There were instances of drinking while on probation (a direct violation of the terms) and one time was captured by the breathalyzer installed in her car. She claimed her daughter was the one that blew the high reading in the breathalyzer, not her. So then a judge ordered her to take a urine test - that's when she went to Thailand and ignored the court order.

Actually, I may have been mistaken. This was a later judgement from November of last year. And it looks like it was enforced. Her earlier judgements from the previous couple years were the ones she ignored or got out of.

No, she was... Sadly, I live in the area and this idiot was in the news cycle for a year because of this case.
