There is an actual difference between them that makes sense (which I won't go into because it ultimately does not matter, ez to google though) but basically what happened was transsexual became a pejorative and transgender became the used, inoffensive term. Calling someone transsexual is akin to calling an Asian oriental. It's not wrong, it's not necessarily bigoted, but it's certainly outdated.

No that's m4m. Msm is a common term that means men who have sex with men. It's to distinguish that aspect without saying gay, bisexuality, pansexual or whatever other thing you might be that doesn't matter. For example donating blood, if you are a Msm in some places you can't give blood. It's because you can't say that gays arent allowed (discriminatory, also gay virgins, abstaining gays etc)

This doesn't say there is a 0 tolerance policy lmao. Its highly subjective yes, but that's a good thing as it allows for a margin of common sense on the other direction as well. In canada you can't leave the country with a baby unless there is documentation from both parents. I sure as hell wouldn't tolerate being pulled off a flight with my kids unless there was an actual legal basis for so doing So don't kidnap children? Seems like an easy fix for that problem.
