If you havent talked to her. You are not in love with her, you are in love with the idea of the person you think she is. That doesent mean shoot your shot, but just tell yourself, she isint everything you ever dreamed of yet... She could be once you discover it, but right now she is both, imperfect and perfect. Its only until you get to know her better do you really know what kind of woman you have on your hands.

It worked to my favour for me in my role... But skillset is also going to naturally weighed up. Your not just in or out based on skin colour it's a concoction of different factors that they come to the right "fit".

No but that's exactly what I'm saying... What if the definable skills that Google are looking for are multi cultured workforce.. Perhaps value is put on the experience people would achieve from different backgrounds. Jus fyi I'm white male being left out here but I'm sure there is some rationale to a policy like this.

Before jumping to conclusions... I would like to know the number of white and asain males already working in the department's that this recruitment policy was in place for.. maybe there is a pre-dominance already and they are trying to diversify people from different backgrounds. Makes sense when the company is global in scale.

I know it's easy to think articles are current and now when posted. It was your comment that made me go back and check. Just thought I'd let ya know!

Don't worry man it'll come someday. A eureka moment every now and then puts you back on track. I've been here 6 months, it's improved my life for sure but I feel I have a long ways to go before I'm the person I want to be.

So easy! But everyone on holiday is easy. What I mean is the slut mentality, no side effects from bad behavior, has creeped into the psyche of UK/Irish girls. Brain washed with movies/books the same way as American girls. Now, I have nothing against sluts, I embrace them they serve a great purpose and are comfortable in sexuality, but if they try to come off as more superior, I let them know of their place.

Unfortunately America is a huge exporter of its culture. Not all aspects are bad but Ireland and UK while not as affected are getting more and more Americanised. I'm not hating on American culture here its just sad to see your own slip away.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
