Use this to your advantage. Hire a pro to go out clubbing or whatever. Be seen as "taken". Then allow other women to try and lure you away.

I notice the more I have sex, the longer I last. I attribute this to my dick becoming desensitized to a woman's sweet pinkness. It's more your dick-brain connection than sensitivity. But your advice and observations are spot on, especially slowing down, Switch up the pace, Change the depth. Pull out completely and eat her for a bit.

Good start. Keep the linear progression going. It's really all about you pushing yourself. The bar doesn't give a shit about any of your problems. Starting young is a HUGE advantage to getting strong. I started lifting regularly this year. 57 years old. Numbers from this week Squat 255 OHP 110 Bench 177.5 DL 275 Rows 185 Rackpull 315 Squats every session. Alternate OHP and Bench. Different pull every session, MW F Train, eat well, recover, and lift more the next session. But meanwhile, keep the …

It's working for me at mid 50's. early january, 5 8. 290 pounds. .. squat was bodyweight, to a chair...Press 33 pounds, bench 50, deadlift..could not reach the bar, so rackpulls at 125. last week, 254 pounds Squats 240(3 sets of 5), Press 100 3x3, Bench 165 3x3, deadlift 265 1x5 , rackpull 305 1x5, barbell rows 155x3x5 weight jumps are often 2.5 pounds per session, except rows because I just started. Lift, sleep, eat enough. I've been on 2300 to 2500 cal day, 200grams protein.

Depends on the trainer. If you are new to barbells, do not go to a big box gym to find a quality trainer. Go find a Starting Strength gym, or a small gym full of barbell racks. Racks, barbells, weights. It's all you really need to get started. Hopefully your gym will have the right trainer for you, even if it's just an experienced powerlifter. Starting Strength/Strong Lifts will work, and you will get much stronger during the first 12 months. Then consider changing, as you have developed a good …

Interesting. Just started a sugar relationship with a 26 y/o black women. Her plans are grad school, then having 2 babies. Marriage?? Nope. Maybe a "long-term" boyfriend. Or just a DNA donor. Scary. Sex is pretty good though.
