Ah, the classic Tumblr question mark. Masks your aggressive statement as a question.

Tumblr isn't exactly a shining example of feminism, but "shut the fuck up" has also been used over there.

Well, there are certain people of either gender who will find a way to be offended at anything. Once the people in OP decided to be offended, there was no stopping them.

Translation: I went to a skate park and nobody gave me attention for being a sk8r girl because they've been skating with girls their whole lives. I got mad and decided they must be shunning me because I'm a woman.

I don't see the part where they say that's the definition they're using.

To be parallel, it'd have to be called "eggjacking."

Is it? It doesn't seem to be making light of it at all.

It's significant that even the UrbanDictionary community doesn't consider spermjacking a positive thing. The example text contains "that bitch," after all. I don't think we have anything to worry about from this post.

The Amazing Atheist is a jerkoff, but he had a pretty interesting Drunken Peasants video featuring a "Feminist vs. MRA" debate. The two were actually pretty reasonable. Hardy required any mediation. One thing the MRA said was along the lines of "No, two grown adults don't need to verbally give consent every time they have sex. It's the non-consenting party's job as an adult to say 'no.' Neither participant is a child who needs to be babied." EDIT: Link. Watching for the relevant part. EDIT2: Thi…

One important thing to remember is that you should only know these to avoid using them yourself. It's obnoxious to point them out when your "opponent" uses them. Sure, you may be right, but it makes your argument feel forced and makes you look like a 15-year-old who just joined the high school debate team. To clarify, feel free to point out the fallacy itself, but don't do it by saying "That's an appeal to emotion! Fallacy detected!" Nobody cares what it's called, just make your point.
