| 2 | Can men expect the bare minimum from women?I have certainly seen the argument being made on relationship subs here on reddit. It's far from universal and in real life it doesn't pan out. So I disagree that this is a standard. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 12/02/24 08:54 AM |
| 2 | Dependability: Female Mate SelectionAre we talking of sexual attraction or long term mate choice? These have overlap but are not always the same. I would say that women are more likely to weight sexual attraction lower, when they are looking for a long term partner. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/02/24 12:07 PM |
| -1 | The number of people who refuse to acknowledge that men are way hornier than women is a perfect example of why blue pillers can not be trusted to have an honest discussionWomen get quite horny once a month. Which means that once a month, for the women that are young and frequent bars and clubs, they are more likely to be able to take someone home if they feel like it. Most dudes will almost never get this chance. So it is not hard to assume that the average woman end up having more partners in their youth as compared to the average guy. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/02/24 08:51 AM |
| – | Why is interpersonal chemistry never accounted for in conversations about attraction- only looks?I agree, at the same time an amazing personal connection is not necessarily easily attainable either. But the result of that is strong romantic feelings and lots of time spent together having fun. But for physical affection, physical attraction reigns supreme. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/02/24 11:35 PM |
| – | Why is interpersonal chemistry never accounted for in conversations about attraction- only looks?Well, I am not thinking of online dating. But having dated a bunch over 20 years ago. It was obvious how much looks mattered to women. The good looking men would pull on dance floors, without even saying a word to the woman. Just a look was enough and off they went. I even have had this happen to men a fair few times. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/02/24 04:00 PM |
| – | Why is interpersonal chemistry never accounted for in conversations about attraction- only looks?Very good point. And even if they meet a guy that ticks all the personality boxes and passes the looks threshold, he will still get less sexual attention/physical appreciation than the ex that was better looking with a personality that was less compatible. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/02/24 03:56 PM |
| – | Why is interpersonal chemistry never accounted for in conversations about attraction- only looks? What about all the women that snog men on the dance floor of a club, without ever exchanging a hi or a hello? I have pulled women a fair few times like this, what happened there? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/02/24 03:49 PM |
| – | Why is interpersonal chemistry never accounted for in conversations about attraction- only looks? Many women put more emphasis on romantic attraction than sexual in their relationships. Men are more likely to have these feelings overlap. So when you say that you felt a really strong connection, the sexual attraction is still lower than with the more attractive dude. It's just less important to many women. Many men however feel that they are loved less when the sexual attraction is lower. So they want to have someone that is really sexually attracted to them. I not saying anyone is wrong, but… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/02/24 03:44 PM |
| 1 | Why do many women say age gap relationships have a "power imbalance" yet say nothing about wealth gap relationships?Attraction gap relationships also have a power imbalance. One person knowing they have a ton of options, and the other would not get another relationship so easily creates quite the imbalance. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/01/24 02:04 PM |
| 1 | CMV, women have a low tolerance for male vulnerability which perpetuates men not expressing their thoughts and feelingsWell, I have ugly cried in front of wife, more than once. Almost always leads to sex. I have done the biggest no, no's in this thread and my relationship has not lost it's intimacy. We have been together for 21 years and never had a dead bedroom period or anything like that. On the other hand, wife is a lot less emotionally vulnerable, she suppresses her emotions far more. Opposites attract I guess. I think she views me being so open as a strength, rather than a weakness. At the same time, she d… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/01/24 08:54 AM |

| 3 | There's a night and day difference in how Reddit treats men's sex life issues vs. women's.Had sex talk with wife. We were talking about improving our sexy times. She specifically asked if I could jackhammer more and for longer. I prefer to go a bit slower myself. Stop using absolutes. Generalities are fine. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/12/23 09:45 PM |
| 1 | Studies show the higher the IQ a man has the less attractive he is to womenIts the women not wanting them, that was the point. That dumb women are not interested in highly intelligent men. So only very intelligent women will want to date the very intelligent guy. Hence he has less options. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/10/23 02:30 PM |
| 1 | Hypergamy mean most men will forever be undesirable. If you’re too much shorter than her Completely goes against the idea that women want a guy much taller than them. Meanwhile, women are notorious for overrating their physical appearance.Study from 1966 and the conclusion was that personality counted for very little when everyone wanted the hot guy at the end of the dancing. https://psycnet.apa.org/record/2005-11095-001 Remember seeing a similar study done in 1957 as well. | – | It seems like men fail to understand that the attention that women get is not the compliment or even a privilegeI have to stay on the boat if there are not enough spaces on the life boat to go around. That's it, I am not valuable enough to save first. I have known this since I was a teen, that my life holds no value and every woman on earth is considered more valuable than me. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/10/23 06:54 PM |
| 2 | What to do with the libido gap?No, thank you. A big part of sex with my partner is feeling like they want me. Otherwise I could just have a wank. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/10/23 08:36 PM |
| 6 | What to do with the libido gap?We are generally talking about an extreme lack of sex. Most of the dead bedroom sub is not men complaining about only getting it once a week or even 2-3 times a week. Most of them are complaining about less than a once a month. And a large majority are complaining about it being completely dead. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/10/23 06:35 PM |
| 5 | What to do with the libido gap? This is certainly not true. I am a dude that is very attracted to his wife, and even horny a lot of the time. But having sex twice a day is just inconvenient. | 2 | What to do with the libido gap?Plenty of women are missing out too, but they receive far more sympathy and the low libido man is expected to do everything in his power to fix the problem. The whole thread is about the inconsistency in how the sexes are treated for the same behaviors. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/10/23 05:49 PM |
| 3 | What to do with the libido gap?Yes 2-3 times is plenty for most men, we are literally talking about men that get pity sex once a month or some even twice a year. Then there are a bunch of them that have gone sexless for years. I really hope nobody here is arguing that 2-3 times a week is a low libido partner. As long as she is having enthusiastic sex of course. Pity sex will make a relationship tank, no matter how frequent it is. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/10/23 05:47 PM |
| 10 | What to do with the libido gap?Men need to realize sex isn’t more important than their families/kids. Everyone needs to change their priorities. Masturbating should be enough for men to scratch the itch in between sex. As long as they aren’t in dead bedroom situations, they should learn to live with what they have imo. But if they can’t, then end the Men do not use masturbation as a sub for sex. Sex with their partner is how men feel connected to them. | – | Women have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to socially awkward menNo they aren't, physical attraction is by far the most important aspect in attraction. Any study that does a survey and comes to this conclusion, is not looking at what people do, but what they say. When studies have been done in which behavior is observed, physical attraction slays all personality characteristics. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 01/10/23 03:46 PM |

| 1 | Height is the most influencing factor to a man's SMVNever did grow after that, stuck at 5'7, but the women did started flocking for a short while at the age of 20. Then I settled down at 21 so who knows how things wouldv'e gone. | 2 | Height is the most influencing factor to a man's SMVI'm just under 5'7. I got approached a decent bit when I was younger. I was athletic looking back then, and I'm no chad either. There were definitely women that wouldn't date me or on the fence. But I have had the odd instances of women whistling, pinching ass, the old extended hello, etc. Most approaches would be just an introduction, though. Again, this was all very inconsistent, so height might have been a big factor, I always thought it was race though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 13/07/23 08:52 AM |

| – | What's your unpopular dating opinion? Something you truly believe, but would get you downvoted if you said it?There is about a 10 % overlap. So that is quite a bit actually, but the gap is pretty drastic. It just means the strongest 10% of women are stronger than the weakest 10% of men. and some of these men are weak due to disabilities. I am a regular gym goer and some women are pretty strong. They are a very rare breed however. The average inactive tall woman hos no chance. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/07/23 02:31 PM |
| – | What's your unpopular dating opinion? Something you truly believe, but would get you downvoted if you said it?Women can demand how their partner dresses or what part of his body he has to shave. Usually punishing him not conseding to her choice by withholding love, affection or sex. For example, not kissing him until he shaves his face, or not having sex with him unless he shaves his body hair. This is considered normal and okay to do. Something you truly believe, but would get you downvoted if you said it?Women that date men without the so called spark, are immensily unfair to their partner. | 1 | Women are just as visual as men. It's just that most men don't elicit this type of attractionI don't feel that about women either. I feel interested, but not sexually aroused, until there is an interaction. As a man. I think there might be a bigger overlap on this one. Many more women fuck the male strippers than the other way around. I once had a soon to be bride wanting to fuck me 5 min into hitting on me at a club, because her fiance was ugly and she wanted to fuck an attractive man before she got married. That gave me the biggest ick. And I had not shagged for months. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 29/06/23 03:10 PM |

Most of my male friends care about what their long term partner is going to do for their career. It's called assortive mating and men want to date women that are of the same social class as them, most of the time. Where it does seem to apply is when men have to do traditional masculine tasks around the house. Like laying a new floor, hanging up shelves, building the furniture, changing oil or a tyre. The article didn't really show any specifics for what the numbers where. My wife, very attractive I might add, has always menioned my body shape as something that she finds very attractive. I decided to let my feelings on the matter known and explained how that would make me feel. Shes maintained her standards ever since. Although I dont expect her to make an effort every day. | 5 | Study shows that the "Happiest couples have sex once a week"Ill agree with this, we have sex once a week after 20 years together. And it is for the purpose of quality over qauntity. We spend on average 5-6 hrs so the session is long. Includes drinking, flirting, dancing, talking, foreplay, sex and any thing else we feel like. Once a week of this and we are sexed out, and prefer to do other couples stuff on weekend evenings. Sometimes well have a quicky but the main event is once a week. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 08/01/23 07:59 PM |
| 1 | Competition anxiety- the only working solution to a dead bedroom? That was an example. Point was that lesbians can pick and choose. My experience from watching lesbian sex is in person. Have had regular threesomes with bisexual partners. Preferences are as varied as there are possibilities. Goes from sensual touch, clitoral only, to rough play, some women want their cheeks clapped and yes Dildos of any preferred size can be chosen. Again preffered size, not necessarily massive. | 1 | Competition anxiety- the only working solution to a dead bedroom? You are giving me your anecdotal experience, I am explaining why overall there might be higher numbers of orgasm in lesbian sex. Since I assumed women are different than one another and all are not like you, my explanation covered the idea that most bases can be covered through lesbian sex. Something not necessarily as easily done with men, as their insecurities might come into play. | 1 | The average straight woman would be getting no girls if they magically turned into a straight man.Been approached by women before. The ones that grab your ass and expect you to smile at them. I shudder. And the ones that just hover and hope you'll start wooing them. But not all are bad. I remember one cute girl that walked straight up to me, shook my hand and introduced herself. That is how it should work. Oh, then there was the girl that sat down next to me and asked me to fuck her as she was getting married in couple of weeks. Glad I didn't. Yuck. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/01/23 05:36 PM |

| 2 | What's your unpopular dating opinion? Something you truly believe based on lived experience, but would get down voted to all hell if you said it?I've spent my life time being called attractive by women and ugly by men. Have literally heard men say, "why is she with him"? In every relationship I have ever had. And no it isn't my personality when the hot girl comes over and introduces herself while my short ass is sat in the chair daydreaming. Or when she moves across the floor to dance with me in a noisy club. Just my own anecdotal experience. I don't subscribe to any pills either and think for myself. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 11/12/22 05:44 PM |
| 1 | Do you ever expect sexual exclusivity from men before exclusivity is clearly communicated and/or discussed? Do you think it's reasonable for women to do so?my now wife definitely did this. I asked her 2 weeks after we first started hooking up if she would be my girlfriend/exclusive and she said "I thought we already were". Oddly enough I had been on 2 other dates in those weeks. luckily I was so into her that I was very distant on those dates. | 1 | Q4W What are some physical & non-physical traits do you dislike in men?I think I am just being realistic. Honestly attraction does fade somewhat. Does not mean that the relationship is worse or that romantic attraction fades. Just that we are biologically/culturally tuned to find certain traits more attractive. I think a lot of people use cognitive dissonance to tell themselves they didn't feel hornier with the more attractive ex with the beautiful face, body and big dick. And we would continue to do the best for us out of the situation we found ourselves in. Our relationship is also based on much more than physical attraction, we have gone through ups and downs. But as we went past 30, we realised that we didn't want that to happen to us. Things didn't always work out perfectly, especially when the kids were very young, but we kept at it. The "round muscle" that you refer to is most likely because of pump and water retention. All muscles vary between these "looks" depending on time of day and recent activity. | 3 | What do women think of muscles on men and which is body type preferred?Muscles all grow in exactly the same way. Your muscles don't know whether you were picking up dumbells or planks of wood. | 1 | Men are frequently referred to as entitled yet no one talks about the way women behave when they don’t get what they want or how often the ugly friend cock blocks when there is a genuine interest between you and a girlCock blocking is very specific to a certain sub set of women. Groups of girls that actively want to hook up with men don't do this to each other. Only women that don't want to pull men on nights out do. She was always confused as to why meeting men on a girls night was off limits to her. Then again she also noticed how the same girls were hypocrites when they got approached. | 1 | Q4W: If you discovered a man wore a hair piece after having sex with him, how would you feel? But do you ask before you do it the first time? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/04/22 07:02 AM |
| 1 | What age do you think Men and Woman are at their most sexually attractive?usually it's under 20% body fat. But then we are including visceral body fat. Under 20% has not shown to increase benefit on health outcomes. But then again getting laid is good for your health. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 04:01 PM |
| 2 | Older women shaming men for dating and sleeping with younger women out of jealousy and labeling it as “predatory” is extremely hypocritical and inaccurate, most men go after younger women because women age faster and younger women are far more attractive, not because they’re easier to manipulateI added "to me". You realise that this is a subjective topic? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 03:58 PM |
| 2 | Men and women’s looks decline at the same rate, men just idolize parts of mens appearance while also hyper-fixating on parts of woman’s appearanceOk, must be pretty awful at your gym. Where I go in Scandinavia everyone seems quite nice. I guess we have differing experiences. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 03:56 PM |
| 3 | What age do you think Men and Woman are at their most sexually attractive?I hang with upper middle class and they also put on weight and let themselves go, mostly because of career and kids. The percentage of people looking after themselves after 30 is quite low. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 03:54 PM |
| 3 | What age do you think Men and Woman are at their most sexually attractive?Completely agree, some people just age badly at these ages because of poor lifestyle choices. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 01:26 PM |
| 1 | What age do you think Men and Woman are at their most sexually attractive?Agree. My BF % was probably too low. Your right 12 % is probably awesome. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 01:24 PM |
| 1 | What age do you think Men and Woman are at their most sexually attractive? So sub 10 % body fat after some newbie gains. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 01:09 PM |
| 2 | Men and women’s looks decline at the same rate, men just idolize parts of mens appearance while also hyper-fixating on parts of woman’s appearanceThis is just not true. People in close proximity stare at each other. Women think they are being checked out. The men get stared at too. Sometimes i'm just admiring someones lift or their form. Sometimes because i'm eyeing up the equipment your using. Newbies generally are intimidated as they are unsure about what they are doing. I was too. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 12:59 PM |
| 2 | Men and women’s looks decline at the same rate, men just idolize parts of mens appearance while also hyper-fixating on parts of woman’s appearanceI've always liked the fine lines. They add to the beauty of a good looking woman. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 12:31 PM |
| 1 | Men and women’s looks decline at the same rate, men just idolize parts of mens appearance while also hyper-fixating on parts of woman’s appearanceCompletely agree apart from the bit where you say "afford to maintain". Me and my wife fall into this bracket and have spent our 30s and now 40s being told we look "young" for our age. But we were pretty poor in our 20s. Doing much better now. We just were above average looking and kept in shape. This meant that never put on the weight that makes many people look older for their age. + a happy loving relationship does wonders for your psychological health. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 12:11 PM |
| 3 | Older women shaming men for dating and sleeping with younger women out of jealousy and labeling it as “predatory” is extremely hypocritical and inaccurate, most men go after younger women because women age faster and younger women are far more attractive, not because they’re easier to manipulateI find women in their late 20s to mid 30s way more attractive, physically, than younger women. Maybe I'm an outlier but if you stay in shape then the slightly older women can be far better looking to me. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 11:59 AM |
| 0 | What eventually happens to most of the single men on online dating?Online dating was for unattractive people (nerds mostly) or those looking for something very specific in the early 2000s. Don't really know much about later though. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/04/22 11:30 AM |
| 1 | Q4W: If you discovered a man wore a hair piece after having sex with him, how would you feel?Without consent? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/04/22 08:53 AM |
| 1 | Q4W: If you discovered a man wore a hair piece after having sex with him, how would you feel?Only if abortion is illegal, otherwise the man didn't do anything. Your body your choice. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/04/22 07:52 AM |
| 2 | What are the signs of attraction actually? This is true. I have had plenty of women into me, knew I was being chatted up. Was even enjoying the conversation, but in the end was not interested. I was a bit picky about the women I pulled and maybe it meant fewer women but at least I was really into them. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 20/04/22 06:41 AM |
