0	Oupsie This is a myth. While pre cum can potentially do so it only happens in two scenarios mainly because sperm and semen are different. 1. You have a condition which causes sperm to be pushed out prematurely in the semen before orgasm which is super rare or 2. You already cum once and then left over sperm gets pushed out by the precum.
