6	White males need not apply: Universities continue to hire faculty that meet diversity quotas Unfortunately, we are silenced by groups of people who claim that just by us standing up for ourselves, we are either sexist or racist in some way. Look at how people reacted to “it’s ok to be white” flyers being posted up. At this point, we need other groups of women and people of color to help stick up for us(a lot of them do imo).
