11	Persuasion explained by one of the greatest Mad Men I'll take a stab at it: I figure that when trying to persuade someone that they are better with you, than without, you show them that you understand them better than they understand themselves, especially if this is early on in the conversation. A good way to do this is to understand their motivation, something that can really take a person aback but intrigue them at the same time. Why?
