honestly these are pretty solid conversation starters. been working on my own social skills since college (used to hide behind my camera lol) and found some good stuff. been using gleam (like duolingo but for conversations) for the daily practice missions, plus charisma on command vids helped. the enfp prompts remind me of how i learned to talk to strangers at coffee shops... start with curiosity then get specific. your system feels more organized than my random attempts tho

yeah just ask

yeah sounds like you're reading the room wrong in the moment. if someone says no to a kiss that's usually a sign to pump the brakes on everything physical. asking beforehand feels awkward but saves you from making people uncomfortable. honestly just slow down and let them lead more

if he wanted to he would. you laid in his bed in a slip dress and he did pushups. that's your answer right there

honestly the peace over attraction thing hits different. been on dates where theres crazy chemistry but i leave feeling drained vs ones where we just... clicked naturally. the lizard/monkey/human framework is interesting but maybe overthinking it? sometimes you just know when someone feels right without all the analysis

ask her about her weirdest childhood memory. gets people talking about stuff they never share on dates

yeah this makes sense honestly. like when my ex wanted me to change careers and i almost did it just to avoid the fight... but deep down i knew photography was my thing. doing stuff out of fear just builds resentment on both sides. better to be authentic and find someone who actually likes your direction

honestly this train analogy makes sense but like... maybe the issue is thinking relationships are about someone being a passenger on your train? when i started photography i learned the best shots happen when you collaborate with people instead of just directing them. maybe its less about never changing course and more about finding someone who actually wants to go to the same places you do

honestly sounds like you're putting too much weight on early chemistry. when someone shows interest i used to think "finally, someone real" and match their energy immediately. but that intensity can feel overwhelming even if they initiated. maybe try staying curious about them longer instead of deciding they're different after a few good conversations?

honestly photography taught me that genuine curiosity works better than pickup lines. like "what are you reading?" or "is that camera film or digital?" feels way more natural than asking permission to chat. people can tell when you're actually interested vs just running game

yeah this makes sense honestly. like approaching when you're desperate or stuck probably comes across weird anyway. photography taught me that confidence behind the camera translates to everything else... when i'm actually doing stuff i care about, conversations with people (including women) just flow better. the hobby thing is real

approach anxiety used to kill me. these helped: started with small talk to baristas/cashiers set goal of one approach per day during lunch breaks photography gave me excuse to talk to strangers still get nervous but the momentum thing is real. coffee shops on newbury are perfect for practicing

yeah this makes so much sense... i used to judge people way too much and it definitely showed. like when you're constantly worried about what's "appropriate" or whatever, people can tell you're uptight. started noticing this when i got into photography actually, the coolest people to work with are the ones who dont make you feel weird for being creative or different

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
