Yeah as a girl, I agree with this. When I was younger I was too much of a pussy to tell someone I wasn't interested in them and ultimately ended up flaking instead.

I also got off all social media. I noticed I was wasting a lot of time. It was also negatively impacting my self esteem and mood. Sounds a bit silly, but I couldn't control it so I just shut it down.
