Based on my observations in the midwest, yes. Once we got a taste of warmer weather in early March, the bars started filling up faster since they do the outdoor thing. Also noticed quite a few more going to the gym consistently, if gym game is your thing. (I've read your field reports, I know they are ;)

I dig this. Learning better dance moves so I don't dance like Crispin Glover from Friday the 13th is the next priority. Any takeaways from awkward/bad experiences?

Great post, man. Guys, if you feel keen on having a "unique" hairstyle, try playing around with the types of clothes you pair it with. I've been growing my hair for about a year and am having fun experimenting with different styles as it grows between stages. Right now it looks like Bender from The Breakfast Club and I've been pairing it with 80s and 70s-ish clothes to have a "look" to it, I get the impression I'm able to get away with some styles I normally wouldn't go for, turns out I like em,…

Great post once again. Unless I passed it, I'd add a little something about WALKING, specifically speed and how it makes you come across as nervous, insecure, etc. if you're a fast walker. Essentially all the negative effects of fast talking, except if she sees your nonverbal version of that, you probably won't even get the opportunity to word vomit all over her to begin with. I did that shit for a long time and it takes a fair amount of mindfulness to catch myself and slow it down (but also don…

I'm a guy and got ghosted a few weeks ago. We seemed to be having a great time together: great conversations, genuine desire, and great sex. She would also get the sad puppy eyes when I'd leave and always urge me to stay longer. I texted her a couple days after the last time we hung out, no response. It stings and its confusing, but I'm not mad about it. I understand the nature of it: Could be a frame issue, maybe I said something, ORRRRR she just straight up found a better option. Like it said,…

Great post, thank you. I'm putzing around with my electric guitar, but this reminded me to set unrealistic goals/timeframes since I'll be further along than had I not. New goal: to play like Eddie Van Halen (RIP) in 6 months

I have a couple lesbian friends. Been friends with them since HS and kept in touch, we're 27 now. They're pretty good looking and definitely don't look like your typical couple, so the instilling of dread has worked, even when I was blue pill and didn't realize it at the time.

I'm about to make you jealous: my CUTTING calories are at 2700 and I'm considering ramping them up a bit because I'm losing a bit too quickly. Background: 27, competed naturally since 18 (4 shows), I reverse dieted for a bit (if you're not familiar, look up Layne Norton reverse dieting on YT). 5'11", 180lbs, guessing 12-13% BF. Train 4x per week mostly compound lifts, a little cardio for health, and I keep my activity level high with steps. Work a sedentary job and am in school, so keeping the a…
