That's pretty good. I want you to have the best life and time possible man. Don't die early, and I hope that whatever diet you choose helps you do that.

I don't take any supplements or pills at all. All natural and authentic right here.

Don't wallow in shame. Use it to motivate yourself to get better. Also, don't shoot the messenger because you don't like the message.✌️

I am an athlete, and I can see the positive effects. Been eating only plants for years. You are a victim of people wanting to eat what tastes "good" and then inventing bullshit to justify it. Lol

You're right. They think it's manly to kill themselves with shit food.

It's not manly to kill yourself with your diet. Sure, get fat and dead with that shit.

Ok. You are like a super hero physically compared to a woman. Picture the Engineers on Alien Covenant. If you were a woman, that's how men would look to you. That's just one thing.

It's still only the beginning. You haven't missed anything.

The state is anti MGTOW because the state is anti individual. "If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever." Orwell

Ok. Instead of the US flag style, what about using this? The symbol can go in the gold portion. Or you could make a Jolly Roger with the symbol instead of the skull or something.

It's a quote from the book IIRC.

Close, but with a couple of extra steps to help with anonymity. Plus, I would spend the currencies themselves. In and out of fiat will be where it gets confiscated. Use localbitcoins if you need local spending money.

If done correctly, bitcoin can be completely secret and unconfiscateable except through torture.

Bitcoin and mgtow are like mayonnaise and bread. Notice I said bitcoin (BTC), not crypto currency. Not trying to shill. Just been researching and in it for a while now.

Good on 'em. Everyone should avoid paying taxes as much as they are comfortable. The state is bad for men, so these chicks are on our side.

It's still very early adopter stage for bitcoin. People thought they were late to the party last year. ETH and LTC will soon be obsoleted by Bitcoin upgrades. There will be a mad fight out of the altcoins to get into BTC imo.

Zero. I made this account to talk about Bitcoin, etc. I don't want to dox myself IRL about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is just the most promising vehicle for world change, so that's where I concentrate my efforts. You wouldn't bat an eye if people extolled the virtues of having a bank account or good credit score because you support the establishment system.

I spend my coins. I don't plan on returning to fiat. So no, I won't be doing any of that. Houses, cars, apartments, businesses, etc for sale for Bitcoin. Good luck to you.

I don't keep my Bitcoin on an exchange. Not even God can get to my hoard. But I can. Edit: Imagine half your bank account balance nationalized. That's happened. Imagine the dollars in your account dropping in value. Happens every day.

Just because you don't like/understand Bitcoin doesn't mean that the mods should start censoring discussion on some currencies but not others.

Can we do something about the US dollar and bank shilling. People mention it all the time. If people exit their system, they may lose the value of their dollar even more Money is a legitimate topic here. This is like saying, "mods, can we do something about the peso propagandizing?" I learned about MGTOW on r/bitcoin. Financial Independence is probably the most important part of MGTOW, and you would be doing the community a disservice by censoring discussion of one currency in support of another…

Military is the opposite of going your own way, and has killed millions of men, but salty OP wants to pick on a currency that prevents war.
/r/MGTOW04/12/17 11:08 AM

Money is a legitimate topic here. If somebody said "men should get their own bank account," you would not accuse them of shilling for banks or the US dollar. If you use banking, then you lose when people exit your system because you hold a higher percentage of inflated dollars. So stop shilling for banks and the status quo. Shill.

But you are applying old rules to a completely new category. And there's no funny business. It's all open source. Fixed supply. Bubbles are caused by market distortion. Market distortion is caused by government action. Please tell me how Bitcoin is in a bubble because the government hasn't done anything to pump it. In fact, the bullies are against it and write laws against it. There's no bubble. It's just straight up supply and demand.

The internet popped too, huh? Lol it's the future. You are doing a disservice commenting on things when you haven't done any research on it. You may see a static, unchanging world, but I don't.

Bitcoin and MGTOW are like mayonnaise and bread. Going your own way also includes keeping your wealth imo. The bitcoin stuff on here is a gift. Bitcoin helps us go our own way and keep our wealth away from people we don't want to have it.

The theory is that you create your own shock absorption by strengthening your muscles and running a different way. Not bam bam bam on the ground. Your knees are not extended and locked when your foot hits. I have been on some hard pack dirt before that is pretty hard. I have also ran on the beach. The only real difference with the beach is that I can go faster because I don't have to tread so lightly.

My foot pain pushed me to try it. I probably wouldn't have otherwise, but now I am happy I did. Good luck.

I don't know man. I like to think that the ability to run in our birthday suits is innate. Maybe the arches need to come crashing down to where they need to be. Just ruminating... I really don't know.

That's awesome man. The main reason I do it is so that I can be walking on my own for a couple of extra decades hopefully. Our feet are masochistic lol. They like to get beat the fuck up every once in a while.

Go for it man. Concrete is best because it gives you the most feedback. Be careful the first time out. Don't go far and come back before it hurts. Stay off your heel. Look out for trash, but it will get easier. The first time I ran barefoot, I felt like that guy on Hostel who had his Achilles tendons cut. So take it easy, and if it hurts, then run or step differently. Tiptoeing, whatever. Don't push through pain though. Heal up and give it another go.

Lol I know. Selling you new feet for the price of a few months of torture. And veggie futures.

That's where I run. Like I said, I am not an expert, and I may be incorrect, but it feels totally fine now (unless it's that bumpy, gravely concrete).

This might seem wild, but your brain makes new pathways. At first I had to watch the road like a hawk for every little pebble. Now I can do it more subconsciously. Like getting good at a video game or something. Also, due to the increased muscles in my legs and feet, I can cup my foot or buckle my leg pretty efficiently. I swear to God it's neat.

I have watched my poor grandmother fall and break bones numerous times. Her feet are terrible from high heels. I was running (in shoes) and had a painful dislocated bone in my foot. These things prompted me to go searching for some answers. The conclusion that I came up with is that I think humans need to run on their bare feet on the surface of the earth. It's an authentic action. I did read Born to Run, but I have other sources. I certainly think this guy is on to something. https://youtu.be/E…

Forks Over Knives and Barefoot running. You can get a body you never had before. I have lost 30 pounds over the past year, and I wasn't what you would consider fat. Kinda fat. Try it. Your body will love it. You won't need as much sleep either. Edit: Wrote this sincerely in the comments below. I am not an expert. Just a self-experimenter.
