Not in the west...I'm in a hellhole of a thirdword country. Recently had a opportunity to visit close friend from here in UK. Found him living free in fantastic council house,he gets a cheque monthly from the government, his wife had a baby in hospital for free, the NHS. He is living for free and just being problem for police. But here he had own business, paid for his sons to do university overseas in US dollars. And he was hard working. In UK he just sits .
