Here's hoping it's better than the animated series. Oh, yeah. By the way. There was an animated series.

The sitting quietly with you for a while, the insults that aren't really insulting, the clap on the shoulder and then moving on with the day. These are all helping you to man-up. We call that "being supportive" - there's a massive, massive difference between helping someone through a difficult part of their life and just telling them to deal with it because of their gender.

If people are fighting against each other for stupid reasons like gender and perceived slights, they're not fighting the people actively trying to screw them over. Same principle with racism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc. Fracture people and they can't rise up together.

Screw that, flat out tell them that you're recording so that you can look back and reflect on the session later to "really understand", almost guarantee they'll be fine with it. Remember, these people actively think they're correct, they aren't trying to hide.

Germany's also got Men Only spots, though. They're in Triberg. Got a lot of international hate.

Google the term "Mpreg". Or don't. Probably don't.

Reminds me of that one episode of South Park. The kids couldn't figure out why everyone was upset about that flag, since it was just a bunch of guys hanging another guy, but the adults zeroed in on the colour difference beyond everything else.

So the maples formed a union And demanded equal rights The oaks are just too greedy We will make them give us light Now there's no more oak oppression For they passed a noble law And the trees are all kept equal By hatchet... Axe... And saw

Needed the job at the time. This was the same place that had women loudly declaring how useless, stupid, and worthless men were in the break rooms - management was entirely female, including HR, so.. there really wasn't anything that anyone could say or do without losing their own jobs. By the time I left, I'd moved onto the much quieter, much more accepting night shift, and nobody would have made those kinds of calls.

Reminds me of my time at a retail place. Whenever something needed to be moved, you'd hear right over the intercom for "a male employee" to rush over and deal with it. Always was tempted to call for a female employee to deal with the customers I had so I could answer the page, but.. that's the sort of thing that would've gotten me fired.

You'd be surprised. As Londo Mollari once said, "When you are mad, you say these things the same way that you and I talk about the weather" - this woman has received two warnings in the past, and does not know how to keep her opinions to herself.
