Its a misleading number because its not that a specific women makes 77% less than a specific man, but women as a group make 77% of what men make. Italy was anti-socialism while it was fascist. The USSR is not real socialism or communism. Those names were hijacked, and allowed dictators to come to power who ignored all those ideals. Sure the Nazis had socialist tendencies, but they were much more authoritarian and nationalistic. I'm not too familiar with Chile, but I couldn't really find anything major with Chile and fascism.
