| 3 | Help with AAas most people are gonna tell you. just do it. my trick was an rsd one from julien where i pictured myself outside of my body and watching myself. once i saw what.i was doing from an "outside perspective". it didnt seem weird and scary at all. it was just a guy talking to a girl on a train. and man did i have fun talking to that girl. so yeah just go for ig. the anxiety is just your brain overthinking things.
