc. My biggest goal at the moment is to lose weight. So that's on the habit change too diet. But once again thank you for your dress tips xx
