I saw couple of these similar posts a while back in some other subs and there were a few arguments that said these reports did not exclusively come from lesbians in lesbian relationships but maybe from their past heterosexual ones, so they may have reported their straight abusive boyfriends......In a sense, they meant if lesbian relationships exhibit high DV rate, it's a still a man's fault.

I think having family care for their young is still more beneficial than say, sending kids to daycare or kindergarten all the time. That is not to say the governmental institutions are bad, they do help as parents can free up their time to work, make money and have a more comfortable life. But those institutions take care up to hundreds of other kids, not all of them will receive the best treatment so it's best for the parents to do the majority of raising their children.

Maybe it's just my culture but I think traditionalism is acting as a sort of equalizer between men and women. Our East Asian blood is ingrained with the teaching of Confucious and Taoism, putting family first before all else. Even if I'm sometimes jealous of what you have there in the West, I'm still glad we still adhere those teachings that value what's important right now
