That's was my biggest question about that new uber replacement for women. There are countless stories of girls threatening claims of rape or sexual assault to get out of fares. There are stories of women going nuts on uber drivers. Hell, lesbians love beating the crap out of each other with high rates of DV. One thing people overlook when it comes to recording. In a number of states 3rd party consent isn't required if the recording is being used for a lawsuit. It's a loophole that can be used to cover your ass. Def research it though.

That probably depends on the state. Ex-Parte they grant the temp without you being there. You then get served. So yes... the TRO can be filed without your knowledge. You then get served and go for a hearing to see if it's valid. I just googled ex-parte restraining orders and WA showed up. I know CO is the same.
